It was great!

It was exactly what I needed just for a single stay in London after being at the Taylor Swift concert and I managed to find different routes to get back quicker and safely. I also appreciated that I was able to check in earlier than expected.

A sink being in the room was different to what I’d seen before in other hotels.

Perfect for a short stay for events

Clean and safe, lovely staff, very helpful. Brilliant location short walk from tube station and very close to Wembley Arena

OK for a single night spending as little time as possible

Cheap for the location and convenient for Wembley OVO. Room was at least warm.

Room smelled strongly like glue making it really hard to sleep. Room had some mold. Was awoken in the early hours by a load of noise (Potentially mice, but sounded like a load of bashing around above us).

Great value for money and very friendly staff

Clean, what you need for the price, very friendly staff and a nice little smoking area so you don’t have to smoke your morning cigarette out front! Nice distance from Wembley stadium

Honestly for the price it was perfect, if I had to pick it’s the carpets but they were clean and that’s what matters!!!

reiswertes, einfaches Zimmer mit guter Öffi-Anbindung

Das Zimmer war, für ein Stadthotel in dieser Kategorgie, sehr groß. Der Herr an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft war extrem freundlich und bemüht (unser Safe war kaputt), der Haarföhn welcher an der Rezeption zu holen ist, wurde uns, genauso wie eine Zusatzdecke am nächsten Tag aufs Zimmer gebracht, es gab 2x frische Handtücher, das Frühstück war ok. Es gibt kein Joghurt, oä. Da wir das deftige english breakfast lieben, war das aber auch nachrangig. Der Obstkorb ist versteckt, aber da und das Obst ist frisch! Das Bett war bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Mit der Buslinie 18, welche fast vor der Haustüre stehen bleibt, kommt man bequem in 30-40min zur Tube Station Baker Street und von dort aus in die Innenstadt.

Die Zimmer sind extrem abgewohnt, unser Bad dürfte ein Anbau sein, da es dort drinnen kalt wie in einer Kühlkammer war. Auch der angeschimmelte Duschvorhang, der nicht bis in die Ecke verlegte Teppich und der gammelige Unterbau vom Waschbecken waren... naja. Alles in allem hat aber der positive Eindruck überwogen - vor allem der nette Herr an der Rezeption und das allgemeine Bemühen des Personals hat alles heraus gerissen.

It was cheap and the room was well sized.

overall, value for money. Had issues with wifi, shower and fridge. One of the staff was helpful, the rest were unable to help. it could use a further clean and an upgrade to facilitates.

Excellent budget hotel in a good location.

The property is in a good location- only 5 mins walk from Harlesden tube station and within walking distance of Wembley. The staff are really pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. You get what you pay for, and for a budget hotel this is excellent. We have stayed here 3 times now and would definitely go back. There is a Tesco Express next door which is great for food and drink for the room. Don't go to the chicken takeaway opposite though, it was filthy!

£9.95 for breakfast is a bit expensive.

Pleasant short stay

We had the biggest room on ground floor, spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed, fridge and kettle in the room. Lovely service overall.

31 January was freezing day and we decided to book room there for 3 nights. The temperature in room was less than 15 degrees. And heating wasn't been working good enough to make room warm. The Heating wasn't Been working good enough.it was very freezing in our Room Number 111.afrer 2 days in this cold room I become ill ( and also some customers Been complaining too)) and we want to get refund but The workers from Hotel Been Lied to Booking.com how all the things are OK.. it wasn't..totally not(( even My bottle of cider Been stolen and I didn't get even get any refunds). Bath didn't had a Plug😅.to use bath you must use something instead of plug)) The manager was don't give cares about customers. 1Star is a Maximum what can I Rate..

Very dirty place :((

It wasn't very expensive compared to other places in London but If I could choose now I wouldn't book this place. Sometimes it's better to pay some more but have some better conditions.

First of all I didn't like the smell on the first floor where my room was. It was awful and you couldn't escape it. Second of all it was very dirty and old, things were broken (Tv, sink). There were cups in the room and tea bags but there was no boiling water, you could ask the hotel worker but their english was not so good. So in the end I didn't use the hot water. I also couldn't charge my phone because my charger was more common in EU and not in BG but they couldn't help me with that.The shower was outside of the room and it was common. It was quite dirty and old. I didn't like going to bathroom. It is not a place where you spend time, just sleep and leave. I would never book it again.
