Many perks but a few lurks

I like the lay out of the apartments and the pool area with table tennis. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfy also. Location was great.

I didn't like how you can't sit on your balcony while the neighbours are as there is no barrier between the apartments that is solid only a see through patrician. There was no privacy. With this, the neighbours smoked on their balcony and the smoke came through the cracks of our bedroom louvers and stunk out our apartment.

Pool and facilities were immaculate, Room was well supplied with anything we might need. Soundproofing was good. Beach nice and close.

Beach holiday

The rooms were large and kitchen has lots of pots pans and dishes. No staples like oil or salt and pepper though. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool area. Easy key pick up and return. Clear instructions on how to park and secure parking area.

Reception is not open unsure what time anyone is available there. Can't get pool towels.

Location. Convenience. It had one of the most comfortable beds away from home I have ever slept in. Great size for the family and nicely furnished.

Very minor - the blinds in the kids' bedroom had a gap that the walkway light (on all night) shone through. We ended up turning him around to face the other way and popping a towel up to block some of it.

Excellent property, very clean would definitely stay there again

The location was really good. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Our unit was very spacious and well equipped. The shower was good with plenty of out water, only problem was there is no shower door on the one in the ensuite so couldn’t have tap on to fast as it flooded the bathroom floor. Excellent property very clean and quiet would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Only issue was shower in ensuite not having a door on shower, you can’t turn the tap on fast as the bathroom would flood and there is no drain in the floor.

we had a hassle free, comfy and convenient stay at beaches :)

chose the ground level apartment because the courtyard opened up at the front for easier beach access - everything about the apartment was amazing and our next trip to Yeppoon area will definitely looking to stay at the same place.

For the reason of staying the apartment were very satisfactory.

Location...excellent. Apartments...up to expectation, certainly value for money, and clean. The only staff we saw were the cleaning team, and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer the human touch when I check in anywhere. So that would be a negative for me, and I also found that, apart from the front door key, I had trouble unlocking the flydoor.

A bit hard to find the room, as the instructions we received came by text and by various emails and they all seemed to have slightly different in formation. The lift wasn't working, so had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Beautiful apartment

Immaculate apartment which was super comfortable and well equipped! Everything you need! Great location with a lovely pool view and gorgeous sunset in the evening!

It was a little tricky to find but got there in the end. There is no staff there at the reception to assist you with keys and finding your room etc and the lift was broken so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with two small children and heavy bags! I was pre- warned though about the lift beforehand and this was a situation that couldn’t be helped. We really did love our stay here and so we booked to go again on the way down from our road trip!

spacious 3 bedroom apartment perfect for families. table tennis table was a hit with the kids. fantastic Rec room.

A heated pool would have been the icing on the cake.

Great stay in a great accommodation but Booking.com overcharging us put a dampener on our holiday

Property was spacious and clean, close to beach but quite a distance into town, pool very nice and car under cover car park was excellent

Lift wasn’t working which didn’t effect us greatly, no one on site at reception which was a problem because Booking.com overcharged us for our 3 day stay,so beware and always take a screenshot of your booking so you have proof of what you are paying for. After contacting both Booking.com and property manger no refund was offered
