The worst experience of my life was with a hotel. Upon arriving at the reception, the woman at the front desk seemed incredibly stressed. When we gave her our booking number, she started shouting and insulting us. We decided to record the encounter on our mobile phones due to her rude behavior and offensive language. Suddenly, the hotel manager or owner appeared and also began shouting. They took my friend's phone and deleted the videos. When my friend tried to retrieve her phone, three hotel staff members physically attacked her and bit her. We immediately called the police, who arrived and listened to our explanation. Despite having paid for the non-refundable room, the hotel managers insisted we leave. The police intervened, asserting our right to stay. With no other option for the night, we remained there.
Hotel stuff was constantly calling us on the phone and knocking to our door; threatening us that if we won’t leave we will regret it and no garantee to have a safe night. We needed to put luggage in front of door as we were terrified what if someone comes inside .
It was like the worst terror movie . If you want to be safe , not Even have a pleasant stay , then never come to this hotel. This hotel is full of physiological unstable staff that can do crazy stuff to you.
The room was tiny and dirty, with an unpleasant odor. The towels were old, and the pillows uncomfortable. Adding to our stress, the neighboring building's bells began ringing loudly at 9 am. Our experience was filled with stress, a bitten friend, sleep deprivation, and an inability to shower. Undoubtedly, it was the worst and most unpleasant hotel experience ever.

Great location, clean room. Fine breakfast. Haven’t tried their dinner. They provide iron and iron board. Only on Tuesdays there is music downstairs so I haven’t experienced any problem during the rest of the days with noise as other people were complaining about in reviews.
No kettle in the room. Could be of use for people like me who drink tea in med purpose. I had to come down for hot water every time. Stuff is not always at reception so sometimes you have to wait for them which is a problem if you are in a rush. They are not always happiest to serve you at least I haven’t seen that warm, full of hospitality smile much. Only a girl who checked me in was on that level.

The bed. We asked for another room which was not available. At 4 am the mattress collided and we decided to leave and never return.

the staff were superb! They helped us as an older couple by taking our suitcases upstairs, and were always very pleasant and sweet. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right in the old town and just steps away from a number of restaurants and also to the ferry that goes to St Tropez.
The stairs! It is fine if you are reasonably fit, but if you are not in good health or elderly, they can be a struggle.

Great location and good value.
Not far to walk to the beach and we managed to park for the night for €6 on a street not too far from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away.
We had a comfortable night here. The bathroom was great.
