Oncomfortabel

locatie，winkels en restaurants zijn in de buurt. Parking voor de deur wel gratis.

De bed hoofdeind was erg stink, slaap om. Geen verduisterde gordijnen. Geen goed geluidsisolatie. Geen reactie van e-mail. De afstandsbediening van TV was vies onder de stof.

Átutazóknak tökéletes.

A tulajdonos rendkívül segítőkész, nem volt gond a késői érkezés sem. Hívtam, felkelt, ideadta a szobakulcsot. Reggeli ízletes, minden friss. Napközben tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető a szálláshely.

Reggelire sajnos nem adtak semmi gyümölcsöt és zöldséget. Ezen kellene változtatni, és minden. rendben!

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, sehr sauber.

Sehr hellhörig, Fernsehen konnte man eigentlich überhaupt nicht da die Programme alle vollkommen durcheinander waren und man nichts finden konnte.

Schönes Einzelzimmer mit tollem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Frühstück gleich unten im Restaurant mit schnellem Service Einzelzimmer hatte geräumiges und helles Bad mit Fenster. Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung, für eine Einzelperson völlig ausreichend. Check-in und Betreuung durch die Eigentümer schnell und unkompliziert. Hotel ist auch per ÖPNV für zu erreichen (nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Bushaltestelle)

Buchung verloren - keine Zimmer vorhanden

Leider kamen die Kollegen in der Unterkunft an und die Buchung war nicht vorhanden. Es gab nur einen handgeschriebenen Plan. Die 2 gebuchten EZ waren nicht verfügbar und ihnen wurde nur 1 DZ angeboten. Was sie ablehnten. Restaurant wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Die Kollegen sind dann in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.

Clean room, free parking, nice breakfast

There was a free parking area right in front of the facility. The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious

The room was little too small. Breakfast was too early for us, 6:30-8:00AM. There was a private house with a pool next to the property, so there was too much children noice for us

It's a cozy quaint little hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a nice surprise, really well done. Very clean, you can tell that they value their property.

It's a bit small, like slim hallways and small size rooms, but for an overnight stay of one or two days it's fine.

Nice place, but 2 hours notice of change of booking is not accetable, but thanks to one lady who was around to rescue me

Don't even think about staying here!

Telling a guest to go find somewhere else to stay when they complain that someone is trying to get into their room is not great customer service... The young guy working here is incredibly rude and vaguely threatening - he does not like his job and seems to enjoy making people feel uncomfortable. Don't stay here!

Everything about the place was awesome. We stayed there as a newly wedded couple for three days.

The apartments should have an option to select between king beds and single beds.

Breakfast was great. The staff was lovely. The room was very clean.

The door is translucent and everytime someone passes outside the lights gets on, so it is super annoying during the night.

Very good hotel, in location, kindness, comfort and breakfast.

Very kind and helpful hosts/owner, great beds, breakfast was very good as well. Location is great to visit cities and nature for hiking. Many restaurants are close by as well as shops.

The shower was leaking a little. But that’s it.

Perfect stay, friendly owners!

The staff was very kind and helpfull. They are such friendly and nice people. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds are great and the breakfast included is amazing! It looked like the room was almost brand new, because it was very modern and clean. There is also a restaurant with a very good menu and an oppurtunity to stay for a few drinks in the evening. If we pass Kerpen again in the future, we will stay here once again for sure. - Thank you very much for the amazing and comfortable stay!

The room we stayed in had only one "roof-window" opening electric (closing automatically when raining), therefore a little bit damp and dark. But besides that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

ashtray full of cigarettes on the window and terasse no soap available for the shower narrow entry to room stairs; stairs ceiling not sufficient for normal people parking place not easy because of trucks on site totally limited choice with vegetarian food credit card payment was not working properly and I had to change card

Located in residential area, thus small walk in neighbourhood won't be that interesting.

Kerpen is close to the main motorway. Kaufland supermarket with a petrol station 2 minutes drive from hotel. Hotel was very quiet, friendly manager, excellent coffee in the morning located in a, quiet but nice residential area. Good satellite tv with mostly german channels, also news channels in english.

What an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly the rooms were comfy and the food was excellent. It was easy to find. In a central location.
