They gave Us what we had requested, a nice room with a beautiful view. Classic location
Breakfast was pretty good...
Room was a bit worn and small... the tiniest TV!
All in all alright considering the view.

Free upgrade to Lake view. Nice lakeside seating area, friendly staff giving advise on local facilities. Lovely beer.
Busy road noise during the night.

Location is good, view of the lake is great, and the staff is amazing!!
availabilty of reception for checking during late times. I actually needed to find another location for the first night because I had a delay in plan and they couldn't check me in at 23:00

Staff went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast was great, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect with parking on site.

For us- nothing

Comfy bed and the location. Private beach. Sun beds provided. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff
You can hear the road during the day but it wasn't a huge problem. Most of the time I was out on the trip or swimming in the lake anyway

Lakeside view good size bathroom. Convenient parking lovely bar and amazing location. Just outside the busier areas.
The kitchen was a bit basic

it was easy to fall in love with the charm of the family run Sirenella. Friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast is good. Lovely, shady terrace overlooking the lake serving good drinks esp lovely local chilled Bardolino wine. It has easy access for swimming and sunbathing. Bus stops just outside hotel to take you to the hustle and bustle of the many nearby towns. We had a self catering apartment which although basic was spacious and clean. There’s paddle board hire and a sailing school in the small towns to the north. Would definitely return.
I’d recommend asking for a cappuccino from the bar if you like your morning coffee!

beautiful old property in the heart of Monza
nothing. breakfast is a voucher for a croissant, juice and coffee at the next door bar. it may not be that extravagant but it was absolutely enough and the bar was also extremely friendly

Friendly staff, good location in the middle of Lago di Garda. Reasonable prices.

I traveled alone, stayed in Sirenella for 2 nights, I got double room with lake view, which was amazing. I loved that there is a shared shuttle-bus option, the hotel gave me link, where to book the shuttle, I was met at Verona airport and it cost me 22e one way, it took a little over one hour to get to hotel (during low season at the end of April, start of May). There was option to use public busses for 8e with two changes (estimated time 2h+15mis), but I was not certain abut timetables of busses, so chose shuttle-bus.
The room was basic, quite small, but clean and tidy and has everything it needs. Good hot water in the shower. Good wifi connection.
There is a bar downstairs, they have some snacks plus variety of paninis. There is another hotel that serves food about 300m away. and two restaurants plus pizza place another 300m away. they all have tables and chairs outside looking out to the lake.
There are pathways beside lake to walk around and/or for cycling.
The staff was friendly and helpful. they have maps of the area in reception and they also sell bus tickets for those who want to use public transport (Garda town is 12km to the south, Malescine is 15km to the north). Bus drivers do not sell tickets, you have to have a ticket or use specific bus application to buy tickets. The public bus stop is just outside the hotel, which is very handy.
Room had beautiful lake view, but room was also very visible to those sitting at the tables beside lake, so I had to close curtains when I was in the room and couldn't look at the view. it would be nice if the glass would have some sort one way view filter or venetian blinds or something so people inside can have more privacy from the people outside.
I didn't anticipate that the road beside the hotel will be so busy, so it was quite noisy re cars, busses, motorbikes, but quiet enough during the night.

Sparkly clean! First came to mind when arrived at this hotel. I didn't find any mold in the bathroom and the floor was also clean. Beer garden was just across the street with private zebra cross. Owner always offered to bring our order to us so we didn't need to cross the street everytime we placed an order. It was really nice. Beautiful view from balcony and also from front hotel terrace and beer garden. I have to say well-managed family hotel with a good looking young boy serving at breakfast.
Shower booth too small but that was not a big problem. We didn't complain.

The hotel was basically on the beach (a pebble one as is common in Italy) and had free use of beach chairs. There was a great little seating area overlooking the water where they served drinks, appetizers, and a couple of sandwiches. I’d say the prices were a little less than other places in Lake Garda. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They even laid out a breakfast for us since we had an early flight. We were expecting one room with 2 beds and they gave us a family room which was a wonderful surprise. We loved our stay on the beautiful lake!
The shower is very tiny but not that big of a deal. The hotel is not in one of the big towns. There are about 3-4 restaurants within a 10 min walk but otherwise things are about a 10-20 min drive. That wasn’t a problem for us so I wouldn’t call it a complaint but just something to know!

We like this place so much that it was our second time staying here! The staff is so friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Watching the sunset from our lake view balcony was beautiful! And we love the provided sun loungers to take down by the lake for the day. It's a quiet spot with several nice restaurant options within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing long weekend!
The one and only not perfect thing is that the mattresses and pillows are not the most comfortable. But that would not stop us from returning. Since we go there by car, the next time we'll bring our own pillows with us.

Super clean. Friendly staff. Very good location.
Thin walls. Small bathroom.

The staff were so friendly! Breakfast each morning on the terrace by the lake was wonderful. Free use of sun loungers during the day was a huge bonus! This was our first travel outside of Germany since COVID. We were really put at ease by the fact that all staff wore masks, hand sanitizer was readily available in all public locations, and we saw the staff disinfecting tables and chairs every single time before a new guest sat down. Our stay here was SO relaxing and I'm sure that we will return! The view from our balcony was incredible!
There was nothing not to like! My only suggestion would be that a small mini fridge in the room would be a nice addition.

A little bit noisy from the street. Very slow internet
4.5
The hotel is nice—it’s not new and it’s not fancy. But it’s on the lake and a terrific bargain for the price. Breakfast was great, and served beachside. The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly.
Parking was iffy some days.

Nice apartment with view on the lac
Great value for money
Could be a little noisy with the road in front of the room
