Awesome property, inside and out, very clean. The host provided everything we needed and wanted for our stay with well stocked kitchen, appliances, towels, bedding, etc. Loved the coffee beans and had fresh coffee every morning. The back yard was spacious and relaxing with a double swing and grill. Convenient location allowed us to walk to the 9 hole golf course and we had lunch at the golf club. Walked to the beach and went hiking nearby. Close to Safeway. We would stay again.

Lovely chalet, walking distance to Kings Beach and a couple other beaches. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space. Garden has a lovely ski lift swing, table with chairs and umbrella and grill. The hostess, Lisa, is very responsive. fully equipped kitchen. Cool shower with skylight so you can take a shower and see the sky and pine trees. We had a great visit. It’s the listing looks good to you, I totally recommend it.

One of the best rentals we have stayed in North Lake Tahoe. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and walkable to Kingsbeach attractions. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Pullout sofa in front of the fireplace was divine. We would return here again next time we are in town.

The cabin was exactly as the pictures. We stayed 7 nights and loved every minute. The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shops. The beach right down the street. Lisa was most helpful and always available. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The property is very conveniently located. We were able to walk to the beach and many conveniences. We truly made ourselves at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, laundry detergent was provided, the bathroom had fresh fluffy towels, parking was right in front, and Lisa was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Cabin was very clean and well equipped. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay on the north shore. Only bummer is it’s not clear in the listing this is an attached dwelling. We have a special needs (gets loud) child and should’ve done more homework to verify that.

What a wonderful place and amazing experience! My husband and I spent 10 days at Woodside Cabin. Lisa and John were very inviting and answered all of our questions. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. It was close to lake, shopping, and restaurants, but also quietly nestled by a beautiful golf course. It was nice to relax in the backyard and enjoy the beauty of Tahoe. We can't wait to come back and stay at Woodside cabin.

The Woodside cabin was exactly what we were looking for.. from the location in town with restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay and the place is exactly as described. Super clean, stocked kitchen with everything you will need from dishes to pots and pans, including dishwasher and full size washer and dryer. The fireplace and heating were great and kept us cozy at night. We really enjoyed our stay with our kids and the hosts were so welcoming, caring and helpful. We highly recommend staying at the Woodside. Thank you!

Amazing stay!
Lisa and John were the most welcoming hosts!
We’ve enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is very nice and cozy, and looks even better in real life then on pictures. It has everything you need for a stay, even the fresh coffee beans, grinder and a coffee maker.
The location is also great, with Safeway just around the corner, and the beautiful beach nearby.

Awesome Rental
We really enjoyed our time at Lisa and John's property, they are gracious and accommodating hosts. The unit is just right for two people, and provides plenty of space if you need to "work from vacation rental". The location is great, an easy walk to the golf course and to the beach, with Safeway right around the corner and close proximity to Kings Beach, Brockway and Stateline. Would definitely stay here again (and hope to soon!)

Nice place, great hosts
This is a nice place, in a safe neighborhood, close to the lake and amenities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
The house is rather small and somewhat dark despite the skylights. Although you can sleep 4 if needed, 2 seems more realistic.
There is a nice outdoor space with a barbecue and a view on the golf course.
I just wish the place had air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave and unfortunately it was often smoky due to nearby fires so we could not open the windows. That left us with a hot cabin and made it hard to sleep at night.

Fantastic place!
The stay was incredible. It is located in a perfect spot of Tahoe in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa and John are so nice and accommodating. They provided some great insight to the area and gave us tips and tricks for the area. They were always just a phone call away with any questions we may have had. It is a place I would like to stay again if we make our way up to Tahoe again.

Excellent stay
We, 2 adults and 2 kids, had an excellent stay here for 7 nights. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need and we didn't miss a thing, even though we cooked food almost every day. The hosts Lisa and John are super friendly, looked out for us and made us feel welcomed.

Tahoe Woodside
We had a wonderful week at this cozy cabin tucked into the trees overlooking a golf course! John and Lisa could not have been more accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for a better equipped place for our stay, from a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and linens to the convenience of having a washer and dryer, and even fresh coffee beans for our morning coffee! A short walk to Kings Beach and if we had wanted, beach towels and chairs to take. Also within a mile is a Safeway for shopping. John and Lisa gave us many suggestions of places to visit and eat, which made it nice for us not being familiar with the area. The property is centrally located for all the things Lake Tahoe has to offer, most of all the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains! Would definitely recommend this comfortable cottage!

Great experience and place!
We enjoyed our stay at Tahoe Woodside and will definitely be back! The furniture is comfortable -- GREAT sleep on a super comfy bed! The washer and dryer are excellent and quiet. John & Lisa are great to work with, very responsive to all our questions and made us aware of trails and restaurants in the area. The location is ideal for exploring the area and it is a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Thanks for sharing with us John & Lisa! Overall we had a great trip and would recommend staying here!

Fantastic Late Summer Stay!
My husband and I thought this was the perfect property for a week long getaway for the two of us! John personally greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the home, even though we arrived after 9 pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, utensils, spices, and paper goods which made it easy for us to cook several meals, though we did notice the propane grill was not in great shape. As native Oklahoman that are very accustomed to AC, we were glad to find that fan window units kept the home very comfortable despite the warm temps. The house also had beach towels, folding chairs, and a cooler we used for several trips to the beach. We would definitely recommend this home.

Knotty pine cozy, clean, and comfortable cabin in a very central location
This cabin has everything you need for your vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen (be sure to ask about the frother and coffee maker), laundry facilities, and comfortable beds. The location, just 10 minutes from Northstar and down the street from a 24-hour Safeway, was ideal for us. Lisa and John attended to every need and even had us over to their house one night to make organic pizzas in their extra-hot oven.

Charming cottage in North Tahoe
We stayed for 3 days in winter. Very well maintained house, close to the lake, skiing and stores. Our daughter enjoyed playing on the snow covered golf course. Owners are very friendly and live next door. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

One drawback
John and Lisa were very nice hosts. The cabin was charming and the location is fantastic. Finding spider webs and a decomposing mouse in one of two traps under the bed upstairs just before we left was not pleasant and really upset my wife.

Well equipped and safe location
Everything was as advertised in this location. Tahoe is continuing to get hotter in the Summers so the cabin was warm at night. The owners have gone all out to provide fans which helped. This would be a lovely place to stay in the Winter.

Great location: Great accommodations
Very nice place. Lisa and John include lots of extras to make it feel like home. Love being on the quieter side of the lake but close to all we needed. Ability to walk to lake and grocery store was great. Very enjoyable! Also loved the tip of Truckee Tuesday's farmers market.

Great place to stay!
We spent a week here at this great little cabin. Everything was exactly as advertised. The cabin had everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked, along with sheets, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, games, bbq, and lots of information on the area. Owners were nearby if you needed anything. Good location, close to lots of activities!

Charming and convenient, loved it!
Our weekend was wonderful. Just the right amount of space in a convenient location with friendly and accommodating hosts. Some things I loved - a well-appointed kitchen, abundant towels, the gas fireplace, the coffee. We were looking for restaurant recommendations for gluten-free eating and were thrilled with our hosts' suggestions. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful, quiet cabin with great location
Highly recommended. We stayed at the cabin for 6 nights over the New Year holiday on a ski trip and really enjoyed the space. Northstar is just a 10 minute drive, and restaurants, groceries, and even discount ski rentals are just minutes away, making logistics very simple. Someone left ski pants under a couch by mistake and John had them in the mail next day, which shows how attentive they are. Thanks again.
