Amazing place. Great stay. I loved the location and the interior decorations. The host was more than generous and easy to work with.

Home away from home at what feels like my cousins house. Cafes and markets abound within 2 blocks. Eliran invites you for coffee at 930am. daily across the street. There is a sweet ice cream freezer full of Ben and Jerry's not 10 meters from the door. Old Town is a 10-minute walk as is the promenade. The Saturday market is a 3 minute walk. The people are friendly, unlike some other areas. Everything is in walking distance. Add to this the charm of one of the older buildings in the neighborhood and the remodeling everywhere, and I am sure in 3 years this won't be cheap. I love the layout and home like touches throughout the apartment. Eliran took care of meeting me on arrival to unload bags and park in a garage 2 blocks away. Included. I would strongly recommend this stay. Just bring ear plugs just in case. Some nights, they are not necessary, and I suspect this is a one-off event. Also, Eliran has an Xbox there and a water filter machine dispensar, a fridge, fresh towels, good wifi, a comfortable bed, and Netflix, among other interests. Coffee awaits both in the apartment and across the street with Eliran and his team. The Prominade has volleyball and restaraunts, sand, and sun.
Not much was a problem. It should be noted that street noise is excessive with the building across the street doing a complete tear out remodel early in the morning. The roto hammer concrete drilling above was also not planned. But Eliran did his best despite all these challenges. Well worth it. Last night, I tried the dryer. It didn't work and read ERR. I prefer a rack anyhow.
