Not a good option, find something else

Only the premises on which the group of hotels, one of which is Vivaant is good. Note that all the amneties shown(pool, sports etc) are common and not exclusive to Vivaant.

Horribly rude desk staff, filthy rooms, disgusting stained bedsheets, slow(no) service,months old rat droppings in the cupboard(not surprising to the staff), water ran away in the bathroom that they took time to fix. Please note this is over just one day. Very poorly managed and guests have to spend hours in the lobby because of gross overbooking. Malpractices such as payment in cash only, otherwise extra 18%(why?). No cards. The hotel only runs because of the premises and on weekends.

1.Not accepting card or UPI 2.more than 1 hr taken by the staff to allocate the room even we are booked online. 3.Room was not cleaned . 4.Room service worse . 5.nothing more than a room in this resort . 6.we have wait 1 hr & observed that regular complaint are receiving but solution was absent . 7.No bill given by hotel. 8.No water in room.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Hygienic rooms, Delicious food , and very helpful staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Awesome Stay

Awesome place to visit and stay, it’s so peaceful. Must visit has all the amenities. Respectful staff , clean rooms, indoors play games ,swimming pool and the valley view..all in one place👍🏻👍🏻

Basic needs like water and other things .

Very big property

We are the only visitor on that day. After 7 pm no reception people. We are lonely and security. No proper lighting. No proper approach road from main road Went out for evening dinner for nearby restaurants and took help of restaurant people to reach resort due no proper lighting and approach road. Missed the night sleep in view of only visitor in the property

Rooms were shabby, bed sheets and linens were used , not changed and cleaned, no tea/ coffee maker in the room, there is no restaurant in the resort although photo shows there is a restaurant, Overall a very very bad experience. Never propose this resort to anyone. The charges are exorbitant and the resort have not provided any bill or receipt. Booking.com name is spoilt since you are promoting such horrible resorts and charging exorbitant.

Overall experience in Vivaant

Place is very well located in Igatpuri. Rooms are fine... Staff are friendly

Rooms: Door locks were not there for bathroom. Main door lock was not working properly from inside. You need to use tricks to open the door from inside.. Chairs was not available in flat... Which can be manageble but it would be better if they provide the chairs. Indoor Games.. There was snooker Table, TT table, 3 carrom, but any of them was not in proper working condition.. Snooker table... Carpet of snooker table was in very bad condition..sticks were broken... N we didn't find cue ball at all in the gaming premises... TT: TT ball was missing... And net was in bad condition. Carrom: We were not able to find striker for carrom and no powder was available...

Spoiler trip ever because of last minute shifting

Very bad experience, when we arrived at hotel in the afternoon for check in and last minute we shifted to Rain forest resort due to pest control activity. We were treated very badly and staff were very roude at Rain forest resort and provided us low quality rooms saying delux rooms.

Rooms were not worth and reception staffs were very rude as we were not there direct customers. Bathroom tap was broken ask hotel staff to change the room but they denied saying no rooms available but there were couple of rooms available and might be possible hotel staffs were busy in big wedding booking arrangements. My humble request to all the traveler do not book this hotel you might get surprise like this when you reach at resort and spoil your all planning.

Good location so you can Travel to any sights seeing place nearby. Food quality is good

Hotel charged more than it's amenities for family standard room.. So many followup required for room service . Wifi is not working, cleaness is not enough.

The location is very near to highway, but the place is not at all maintained. The property does not provide at toiletries and on demanding at reception, they have a flat answer i.e. we do not provide. The rooms were shady and stinking.its an isolated property ot residential converted to resort. Not at all recommended.No proper food facility. AC was leaking. We had to get it fixed.The surrounding rooms or building spaces are sold for few residential local people and it does not feel good. Anyone , do not opt for this resort . You can find better hotels in similar rates ,atleast you would get services promised.

I liked free and airy space with complete hygienic facilities.. Large & Airy Room with AC facilities.. It is a complete Veg Resturant... If non Veg breakfast to be ordered we had to ask from outside i,e, Hill Top Resturant which was too good outside the gate of Vivant Resort .. Food was too tasty & Reasonable Rate... ****** Rating I am giving it

Morning Tea should be at least provided by at least by 7 am to the room. Veg breakfast was tasty .. The office staff should be little more active. Everytime we had to remind them for each & every thing . But overall it was a nice experience. As the resort was nearby from station.. We got a Rixa very easily by phoning them regularly ...
