If you're here doing business at the Palm Springs Convention Center you are within walking distance of that too!

This immaculate condo is located in the Plaza Villas condominium complex. This unit was just completely redone. The fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. The living room is designer done with comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV. There is also a dining room space for those quiet meals in.

The bedroom has a large comfortable king size bed and a second flat screen TV. The bathroom is all new with designer tiles and cabinetry and comes fully stocked. There is also a cozy outdoor patio for relaxing while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. Plaza Villas boasts 2 resort like heated pools, spas, tennis courts, and perfectly mannecured grounds. This was a perfect place for our trip to Palm Springs. We wanted to stay someplace close to downtown. We were just a few blocks away. The place was just the right size. We enjoyed pool time. Our property manager, Clark was great. We had an issue with the TV cable working. He came right over and checked it all out and even called the cable company and set up an appointment. He gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We will be telling our family about this opportunity.

We were happy ... until the first morning (before 7 am) loud racket of the roof being torn off ... the noise was steady and loud. The property manager was extremely apologetic and helpful. His help was above and beyond, we were given a refund from the unit owner, but not a dime from vrbo for the fees they collected.

I love the condition and decor of this VRBO offering AND I love the location for all the "must do" Palm Springs downtown area events. I booked this amazing offering for a second time. I didn't think my entire experience could be better than it was on my maiden visit... but it was! Clark Argeris, property services specialist, hit every nail on the head when it came to customer service. The owner, whom I've never met, responds immediately whenever I've had a need to contact. I almost do not want to give these honest super-positive reviews because the listing will become even more popular, and thus maybe make it more difficult for me to book on my future preferred dates. My second booking here is absolutely Five Star and I have to be honest and continue to highly recommend this VRBO opportunity!

Great condo in a really nice location. Well maintained and well furnished. The condo is in excellent condition and furnished with everything needed to have a really nice vacation. The location is perfect for getting around without a car in Palm Springs. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and clubs. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect for a quick week in Palm Springs. The location was great for walking to restaurants. We didn’t really cook but if you want to the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Clark, the property manager, was super helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the great visit!

My husband and I just finished a week long stay here. Very nice condo - thoughtfully decorated and appointed well. Space has great natural light and is really pleasant. The condo is on a second floor - not too many steps and they are very manageable along with a hand rail. (Yep, I have a stubborn knee.....). Great location, 5-8 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Condo is situated in a attractive gated complex that is meticulously maintained. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely. Check in was easy. The property manager Clark was a pleasure to deal with - very nice and great communication.

We enjoyed our return visit to the condo as much as the first. It has everything you might possibly need and it's all of high quality. Excellent location for walking downtown for the shops and restaurants. This was our 8th visit to P.S. and the first without a rental car. The bus system is very good and only 50 cents for seniors. We even took a bus (a block away) to the airport.

Location IS everything and this condo fit the bill beyond my dreams. I could walk to many restaurants, shops, and even to a church, to Museum Way, and to nightly entertainment spots. I could easily motor my way to similar venues when the car was necessary. The condo is clean, well-equipped, it has a most delightful mid-century decor and it boasts a great view of the mountains, I enjoyed a worry-free, no hassle visit. My stay was made more than "perfect" because of the superior guest services provided by guest-care specialist Clark Argeris. Before, during, and after arriving, Clark was in touch just enough and at the right times. Have an issue, no matter how minor? Clark is there! I had zero anxiety and maximum guest satisfaction which was due in large part to the personal guest care I was gifted throughout my visit. I would definitely choose this VRBO again if it is available my next Palm Springs visit.

This clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped condo is just blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Exactly as advertised, and more. Perfect with or without a car. Additionally, the secure complex has wonderful pools, hot tub and tennis facilities. Our property manager, Clark, was totally on it. He provided a through check-in. He followed up throughout and again right before check-out. We will certainly be back, and soon.

This impeccably clean and well appointed condo is located just a few blocks from downtown Palm Springs. I stayed here without a car, and had no trouble walking to everything! The people who live here full time are really friendly, and the pool was a lively place for conversation. I'm really glad I chose this location!

We loved the cozy apartment, close to downtown and all the fun activities. Everything was as described, clean, fully staffed with all you need. Grounds, tennis court and pools were very well kept. My wife and I stayed for one weeek in Nov. 2022 in this property. It was perfectly clean, newly renovated and very well equipped with everything needed. Especially the kitchen was very well stocked so cooking was easy. Even things like toilet and kitchen paper, detergent for washing machine and dishwasher were provided which is not naturally. Communication with property manager Clark was very pleasant. Special thanks to him for taking great care of us. Overall it was a perfect stay for us and we will definitely consider it again for a vacation in the area.

Location is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs; and the property pool and hot tub was a fantastic respite for the days' end. The condo is so warm and well-appointed, everything that we needed was provided. The bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure, and washer/dryer an added plus. Nothing was left to chance. Check in/out a breeze and our inquiries were responded to quickly. Hosts truly cared that we had a wonderful stay. We cannot wait to return this special property.

We had a great visit. Clark, the property manager was very attentive and available when needed. Facility was nicely equipped with things like coffee filters, salt and pepper shakers and other things needed for an enjoyable trip. Certainly a place we would recommend for family and friends. A beautifully clean well-appointed and decorated unit. Very close to parking and access to and from everything to do in downtown Palm Springs. The pools and grounds were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this unit and can't say enough about Clark and Jim. Hospitality and professionalism abound, a wonderful experience and we're definitely looking forward to our return. Stay here you will love it!

I love Palm Springs, and this is the perfect place to stay for a trip there! It has the perfect location right by downtown! The neighborhood is great and the condo has everything you need. Clark the property manager is so nice and so helpful, he is always checking in to make sure everything is going good, and always wants to help if you need it. The owner is also very helpful. I loved staying here and I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!
