Beautiful home! Close to Annapolis. Comfortable, large home. Many stairs, so better for family w kids over 5 years. Owner very responsive. Relaxing balconies with swings. Quiet neighborhood!

This was my Mom's first vacation since the covid pandemic and this location really made it special! She was a kid again in the swings and I found her out there each morning. The location is great, the house is HUGE, and it was full of amazing amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house and views. Amenities and grounds were great. Loved the playground and beach. Peace and quiet at its finest in nature.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and location are wonderful, the beds are comfortable with lovely crisp linens. The bedroom to bathroom ratio is perfect.
The house could use some fresh paint and the hot water was iffy. Sometimes we had it, sometimes we didn’t.

We were friends gathering for a visit to relax and catch up and the house was perfect for that! It was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to enjoy going to local restaurants and shopping. We loved the large windows that looked out over the Bay! The decor was unique interesting touches.

Great place for a small group to eat, sleep, play and work. The house was spotless and the kitchen is well equipped and supplied. The home is large and well arranged so that we could comfortably spread out to get work done, but easily congregate in the large kitchen/dining/living area. The views are amazing. The owners were very responsive when needed.

Fantastic Family Getaway! This rental exceeded our expectations with its spacious and comfortable layout, breathtaking views, and ideal location. Easy access to Annapolis and USNA made it a perfect choice for our family weekend getaway. Great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a central location to spend a long weekend with family for Christmas. The hosts were quick to respond during our booking process and with any questions I had. The home was lovely, warm and inviting! Bathroom for each bedroom, perfect! Large open concept, eating, gathering space! More than enough room for everyone to sit, we had 8 adults and two toddlers! Hot tub and outdoor seating was a bonus, especially with a warm December. The sunrise views each morning while having coffee were priceless. Decorated with unique taste, definitely not your cookie cutter home. It felt like we stepped into a family home that was well loved. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, small appliances and spices/incidentals. Alexa provided holiday music at the ready. FIVE STARS!!! Thank you thank you for making our holiday special!

Beautiful well kept property. Kitchen and bathrooms clean, upgrades were amazing, will definitely stay at this property again, our family loved it💕 host was great communicator, so happy with our stay.

Overall me and my group had a great stay at this property! The place came well equipped and clean. The decor and style of this house is amazing and we enjoyed all the quirks. My only issue was with the huge piles of garbage outside in the driveway when we first arrived, but from what I understand we were in between trash days so it could have been that there was another big party that stayed there before us and just left it out. Other than that, the house was tidy and we all enjoyed our stay!

Great space for a group of 5-8 adults, more if guests don’t mind couches. Modern conveniences, well appointed and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

The view was amazing and just what my family needed for our trip to Annapolis Maryland.
Steve and his wife were great hosts- easily accessible- quick responses and willing to go above and beyond to help make us comfortable.
I hope to go back soon!

The outdoors could use some tlc, there was a lot of fall leaves that were not cleaned up on the upper balcony and in the car port and overgrowth in the lot next door caused a lot of mosquitos and bugs. The wildlife was amazing. The home was lovely.
4.9
The accommodations worked out well for 4 couples (two with toddlers). It's a very nice location, walkable to a small beach, close enough to Giant and < 20 minutes from Annapolis.

clean property in a nice neighborhood. Furnishing, beds, kitchen all in good shape.

We had a wonderful stay for Commissioning week in Annapolis- the location could not be beat and the outdoor dining and grill area was perfect for our family dinners!
The master bedroom and bathroom was absolutely stunning and the sunrise views were gorgeous!

This rental was a good place for our 5 family members. Lots of bedrooms and a great kitchen and view. Owners were great at answering any questions we had and even helped with offering sightseeing info. A few minor things could be fixed in the house to make it even better. Stairway lighting to downstairs room wasn’t working so made it difficult at night. A solar light over the house number would be helpful for guests arriving in the dark. The egg shaped swings on the covered decks were a big hit with everyone. Nice to swing, relax and look out at the bay. A few kitchen necessities (measuring cups/spoons) would be helpful too. Overall a very nice place for large groups who need separate bedrooms.

Well appointed, clean, pretty area near the water. Owners very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is lovely, nestled in the Oyster Harbor neighborhood of Arundel on the Bay. Beautiful floors along with ample space for families and most every amenity. The casual outdoor setting lent itself to to various activities. I especially loved the second floor balcony with swinging basket chair, it served very well as the perfect place to commune with nature while enjoying the views.

Amazing view; spectacular neighborhood
We fully enjoyed our stay. It was a joy to wake up to the water view each day. The quietness of the neighborhood and the friendly neighbors made us feel at home. The place easily accommodated our family, giving us each our own space .

Enjoyed our stay!
Really enjoyed our stay! Lovely house and great view of the water. I do wish that the master bedroom had blackout curtains to keep me from waking up early from the East facing window, but the room and view was worth the lost sleep! My kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching TV and playing in the common area. We all loved the hot tub! Would recommend.

The house is fun, the neighborhood is great, the location is wonderful, the hot tub is terrific - our family had a delightful Thanksgiving week here. We’d love to return!

This is our second stay at this property and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. The house is very clean and most comfortable. We were blessed with excellent weather for most of our time here. The waterviews from the porches and living room made the trip. The neighborhood is quiet but neighbors are quite friendly. The location is just minutes by car from lots of good restaurants.

The robin, the family of deers, hiding in a sea of green trees at the edge of shimmering waters was my morning show while sipping coffee on the porch! A beautiful house, spotless, decorated with imagination and taste, is ideally located such that you can do a lot of activities or relax and watch the shimmering waters!
I found the booklet with details about everything you wanted to know about the house and the neighborhood very helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and we are looking forward to our next visit!

It was still chilly so our group spent most of our time in the living room. The views are so great that you feel like your outside. It was a super comfortable place for 8 adults to hangout. I’d love to have couches like those in my own home. Pictures online are very accurate. The master is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There were even seasonings/spices.
Downsides
-The water doesn’t get very hot (which is possibly a safety thing), but while the master bath tub is lovely for soaking I got cold pretty fast.
-The FIOS coming into the house was very fast, but there was something wrong with the router - several people had to telework. The owners/managers were very responsive, but someone in our group happened to have access to a router. Once we hooked up our own router, it was great. (They said they were going to fix the house’s router).
-We wished we had brought our own towels. There were exactly enough towels in the bathrooms for the 8 of us. So no separate towel for drying your hair. Also there were not enough “pool” towels for each of us for the hot tub.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would rent this again.

Our three generation family had the perfect stay at this uniquely beautiful house. The house itself is well laid out with ample space for our large family. The furnishings and decor are interesting and give you pause in their novelty. Everything for a hassle free vacation was available. And of course the living room balcony/deck was our gathering spot- the great table, the water view, the songbirds were perfect!
