Could’ve been better

The location is excellent.

They switched the amenities in the bathroom from dyptique to some other brands, although strangely the showers in the locker room still use dyptique. The sauna, steam room, and whirlpools were out of service during my stay. There was no turn down service on one of the nights during my stay.

Красиво, удобно, вкусно. Спа отличный, спортзал. Большие номера. Бассейн хороший.

Очень близко буйки к пляжу, как будто детский загон на море. В соседних отелях такого нет. Очень невежливо персонал стал меня возвращать в загон. Сходила на море из-за такого отношения только один раз. Полотенца дают по карточкам и под роспись в журнале. В итоге потеряли наши карточки.)) В номерах нет минибара, холодильник пустой.

Всё как всегда на высоте. Это Мандарин Ориентал!!!! не первый раз в этом отеле. Персонал на бассейне 100% доброжелательный, отзывчивый. Ресторан у бассейна шикарен Вино вечером у бассейна с таким видом заслуживает отдельного внимания

персонал- доброжелательный, на бассейне персонал очень отзывчивый, ждать по 20 минут еды не нужно. все быстро и качественно. Номер люкс с отдельной комнатой и двумя ванными комнатами- шикарный

清潔。ロケーション。

昨年初めて宿泊。ホスピテリティの高さに感動。どうしても再訪したく今回予約。帰国後色々な人にもお勧め。チェックイン時に受付の方にその事をつげるとうす笑いを浮かべて一言『帰ってきたけど、たったの１泊（only 1night）ね。』確かに5日間の滞在の最終日のご褒美の待望の１泊でした。ホテルにとっては要らない宿泊者だったように受けとめました。スタッフの方のホスピタリティも昨年よりも2ランク下がり、他の5つ星ホテルとも変わらず。（今回４泊は他の5つ星ホテル宿泊）もう知人にマンダリンオリエンタルホテルをおすすめすることはないと思います。そしてもう2度と宿泊することはありません。次回は他のホテルに宿泊します。1年間夢を持たせていただき、マレーシア再訪の機会をいただけたことは感謝です。

Beautiful view to the Petronas Towers.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to many attractions. The KL city tour bus has a stop at the back door of the hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

house keeping is great, all the time rooms are cleaned twice. staff is very supportive every place. check out so quick. BF is nice. old decorations but still keeping the quality and nice decoration.

i asked for quite room specifically and reception man put me the closest to elevators all sound in my head. Mattress and pillow are not comfortable . construction in front if the loopy

Quite good staying

お部屋、共有部分、レストラン等どこも落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルで、ゆったりと過ごせました。パークビューのお部屋にしたところ、眼下に公園の緑が一望できとてもよかったです。隣にショッピングモールがあるのも、便利で良いと思います。

赤ちゃん連れだと少し不便を感じる時もありましたが、ロケーションやスタッフの対応の良さを考慮すると総じて良かったと思います！

双子のゼロ歳児を連れて4泊しました。予約時にベビーコットを二つお願いしていましたが１つ用意しましたというメールが送られてきて、２つ用意して欲しいと返信したらすぐに対応していただきました。また、東京から深夜便に乗って6時amすぎにクアラルンプール到着。9時半ごろにホテルに着きましたが無料でアーリーチェックインをしてくださいました。ベビーコットは双子には小さかったのか狭かったのか、しょっちゅう頭をぶつけていました😅ハイハイ時期で動き回る月齢ですが、床を這わすのに抵抗があったので大人のベッドの四方をベビーコットやクッションなどを駆使してガードを作り、大きいベッドの上で遊ばせていました。朝食はいろんなメニューがあり美味しかったです。またスタッフのみなさんがとてもフレンドリーで、いつも笑顔で出迎えてくれました。ホテル建物は少し古さはありましたが、古さを感じるほどではありませんでした。プールはゼロ歳児でもはいれて、深さは大人の膝ほどでした。はじめてのプールにおおはしゃぎしていました。すぐ隣にスリアKLCCというショッピングモールがあり雨天時も濡れることなく行くことができたので毎日のように行っていました。KLCC公園ビューのお部屋だったので噴水ショーも見れましたが、半分はホテル半分は公園というビューでした。ツインタワーは見えませんでした。赤ちゃん連れだと少し不便を感じる時もありましたが、ロケーションやスタッフの対応の良さを考慮すると総じて良かったと思います！

シャワー室のシャワーは固定されていて、バスタブにも可動式のシャワーがつけられていましたが水圧の調整が難しく、赤ちゃんをお風呂に入れる際は不便を感じました。

Excellent!

The hotel is very close to Petronas towers and the park where you can see the light show. There is also a shopping center connected to the hotel. The location could not be better. The room was very comfortable, you can choose the type of pillow you want to ensure you have a wonderful sleep. The swimming pool was very good, although you cannot see the towers from the pool you still have a nice view of the city. The gym was superb, with all the machines to do a proper work out. Those looking for a hotel with a nice gym, can choose Mandarin. The breakfast was excellent, with many options to choose from and the food was very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful, when you do the check in they give you a box of chocolates and they are always available to help.

Everything was excellent for me, I cannot fault it in any way. The swimming pool is not facing the towers but you can see them as soon as you come out of the hotel, so is not a big issue.

الموقع مناسب جدا

الأثاث قديم والفندق قديم تعامل احدى موظفات الاستقبال كان سيئ للغاية و أسلوب كان غير مؤدب وغير راقي أبدا ولكن تم رفع شكوى مباشرة وتم الاعتذار ولكن هذا لا يكفي لانها تسيئ لجميع الطاقم الاكل غير مميز أبدا
