ONE OCEAN PLACE is an ocean front condominium with on site access to the beach and direct ocean views. Seasonal rentals, April through November are weekly rentals with arrivals Saturdays and departures Saturdays. Winter Months rental options month to month - --December, January, February, March - Please request from us in messenger the Monthly Rates for Winter Rentals.

The unit is furnished with 65 inch Smart TV in the living room and 51 inch TV in Master Bedroom. FREE WIFI available in unit. King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom updated with oversized custom tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed and access to adjoining bath Queen sleep sofa in Living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. I just wanted to thank you both for allowing my family and I to stay in your beautiful condo. The view was fabulous and it was so nice and clean. The security measures and the use of the links to access amenities, made our stay even come comfortable. We also appreciated the quick responses to our questions. Our family visits the Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area a few times a year. This is our favorite property! We have stayed in several condos over the years, but returned to 703 the most. We have zero complaints! Everything from the decor, to the amenities (the Kuerig coffee maker is an awesome perk!), to the cleanliness of the condo, to the ease of check-in was perfect. We stayed two weeks this summer and had one minor issue with the air conditioning. Our hosts addressed it immediately and everything was fixed before we even left the beach for the day! Roger and Beth are wonderful owners, who are very responsive. We can’t wait to return to this condo again next year!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here in the same unit. It is absolutely gorgeous. As soon as you open the door the view is amazing. It’s always spotless. It was 5 of us women, plenty of space very comfortable. We hope to be back next year.

Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.

Stayed for Thanksgiving week. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Owners are a pleasure to work with. Most important all the chairs and the sofa in the living room were comfortable, as we spent a lot of time sitting in them and enjoying the view.

We stayed at this condo for two weeks around our wedding in Murrells Inlet. It was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was just as listed. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were great to enjoy the ocean. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Beth and Roger were great hosts. Highly recommend this unit!

The property was clean, which is very important to us, and upgraded. Containing all amenities necessary for us to have a fun filled vacation. The view to the ocean was spectacular. Enjoyed watching sunrises from the swivel chairs next to the floor to ceiling windows. Would recommend this place to anyone and, hopefully, will be staying here again.

Great location, friendly neighbors, wonderful beach access and large beach. Within walking distance to a great restaurant. SUPER easy to access the property. Instructions from owners were spot on. Only small complaint was that we had a baby crawling on the floor and was immediately dirty, no visible dirt though. Overall great experience, would stay again without hesitation. Do bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc.

We have stayed at this property several times before, but never this specific condo. We loved 703! Extremely clean, everything was exactly as described. Decorated beautifully, with stunning views of the ocean. Check in could not have been easier! Owners were easy to work with and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is all that we hoped for and more. The view is phenomenal! There was plenty of room for the two of us and our sleepover guests. The kitchen was so well equipped that we choose to cook almost every night. The entire condo was extremely clean and well kept. The walk in showers were a plus! We enjoyed having a big screen tv and Netflix. In addition, the building itself was well maintained. It was a pleasure to swim in the pool each morning. Thank you to the owners for their swift attention to any problems that occurred or questions we had.

Overall, we were very impressed with this condo, and the cleanliness of it. The only drawback was that there were no paper products, hand soap or trash bags. These are things we would normally find when staying at other VRBO rentals.

Amazing view of the waves, the beach and for dolphin watching Amazing location to every amenity the Myrtle Beach/Garden City area has to offer Super easy to just grab your beach towel, cooler, and sand shovel and head to the beach Only thing we didn’t like and it’s not even a huge issue is the pools aren’t heated and the water was unbearably cold the 2nd week in April We loved this condo and we will be back (hopefully)

Spent an amazing week at this spotless condo with an expansive view of the ocean from every room. We had most of our meals out on the huge, covered, oceanfront balcony. Easy access to the beautiful beach where we sat in the sun and took long walks.Condo had everything we needed. Perfect!

The property was very nice. Loved the ocean view and the location. Balcony was not clean, had bird poop on floor under outside light. Some guest next to the complex (houses) had fire works a couple nights, disrupted the calm peace, but only last for a short time. Thank you and I feel sure we will return.

My husband and I chose Beth and Roger’s unit to stay at for our anniversary get-a-way September 12-19. Communication and check-in were seamless. The photos presented the rental accurately. The unit was spotlessly clean. As others have stated, only one of two elevators is working so it was a little bit of a wait which was ok since it was off season, but could be an issue during peak season. We loved our time in Garden City and highly recommend Roger and Beth’s condo.
