great location,

Great location right in front of Station, 2 stops to the airport, nice kitchen and bathroom, good bed and clean room, and near the large supermarket

may need some proper dining table

駅前で交通の便も良かったです。部屋もとてもきれいで過ごしやすかったです。

8人で泊まれるお部屋でしたが、食事をしようにも、テーブルが小さすぎて、食べられなかったです。

房間舒適,有小廚房,但是空間有點小,以購物為主的旅客來說行李箱會打不開,電梯跟房間都是使用密碼鎖,但是這次電梯及其中一個房間的密碼與操作手冊給的密碼不同,還好有人在線上協助處理

The hotel is very good for a family, with kitchen, fridge, and microwave. There is an extra futon and blanket for the third person. The location is perfect, just near by the station, and easy to pint it out. The self-checking is easy, and the host frequently sent us the guide to make sure we can find the hotel.

Wi-Fiの点を除けば部屋については文句無いくらいでした。

部屋は綺麗で、清潔感もあり良かったです。家具等も良かったと思います。

Wi-Fiが全く使えなかった。代わりのWi-Fiも電話で聞いたら対応してくれたがそれも機能していなかった

沒有接待人員喔！全程都用訊息跟人員溝通

空間算很大兩個單人床、還有乾濕分離的浴室與洗手間以及一個簡易型的小廚房住起來很舒適，位置也非常方便泉佐野車站走出來對街就到了🤣 機場附近的住宿最佳選擇剛好離車站很近，坐兩站就到關西機場離臨空Outlet與海邊也非常近，坐車都能到 outlet走路能到一間24小時營業的大超市非常方便，之後來大阪自由行要回國的前一晚也會選擇這間👍🏻

Kira Hotel Izumisano is in a great location and the instructions provided were very concise which made it easy to find.

The property was in a great location and very easy to find.

Although there were plates and a frying pan, there wasn’t any dishwashing detergent to wash them up.

Very close to the airport train

Very very close to the train station. 8 minutes train to airport. There are several places to eat close by and also 7/11 and 100 yen shop near by so it is very suitable to spend time there if you have an early morning flight.

The room is very clean and comfortable, also they provide a kitchen set.

The lift access is quite far and, the lift size is too small, I need several times to take all of my stuff. Moreover, they didn't provide kitchen cleaners such as kitchen detergent and spons.

Communication had been terrible. We've been first told that they could not postpone our trip because it was full on thé night WE requested. It was vacant and we made a second réservation the very day supposely full. They assured we'll have a free cancellation which was a lie, we had no refund. We had no information about our room and thé code to enter the hôtel, we had to make a phone call waiting on the street... we received an e-mail with this informations After we arrived in the room.

Overall good stay before the early morning flight. Reasonably priced and clean comfortable room.

The location was excellent, very close to the station near the airport. We got there at night but were able to find it easily. Enjoyed the bath.

it’s near the train station. clean.

there’s no signage to the lift so we carried all our luggage up the stairs. it’s a hotel with no check in counter. Was lock outside the stairway without passcode to enter hotel which I did inform the check in timing.

Exceptional

The room itself was amazing, super clean, though a little narrow, but you got every thing you need. There was even a little kitchen. If I stay one more night, I would definitely buy some seafood from the Sunday Market. The location is just right in the opposite of the train station. Staff were impressive too. Since I arrived quite late at night, they gave clear instruction for me to self check in. They provided online inquiry 24/7, you can ask them anything, quite responsive.

There was a little concern about the check in procedure. I was required to provide personal particulars and upload passport through a link they gave me. The point is these sensitive information were connected to the internet. You know, hackers are everywhere. Personal information are better kept offline. I suggest maybe a self check-in machine, which is not connected to the internet, on the site would be a better choice.

We got a sim card with only internet data but cannot make phone call and only Self service available at the property, we can only message the hotel through booking. Com platform, and staff nornally reply 1 to 2 hour after question is asked , not useful at all

Room size is very big for 4 people. There are cloth room to keep luggage. Location is convinence for reatal car driver which has reasonable car parking fee.

Kitchen is good . I can cook yakiniku. However, it did not has microwave. Some cooking has limitation.

loved it!!

it is very spacious for two people to stay, and the utilities are very good. the location is very good, convenient transportation and plenty restaurants nearby. the host gave good instructions to how to go to the two entrances as there's only one elevator at the back entrance. we arrived by a late flight so it's good to have commodation near the airport, it's also near Rinku town outlet. i really recommend this hotel :)

there's no hook inside the bathroom so i didn't know where to hang my clothes, but i found my way evetually.

Very near to train station

Price was rather fair for one night stay as we suppose to pay MYR 100+ but with the surcharge of cleaning fee it became MYR 300+ which is quite pricey Check in time was later than other hotel which is at 1600 and the check out time is at 1000 which is earlier than others too
