A wonderful property and view. The bunk beds were a bit small for my 15 year old son - but the couch made up for it! The property had all the basics, but plan accordingly if you are cooking more for some of the extended needs.

Amazing stay in Gatlinburg!

We absolutely loved this home! The kids loved hanging out on the beds in the screened front porch for their morning and evening device time. I loved the front porch listening to the stream while journaling, reading, or sipping my coffee or wine. Hot tub was clean and a perfect temperature. The real joy though was getting to see a bear at least 6 times during our three night stay!!! We saw a large adult across the street and a juvenile crossed the road, through the screen, under the deck, and through the bushes in the back yard several times!!! We just wish we knew where he was going!!! He walked right by a man fishing in the creek and paid no attention- it seems this was his usual route and he had somewhere to be , lol! It was so much fun to have so many bear spottings right from the front porch - made it an A+ trip.
One tip- there were bars of soap for each sink but otherwise no soap/ shampoo samples etc so make sure to have your own. Also there was no laundry detergent and only one roll of toilet paper so we had to go buy our own with four people in the house.
Overall, a fantastic home on a beautiful stream, and a peaceful getaway from the crowds of town. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful we had an amazing stay. Everything is exactly as described. The only issue is the door combo don’t work but they gave us a back up before we arrived. And there were 2 messages that went unresponsive. But it didn’t affect our time whatsoever. This place was The perfect combination of nature and small town quaintness if you want to stay somewhere that’s close to nature but also in the middle of us small town with lots of cool shops. This is the perfect place. Our first night there we saw three baby bears so adorable. There’s an actual river in the backyard, the house was also beautiful clean just like in the pictures me and my family had the best time ever we loved!

This property was perfect! I traveled with 4 teens and this upscale cabin had more than enough space but still felt cozy and homey. It’s a short drive or nice walk to downtown, yet it’s tucked away enough where it’s super peaceful and quiet. Check-in and checkout were a breeze, the owners were attentive and kind, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend!

Location is good. Patio is nice.
There were two coffee pots on the counter, but one of them didn't work. It still had water in it from the previous guest.
There were some lightbulbs out and a couple of broken/disrepair table lamps.
The mattress in the downstairs king was very uncomfortable on one side. My wife ended up sleeping in the recliner the last night.
There are NO staples in the kitchen. I couldn't even find salt and pepper. Obviously it's not listed as an amenity, so they have every right to leave it that spartan. Same for any type of bath product.
Also, the apartment/condo complex mentioned is literally RIGHT BEHIND the cabin. If you open any windows in the back of the cabin, you feel like you are in a total fishbowl. As soon as we drove up, I was disappointed. Dozens of condos look right down on this quaint little cabin.
The jacuzzi is in the back, so literally the entire condo complex looks into the jacuzzi. We ended up not using it at all due its location.
Also, every point of correspondence (email, printed, etc) will tell you in no uncertain terms that they DO NOT ALLOW EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT. "DO NOT EVEN ASK.". Gave the impression of being very strict and inflexible.
They felt comfortable soliciting me for a "favor" of leaving a five start review. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I rely on the reviews when i make my bookings, so i want them to be honest.

We loved every bit of our stay! It was conveniently located close to town, which was the best part for us! We traveled with our 1 year old child, and being able to go back to the cabin to put her down for nap time/bedtime without having a long commute was perfect. The sound of the stream at night was my absolute favorite part. The listing pictures are accurate. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. On our last day, a bear crawled right past the porch and went on his business. My husband was also very pleased. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We loved our stay at this cabin, it was clean, beautiful, well furnished and in a wonderful location. Close to downtown, restaurants, national park. And yet you felt like you were away from all the commercialism in the cabin. We saw a lot of wildlife and even fished in the creek. We will definitely come back to this town and to Gatlinburg. This was one of the best properties I’ve rented from. The convenience to downtown Gatlinburg, the park as well as access to the arts and crafts community was the main reason for picking this location. We were highly impressed and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, very nicely decorated and the log cabin was truly authentic and exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this property.

