The apartaments are lovely. We stayed at a 2-bedroom and it was HUGE. Very big balcony and spacious living/dining areas. It has everything you need and the lovely beach is a stone’s throw away. The staff offer an inmaculate service and were very flexible with our requests. From there we drove short distances to Playa Bonita and Playa Ballenas which are both lovely. It was a surprisingly nice complex and well maintained.

Restaurant on the beach and beach itself was the most enjoyable.
Apartments needs maintenance. From the first look you can see its not used a lot. Kitchen pots are all with big scratches. Should be all replaced. Fan in one room had noise and air condition of external unit had also metal noise. The unit is close to bedroom. Luckily we did not need air conditioning a lot, but in summer this could be annoying. They tried to fix it but we left before the did. Otherwise the responds was fast.

Great common areas and pools.
Fantastic location. just across a great beach.
Apartments are spacious.
Internet service is very unstable. it does not work well.
The Gym machines are rusted and walls need to be fixed.
Water service and electricity had interruptions.

I liked the size of the room
The people at the reception were horrified. When you arrive at the hotel, you wait 30-40 minutes for them to give you the room key, regardless of the fact that none of the other guests are at the reception at that moment. It's even worse when you're checking out and waiting for your deposit to be returned. You literally wait for more than an hour while they check something. In every sense a shame for this number of stars. If you have children, definitely avoid this hotel. There is also an empty refrigerator in the rooms and you do not have breakfast.

location is good bc it's quiet but you would have to do a short drive to eat/center of activities in Terrenas. We have been there several times so this time I chose quiet and more luxurious over center of town. The location is greta ut it depends on the person. The beach is right across, private and quiet so this is a plus but it is similar to other hotels except this is more quiet.
The apartments are spacious, beautiful, nice scenery, great decor, comfortable rooms.
small rooms if you hire someone to help with kitchen is a plus so they can rest and even nap if they want.
Staff is very friendly and helpful
pool is big, everything was clean and gorgeous
big balcony w sofas and dining set
First. AC did not work well. The bedrooms were freezing and could not be controlled. Great for sleeping but not during the day bc it was constantly too cold. AC stopped working completely in living room too.
Second, no hot water. We had to call for this to be fixed. problem is we found out later in the day, then momentarily worked next day and we thought it was fixed but it was not. Even after it was fixed, water was not hot for long. Since it's hot weather, mildly cold water is not a big deal for me just not what I expected in this property.
Small things like bugs at night and being afraid of mosquito bites which is a problem in many islands too.
I did not like that aside from the price, I paid almost 30 percent in taxes in the property and they still held 100 dollars cash for deposit. Please charge the entire thing and no surprises. Even if it's the fine print, make it clear and bigger that aside from 1300 dollars I will pay 350 in taxes and 100 deposit.
No place to eat inside the complex.

Staff were really helpful and can speak English, apartment was very clear and spacious, 5 min walk to beach
It was really hard to find the apartment within the complex, it was overpriced

Location was great and the pool was very nice as well. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and the restaurant "Porto" had amazing food. When i called for help for the internet they sent someone from maintenance and he helped out right away.
The booking i chose had king bed. No one is less than 5'11" in my family, and all the beds were full sized. Very uncomfortable. Also, the central A/C did not work, wifi was not good inside the bedrooms and the apartment was not squeeky clean (Center table was dirty and sofas were full of dog hair). Don't get me wrong i love dogs and own 3 but the apartment could have been vacuumed. I texted the night before the reservation to see if i could pay to check in before 3pm and i got a response by 1pm the next day... very slow response from Xeliter.

Outside area is nice. Very close to the beach.
This place have nothing to do with 5*. It was definitely more old than photo and not clean. Broken towels. No place for breakfast. I will not give more than 3*. Also system with booking.com is wrong I book for 2 night and in hotel they told me that there is room only for 1 night. Which by the end I was glad I definitely didn't wanted sleep there longer. Very very disappointed.

The complex was very nice, very close to the beach with a large kitchen and more than enough space inside the unit. The back yard so lovely the hot-tub in the backyard was amazing. The complementary bottle of wine was a hit. Thank you.
The smell of the humidity was unbearable. The smell of mold, there was not mold of that I am sure, but the smell was bad. I had to go to the supermarket to buy air spry, candles, lemons, cinnamon stick, I but a few pineapple to help reduce the humidity and I had to boil water with lemon a cinnamon to help with the smell. I spent over 2 hours trying to reduce the horrible humidity smell. The quote including taxes a fees was $315 per night and they charged me $358.
