I really enjoyed my stay in BWK Stockholm, would prefer the hotel again.

consider distance ; 1.5 km to Gamla Stan and 1.1 to city center , return journey on a road with gradient rooms without refrigerator small shower space

mooie lobby, vriendelijk personeel, propere kamers, lekker en heel uitgebreid ontbijt!

There are better places for almost the same price.

Good location, cheap and can be recommended for a short stay. Kind staff.

I was upgraded when I arrived because they do that automatically when they have room for it. I can’t really see what the upgrade was and makes me wonder about what their other options are like. When I stepped out of the shower the floor in the whole bathroom was wet so I needed to use the extra towels to get it up otherwise I might have fallen and hurt myself. Standard breakfast, floors in the lounge were squeaking which I just found weird.

Un séjour agréable en centre-ville

L'accueil, les buffets du petit déjeuner et la propreté.

Les rideaux ne masquent pas le jour, trop de lumière dès 3 h du matin ! Et chambre sans vue, presque sans fenêtre, mal aérée... Les oreillers trop durs, tous pareils, pas d'option plus moelleuse. On aurait aimé avoir un placard avec des étagères, pour un séjour assez long.

Great hotel in the middle of the City, Excellent front desk staff

Right in city centre, close to tourist attractions. Rooms are ok for the location. Have to especially mention the Excellent checkin service provided by Mr. Joel at front desk. When my name did not show in the booking, he tried reversing First name / Last name. That worked. He was very resourceful. Mr. Joel also was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things a guest should know. Pointed out the two building layout of the hotel, location of breakfast room, all-day coffee services, gym and sauna. He also outlined key resources useful to guests right in the areas surrounding the Kom hotel. Wifi password also was provided without asking. At several hotels, to extract all that information, you the guest, have to keep asking, asking...

No air-conditioning. This can be a problem in summer. A small table fan is provided in the rooms, though.

Great breakfast

The breakfast and location are the best parts of this hotel which are both really good. The bed was also comfortable and the room was big.

The hotel felt old as a whole while some items of furniture were nice and newish. Also, at first we didn't get a proper full bed but two twins pushed together. The reception thankfully quickly changed our room. We traveled with a dog which costs 250kr and for that price we would have appreciated a bag of treats (however one staff member did give us a few in the lobby which was really nice!).

El personal fue súper agradable y disponible a cualquier información. El desayuno disponía de algunos productos típicos nos pareció muy bueno. La ubicación muy práctica y tenía supermercados cerca.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast

Breakfast was amazing, so many choices and everything clean. The room was very good, only the bathroom was vintage and smelled badly.

Nice stay

I loved the breakfast was awesome and a lot of different options. It was ina good location, the gym was decent if you think about exercising . I think breakfast only saved us a lot of money instead of eating out. They came and clean everyday our room.

A bit dirty in the lounge and the walls are a bit dirty/old.

Not the best experience. Rooms are definitely not as on pictures, worse that we expected. the only good thing is the loc

Good location near to city center, supermarket and alcomarket.

Choice and quality of food for breakfast - average but could be better. Tiny window under the ceiling is the only window we had, although on the pictures you see large windows. Very small pillows are very uncomfortable. Quite old furniture and no minibar fridge, although you can see it on pictures.

In short: wonderful

Aside from the teeny, tiny bathroom, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, with a good variety of things to eat and drink, and the location was very convenient.

A larger bathroom would have been nice, especially a larger shower area.

Location of the hotel was quite good, we did not use transport at all, everything in walkable distance. The room size was ok. Cleaning done daily. Breakfast choice was good and overall tasty.

Good for overnoght stay.

The room was good and so was the breakfast. The beds abselutely very good. We used the room for overnight for celebrating New Years Eve and thas was good. The location good very close to the metro.

I bit hard to find our way from the metro. Witch metrostop was well announced but there are two way (at least) out and there the problem was,
