Estancia familia en los Pirineos

El edificio y la amabilidad del personal. Las vistas desde la habitación me encantaron, eran espectaculares. La habitación era enorme y cómoda.

El mantenimiento del Spa es mejorable. Falta modernizarlo y arreglar algunas zonas desgastadas y deterioradas por el paso del tiempo.

Séjour de 5 jours très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé et personnel accueillant et serviable.

Le petit déjeuner, la piscine, le sauna, les chambres, le personnel d’accueil et du petit-déjeuner.

Les femmes de chambre « oublie de passer » et ne sont pas très agréable quand vous les croisez.

EXPERIENCIA MARAVILLOSA

Todo perfecto. La piscina con el spa muy apañado. No fuimos a caldea por esa razón. La ubicación perfecta asi como el personal del hotel. El desayuno buffet perfecto, con todo lo necesario. Plazas parking amplias.

Repetiremos seguro

Todo muy bien, el personal de recepción un 10, la habitación muy bien, todo limpio, instalaciones con 2 spa, piscina, sauna, futbolín, billar… repetiremos!

El parking fue lo único que no nos gustó por el acceso porque nos tocó en la segunda planta. Aunque se tiene que contratar aparte.

Estancia en Encamp

El trato del personal es excelente. El desayuno es sencillo pero con productos de mucha calidad y siempre con alguien pendiente para que no falte de nada.

Las habitaciones son simplemente correctas. Para ser un 4 estrellas nos sorprendió que no hubiera aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (almenos en la nuestra). Por lo demás bien.

El Spa demasiada calor, no funcionaba un jacuzzi, ni sauna ni ducha de chorros. Aunque no era imprescindible

Andorra side trip.

Loved having the spa availablewhich is why we picked this hotel. Pool, two hot tubs, and both steam and dry saunas were very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful! Cute town.

Unfortunately the spa hours were very limited. We like to spa in the morning if we have time during vacation but the facilities were not available until afternoon (2 pm) and closed at 9, also a bit early. We needed to ask for fresh glasses, more tp, just small things that they should have easily seen when they freshened up our room, especially since we weren't requesting fresh towels, etc. Also, very picky but everywhere else we stayed, coffee was available to guests and most places also offered wine, but not here. Also, a bit far from the city center with no real shopping in the area. All in all, it was still a nice, quiet, relaxing stay.

Perfecto para Encamp y para conocer Andorra

Excelente situación en el mismo centro de Encamp pero súper tranquilo, bares y restaurantes a pie para escoger y buen acceso en vehículo y aparcamiento cerca (de pago eso si), la zona de spa es perfecta para relajarse, buena piscina climatizada varios jacuzzis y zona de sauna (cerrada actualmente por el Covid), y un cuidado jardin. Hotel muy recomendable, personal muy amable y las habitaciones sin ser para tirar cohetes no tienen carencias importantes. Volveria a escoger este alojamiento.

Nos gusta el sitio y el hotel por lo que volveremos

Nos gusta mucho este hotel, las habitaciones son grandes para la zona, la ubicación es perfecta en el centro de Encamp, tiene un buen aparcamiento muy necesario en la zona ya que todos los estacionamientos son de pago, y el spa es un plus

las habitaciones se pueden mejorar en mobiliario, no están mal pero es un hotel de 4 estrellas, todo lo demás perfecto

Une belle expérience

Hôtel très facile à trouver. La chambre était très confortable, avec vue sur les montagnes. Nous avions accès à une piscine, un hammam, un sauna et une salle de sport. Une cafétéria était également ouverte, au cas où nous souhaiterions manger le soir. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié, avec à la fois du sucré et du salé.

Rien, tout était parfait.

Pleasant stay in well-situated and well-appointed hotel.

Good facilities, friendly staff, well sized rooms, clean. Good breakfast.

No air conditioning or fans in bedrooms makes it extremely hot in summer. Impossible to sleep without windows open all night. Very poor sound insulation between rooms. Hotel is starting to look a bit dated.

The pool was only open from 2-9pm. We didn’t arrive until 8pm so couldn’t use the pool that evening. It would have been nice to have a swim in the morning.

The spa was great, really good value to have it included in the room price Bed was super comfortable Room was kept fresh by the staff Easy access as the bus stops right outside. Some nice restaurants in the village.

Breakfast was so-so The rooms were decorated in a rather old-fashioned way and there was not enough light to read and work. Just on the basis of the rooms I would score in more 3*+ than 4* It would have been nice to have more info in the room on local attractions

Great location for a ski trip

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and had lots of options! i went on a ski trip and the hotel is next to the free bus that takes you to the funicamp as well as one of the free parkings

I would have liked to have a kettle with a selection of teas in the bedroom
