Staff were amazing, so kind and really went above and beyond.
Uncomfortable rooms, poolside rooms are poorly designed and offer no privacy.

The location was fantastic!
I cannot get a detailed statement.
I don't know the details of the amount, so I felt doubtful about the amount charged.

Room is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable.
Breakfast have a lot of choices of Asian/Thai style breakfast.
There is no iron in the room. (Deluxe premium room) I’m sure you can ask the staff for that. The trainee reception can’t handle the easy reservation’s situation good enough.

This is à beautiful property however be aware it is in the jungle so we had some ants and spiders but other than that we love the little cottages. If you stay in the upgraded suits, it's more like a hotel so may not get bugs but ours were separate little rooms.
Delicious food and drinks. Nice sandy beach with big waves to body surf. You should be a good swimmer up to out into the waves especially in the afternoons. Not too crowded. Complimentary beach chairs and towels available on the property. Thai massage, foot scrubs, pedicures offered right on the beach. Water sports a short walk down the beach. Would definitely recommend this place!
Probably the bugs and fumigation. They spray in the afternoons and there is a sign in the room to tell you this but does not tell you to leave the room. I advise you leave as the smoke cane into the room during afternoon fumigation.

Nice resort on Koh Samet. Had one of the small Chalets with a small beach and a pool next to us. Location is great. Within 5min of walking you can reach the Main Street of Koh Samet with shops and a 7eleven supermarket.
A/C was too loud, but you should not switch off because it was too hot on Koh Samet. With earplugs it was no problem. Breakfast crowded and loins during prime time.

plenty of diverse accommodation and pools. Beach was beautiful.
Very busy breakfast service but maybe this was due to the Easter holidays

The location, staff, and cleanliness were all excellent.
I was a little annoyed by the outrageousness of the Chinese group, but it isn’t the hotel’s fault.

good location. many of the rooms are good but in the cheaper terrace rooms the walls are paper thin. nice beach. the organization and staff are so nice
the restaurant food is good but it is chaos. for example starters and mains arrive together and can take ages. you often have to get up and find someone to order from etc . not enough sun beds on the beach we never managed to get one in 3 days

- Beautiful beach restaurant with stunning sea view. - The staff in the lobby and pool/beach was helpful and friendly. Also the cleaning staff was very friendly.
- The pool 1 was infinite and very nice to chill.
- The pool 2 was suitable for sports swimming.
- Food in the beach restaurant was very good.
- This might the best hotel by the beach.
- The staff in the beach restaurant was a huge disappointment. We ate there 4 times at our 1 week stay. You needed to be very proacive customer from the first minute to the end.
Every single time it took LONG to get our order, and from getting order it took again LONG to get our drinks which I couldn’t understand in that heat. Even we reminded them nothing changed.
The restaurant wasn’t full but all you could see was the restaurant full of trainees who didn’t have any experience serving customers, The staff made always many mistakes with our orders, it seems they don’t understand english and don’t mind to check if they didn’t get something. Always somethings was missing: food, forks, knives, napkins, or they didn’t prepare the table for us.
After we got our food and drinks they disappeared and didn’t come to check us for more drinks or dessert. You even needed to wait them LONG to charge us.
I wouldn’t complain this much if this wouldn’t be the most expensive restaurant in that area. We would have loved to eat here every day because the food was very good, restaurant itself was stylish and the ocean view was stunning.
- There was very odd smell in the pool 1. You could smell it when swimming and didn’t know if it came from the pool or somewhere else.
- There was only 1 yoga mat in the gym. When the (very small) gym was packed I needed to do my training without it direcly on the floor - however I felt it was a better choice since the yoga mat was used and dirty.

Proximity to the beach, the beach.
Long walk from cottage to dining/reception /beach, would have preferred something closer. But to be fair, that's only because I had back ache. It was only a 5 min walk

No internet cafe, as advertised in literature.

the type of room I stayed is for a couple. It would be good to have a blind between as shower room and toilet.