The cabin itself is gorgeous. The porch is a little understated by the listing, in my opinion. Of all the things our group did in Gatlinburg, the best time I had was hanging out on the porch at the rental.
You have a straight shot up the road to Downtown Gatlinburg. It is very easy to find your way to and from this cabin. The creek is incredible and the driveway can easily fit 3-4 vehicles with room for an Uber or delivery driver to turn around.
The inside of the cabin is gorgeous. There are pieces of artwork throughout the building. The lack of insulation means sound travel very well, though. Whoever is going to bed first should sleep upstairs to avoid being woken by footsteps.
In addition to the amazing property, the managers are very friendly and courteous. Regrettably, one of our guests forgot his firearm on the property and the owners passed it off to Gatlinburg PD to have it transferred to that guest's local Police Department. Needless to say they greatly reduced the stress of that guest over his mistake.
10/10 cannot recommend enough.

Great cabin, very clean, being by the stream was amazing and having a bit of a yard for the kids to run around in was great. Definately book if you want to see bears. We saw a momma bear and 4 cubs a few times and another bear by itself. The yard seemed to their main path to get across the stream/road. It was cool, but it was a little too close when they were walking back one night while we were in the hot tub/kids were outside. Luckily everyone and the bears were able to get safe distance away from each other. You might consider putting the hot tub on the deck in the screened in area for more peace of mind. Overall would stay here again.

It was perfect for our family. My only regret is that my schedule only permitted us to stay for one night. I especially loved the sound of the babbling water from the nearby stream.

Our stay couldn’t have been any better! We arrived on a Saturday and left Thursday morning. There wasn’t a day that we didn’t see any bear from the porch. For any visitors coming, be sure you take time to sit outside around 6:30ish pm till a little after dark…that’s when the bear activity happened the most for us as well as early morning.
The cabin was very clean and spacious enough for all of us. Both of our girls, along with us, fell in love with the screened in porch that they could run and play on. We also loved getting to dip our toes in the water outside.
The only thing I would recommend is that there be a little guest book for everyone who stays to journal in. I always enjoy reading what all past visitors have done/seen.
Thank you to the owners for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.

This property has been the best stay our family has had in Gatlinburg! We have visited regularly for 20+ years and this place has it all. The cabin is exactly as described in the pictures, very clean, and the checkin/out was seamless. Bonus for the two bears, beavers, and turkeys we saw from the front porch! Only suggestion would be more light in the kitchen. We will be back!

We will definitely be returning to this cabin. It’s very close to town/roaring fork loop. The rooms are all good size and beds are comfortable. The owners were very quick to answer any questions and make sure we were set up for a good week. The porch is EXTREMELY pleasant and the setting by the creek is beautiful/relaxing. There’s a bear that came almost every day (didn’t tear anything up or get into anything at all) and we thoroughly enjoyed watching him walk in the stream.

Beautiful home. Great location. Awesome wrap around porch with views of the stream running along the border. Enjoyed sitting out at night and enjoying the sounds of the running water. Even had a few bear sightings. Our family of 8 had a great time.

Great location - so close to motor tour & town. Awesome creek, cabin and location...however a few things could make it even better...The kitchen needs more lights and you should have towels for Hot Tub. The porch needs a pull down shade or lattice put up so you dont see the condo & people sitting on their balcony / or they see you while you lay on porch bed...but everything else was spot on. Great place would definitely rent again.

My wife and I enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch watching and listening to the moving water of the river right out front. It was a pleasant respite from the touristy downtown.

Our host was great! The property was very nice and clean! Staying in the creek was very relaxing! Everything everyone said about little privacy is true, you feel like you’re part of the hotel, but nothing the hosts can do about that. I enjoyed sitting on the rocks in the creek and having the wood burning fireplace! Great location to downtown Gatlinburg also!

The property was amazing. Not only the cabin but the location on the creek. You could tell it was an actual Indian campground site. Parking area was good along with the spacious porch. 2 bedrooms upstairs with one downstairs with large bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area were perfect. Plenty options for TV wathcing. Everything covered for a great vacation experience.
