ONE OF A KIND PRIVATE COZY HOME
This darling house has total privacy. Jacuzzi and Pool belong to you. Drive just one mile to Old Town shopping center, 6 restaurants, several bars, shops, gas stations, hardware store. Walking trails are one block away! Pool is not heated.

SPECIAL EVENT IN APRIL -COACHELLA MUSIC FESTIVAL

Also provided: Beach-size towels, regular towels/wash cloths, hairdryers, A large capacity washer and dryer are also accessible during your stay.

The fully equipped Brand New eat-in kitchen with dining area which seats six. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and blender (VitaMix), pots & pans, dishes. If you plan to cook, a full array of spices, plus oils, are supplied to help get you started. Sometimes out depending on the previous people. Outdoor patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges, all facing the pool and spa and large lawn. Outdoor lighting of garden and or pool and spa. Pool is not heated.

Gorgeous mountain views. Patio and lawn setting. Walking distance to beautiful mountain hiking trails. Short distance to public golf courses, and close to Indian Wells Tennis. 1 mile to Old Town which features restaurants, wine tasting bar, new Beer tasting, coffee shops, unique shopping, and farmers market. Near specialized markets, health food stores, 35 minutes to Palm Springs. 20 minutes to the famous walk in Palm Desert: El Paseo. 1/2 hour to Whole Foods.

PHOTOGRAPHERS HAVEN: The most prominent feature of the La Quinta area is its Santa Rosa Mountains. The Santa Rosa Mountains (California) are nestled against the golf course and can be seen easily from my La Quinta House!

Our stay was very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with market and downtown nearby. Plenty of restaurants to explore. The pool was very refreshing and we enjoyed it multiple times during the day. The home was well appointed. Kitchen well stocked and bathrooms were well maintained and plenty of linens. Enjoyed the Cove area in La Quinta. Would definitely return.

This is our 3rd stay at Jane’s Pool House and we had a great time! The house was clean, we had towels for the pool, everything needed to cook, and pool was awesome! Everything in the kitchen is labeled and there were extra cooking ingredients if you should forget something….we cooked the entire time we were there due to the outdoor heat, and it was great. Thank you Jane!!!!!

This was our second time at this casita and enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room for my children to spread out and play inside or outside. The pool was warm due to the weather, but otherwise relaxing stay. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. I would recommend it for families or small groups, as it has everything you need in a home.

We had a great time enjoying the pool and yard. Inside house is beautiful. I loved how they had things labeled to find things easier. Had tons of games for me and my family to use. And the beds are very comfortable made it an even better stay!

Pros- house was clean inside, very well stocked, and nice new fluffy towels. Location was good and the yard/pool was nice. Cons-description stated newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances…even a VitaMix! Not the case in the very least. All but one bed were literally box springs/mattresses on the floor. The patio was overlooked in the cleaning process, with an overflowing recycle bin and a broken hose and leftover pool toys everywhere. We organized and hosed everything off. The once beautiful tile floors are chipped and worn and areas against walls needed a good scrubbing. The original aluminum sliding door was in need of repair or replacement. My husband and I both noticed the AC seemed to be auto controlled? as there were definite times of stillness and stuffiness, even though we set the Nest controller. I do have pics/videos if anyone requests.

My wife and I went on a weekend getaway and the house was great. The backyard with the pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing. The inside had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Jane was very responsive to our needs and questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Jane's house in La Quinta Cove is a terrific place to spend a few days or a few weeks. I really enjoyed the house - especially how well set up the kitchen is - and the location. I made good use of the trails nearby and the bike paths in the area. The neighborhood is comfortable and mostly quiet. Jane is very responsive to any questions or problems that might occur and made me feel quite welcome. I can very easily see myself returning in the future!

This property made for a relaxing home base for our active family vacation. I liked that it is close to hiking trails and bike lanes, and especially the backyard, patio and hot tub. We used the kitchen for some meals and there was literally everything we needed. When I needed to talk to the property owner, I heard back very promptly. I would suggest that some of the info that was emailed could be updated (access information, WiFi info).

This was our second time staying here. Jane’s pool house is ideal for enjoying the desert sun. The pool, spa, and location next to fantastic hikes maximizes our experience. We very much like the surrounding neighborhoods and proximity to Old Town La Quinta. Jane is very kind and quick to response to any questions we had. Only downside is it is very hard to leave!

My husband and I enjoyed this lovely La Quinta home for the second time. It is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and some spices etc to cook at home. We used the BBQ one night which was awesome! The pool and spa in the very private backyard is the best! We loved our stay here. There were 4 of us, 2 couples and the the home was more than spacious enough for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked, we bought some spices but didn't really need to as there were plenty there and we've added to the stock now. If you cook with olive oil you may want to bring some as that bottle was done but we wouldn't expect that to be stocked. The instructions were helpful. There were a few minor things that were confusing and we couldn't find but it was so minor we didn't reach out to Jane until our last night as we just wanted to let her know for the next people. She responded right away and said they'd all be fixed. Again it was so minor we weren't concerned but just wanted to let her know. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard enjoying the pool and spa. As it was early July the pool was more than warm enough. We love that there was no chlorine smell to deal with. The gardener did come early on Monday or Tuesday morning can't remember. While my spouse and I were up the other couple wasn't and had earplugs in but it still woke them up. The info does say a gardener would come but we didn't expect them to be there at 8am so a bit early for those on vacation but again not a big deal. We would come back here in a heartbeat. We mostly cooked at the house but we did eat out once at RD RNNR Libations Pints & Plates in Old Town. The food and service was amazing there we highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay.

My Husband, son &grandchildren were there for 4 nights, it was delightful. We all loved the pool area. We grilled each night. very nice, clean grill. BUT. the owner Jean Davis, is not getting her moneys worth in the gardener dept. the yard was a bit messy, lots of debris behind the jacuzzi, over by the grill. The house was nice, comfy sofa & beds.

My mom and Ioved our four night stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard is private. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the morning and admiring the architecture. We spent most of our time in the pool and spa, we loved both! The kitchen and grill were great for cooking meals, and we also tried a few of the nearby restaurants which were all amazing. The house was incredibly clean and the beds were super comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!
