Would definitely stay here if you are looking for a place outside of Venice or heading to airport.

The airport is only 8 minutes away from the property but you feel like you are far away. Very minimal noise from planes. The grounds of the property are simply beautiful with tons of greenery, plant covered carports, very cute sheep, donkeys and peacocks in the back area. The grounds were nice to walk around. The breakfast room had indoor and outdoor seating. The breakfast had a good selection including "eggs made to order." Staff were very nice. There's a very nice greenhouse to sit in (a bit too hot when the temperature is high) and also another sitting area in a room next to the breakfast room where you are surrounded by large plants and a comfy couch. There is air conditioning in the rooms which was definitely needed in August when we were there. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Also, if you have a car, getting to Venice or other sites was fairly close by. They also have bus passes available for purchase at the front desk and the bus is within 5 minutes walking distance from property.

Breakfast was from 8Am-10Am. It would be helpful if the breakfast began earlier, especially if you have an earlier flight out of Marco Polo Airport. Also, we wanted to have breakfast on the beautiful outside patio but there were many bees as soon as you put your plate with food down on the table. An easy fix would be installing fans so the wind from the fan would keep the bees away. Very limited (and not so good) selection of restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance of the property.

Great value for money for airport and Venice visit

Welcoming reception staff, Great Location, just 2 min from the airport by car/bus. 1 min walk for line 5 bus which leads to Venice

Maybe just a coffee machine and/or microwave in the room was missing from me (although coffee was available in the breakfast)

great location, Close to the airport less than 10 minutes, close to parking go were you drop the rental car also close to gas station all of that within 6min walking, also, the bus station 2 minute walking , also the provid bus ticket to Venice & the can arrange shuttle to drop you at the airport with an extra charge 4 peoples €28.

Poor Wi-Fi, the shuttle drop you at the parking slot so you’have to walk with your all luggage to the terminal 🥹(cause he has another customer requested him at the parking slot😡)high value with less convenient .

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time.

I absolutely loved my stay! Wish it could have been longer. Room was great, breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed walking the grounds as well. My stay unfortunately was very brief but I hope to make it back someday.

really good location if you want to be close to the airport. the place is really nice and beautiful, very friendly staff. surprisingly not noisy due to the airport proximity . bus stop really close and you can buy tickets in the resort reception

a lot of mosquitoes in the area - need to protect yourself :) no supermarket in a walking distance

The location was perfect for an early flight the next morning. The gardens and surroundings were exceptional! A super positive surprise.

Could not ask for a nicer place near Venice

Lovely location, walkable (25 mins) from airport. Staff are absolutely brilliant, breakfast has local cheeses and meats and is delicious. Brilliant.

We arrived after dark and reception/check-I could be a bit more clearly signposted. No big deal though.

When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with the location. It was a nice finish to our holiday. We would highly recommend this stay. Easy access to train station and airport. Very helpful and friendly staff

location to Venice airpot : 15 min exceptional beautiful gardens / breakfast a lot of choices / dinner out to a nearby restaurant they gave us a ride to and from the restaurant.

check out a 10 am / slight early for us , so we hung out on the property which was fine

10 minutes taxi to airport ,20 minutes bus to Venice , from just outside. In its own gardens, with enjoyable evening walk ,yet only 100m from the main road. Excellent overnight stop for airport, but would be happy to stay longer

A Wonderful Experience

What a beautiful place to stay. Less than 10 minute drive to airport and an easy walk to two nice restaurants. The room was comfortable and well decorated. Staff was fantastic especially those who prepared the fabulous breakfast. The grounds were incredible and we enjoyed all of the beautiful roses and the jasmine was in full bloom filling the air with a delightful fragrance. We truly had a wonderful evening and a day relaxing before heading to the Dolomites to hike. Highly recommend. Exceptional value for the price. p.s., never heard any jets from the nearby airport when in our room.
