Staff, rooms and breakfasts are outstanding. Nice bike room very useful. We have stayed here three times over past 15 years. Recent upgrades to rooms and bathrooms are appreciated.
The hotel is in a pretty central location, which is great, but it can be a bit noisy (external noise, not from other guests) in the evenings. In the summer, with windows open there was quite a bit of street noise. This would not be an issue in winter. I would still highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was in a quiet area in the centre and every balcony covered with flowers. There was private parking Infront of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of offerings from ham, cheeses, eggs, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal and pastries. We would certainly stay here again
Nothing of importance although the bed creaked quite a bit
5.0
Very accommodating as we had a very early event and they did breakfast at 5.30am for all the people attending the event.
Tricky to get out of the car park
4.5
Central location, easy to find, private secure car parking, bicycle storage and very comfy bed.

Good location, central in Bormio and close to ski lifts.
The rooms are quite cramped. Within your room there is no space to hang out. We expected to be able to do this in a main area, but it turns out you can only hang out there if you purchase something from the bar.
Amount of coffee for breakfast is very small.
Because this was a business trip, during our visit we agreed on an invoice. Over a week later, the host informed me that this kind of invoice can no longer be provided.

This small hotel is located on a very quiet cobblestone street adjacent to a lovely river with a foot-bridge that connects two sides of Bormio. The views from our room to the mountains were lovely. Breakfast is provided and it is abundant. There is a room downstairs devoted to skis and or bicycles. They have their own parking area, which makes this an outstanding value. If you are considering a visit to Bormio I would highly recommend this place.

Love the staff, very helpful, and the location was prefect, had an issue with my payment and it was solved after my departure.
We came at a very hot summer, and their were no AC/fan in the room.

Very helpful booking in, nice rooms very comfortable. V good secure bike and ski storage. Perfect position for road bike Stelvio and Pass Gavia etc
Breakfast is later 8am, as bread does not arrive until then!

The breakfast was very good and rich. However, the capuccino and the coffee ware terrible, but I am Italian and likely very picky on these aspects.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We asked to have rooms close to each other, as we are a family, but this was not possible. We were actually on different floors.
The hotel is very beautiful with a huge hall with a marvelous view on the mountain. However the room is locked most of the day. The service is very limited as only the two owners are on site, but not always available. So it was very difficult to find someone most of the times.

fantastic Location, nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.
thé location is only 1 street from the amazing old town of Bormio, but still only a very short walk to the ski lifts and the apres ski bars of the ski area. possibly in the best location of Bormio I think.

Nice rustic design hotel in the centre of Bormio, the staff was very friendly and the homemade breakfast was good. Very close to the ski station.

The location was perfect: close to the center and ski lifts. The cleaning was done while I was having breakfast. It is a perfect timing like in luxury hotels. The breakfast was great; yet, as a Russian I missed vegetables, as we eat salty breakfast. I appreciated the possibility to cook eggs. Giovanni and Paola were great hosts. I had a great stay.

This hotel is operated by a very friendly family. They were there when I was in need of any information or recommendation. The location is very good, shops and restaurants around the corner. The breakfast was super fresh and had enough choices for a few mornings. The room and the entire hotel was totaly clean and well organized. I’ll be back when I’ll be in Bormio again. No question!
All my stuffs (even my very personal ones, like my laundry) was totaly reorganized after daytime cleaning which is basicaly a very friendly gesture but if somebody (like me) thinks this is way too private the hotel should provide a ‘do not disturb’ card for the rooms. Just as a friendly recommendation for the staff.

Beautiful interior of the hotel. Good location, really close to the Stelvio Pass. The breakfast was fulfilling.
It was difficult to communicate, the staff has really low level of English knowledge.

Very well located, especially if you are skiing. Good value for money, we asked to change room for one with a balcony but they were unfortunately full. Breakfast was simple and nice, staff not very attentive at breakfast however. Would come again.
Very good location, well equipped with games in the reception area.
