Globalmente o hotel é bom. Voltaremos.

Localização, simpatia dos funcionários, quarto com vista mar (espetacular)camas confortáveis, limpeza do quarto bem feita, toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Pequeno-almoço muito bom. Comida boa.

Pouca limpeza nas áreas envolventes das piscinas. Pouca variedade no buffet em algumas refeições. Restaurantes temáticos onde pudemos jantar: AQUA: Muito bom Espanhol: Não recomendo Italiano: Não recomendo

Nefasto el jacuzzi imposible de bañarse y relaj

La limpieza y la rapidez con que te acomodaban en el restaurante

El jaccuci un poco sucio de todo el día como si no funcionará a la depuradora del jacuzzi o que entraba mucha gente la agua estaba muy turbia y con mucho aceite si si no se podría limpiar dos veces al día a ver si está un poco más limpia me metí una vez y no me he metido más

Having to be out of the apartment /room by 10am very early especially when your pickup wasn’t till 20:00 that night..😖😓

Very disappointed

The pool area and the staff doing the activities at the pool were lovely. Unfortunately that was it.

Been coming here for years and always loved it hence the reason for the numerous returns every year to this resort. This year was completely different. Arrived at 10.00am and wasn’t able to gain access to our room until 17:00pm. And was further advised that check in is between 17:00 to midnight. Considering you are paying the full amount for the room from the day of arrival to not gain access to this room when the day is near over is ridiculous especially when you have young kids. We were put in a room with an open balcony, with a 3 year old which had seating area for access to anyone, and over looks a big drop which is so dangerous a small second for a child to climb on this and look over and fall and is a major health and safety hazard. When allocating rooms I would recommend taking this into consideration and placing customers with kids in the rooms where the balcony is not accessible to public and closed in with a gate, like the rooms we have previously stayed in. In the 5 day stay my bed sheets hadn’t been changed once, cleaners came once the whole stay and had to ring reception for new towels and when arriving apartment after a day at the pool at 5pm cleaners were only coming and brushed the floor and emptied the bins, no towels. As there was 5 people staying in the apartment one had to use the sofa bed, there was no pillows provided? Just the pillows on the double and single beds? We were put on floor 3 room 320, when using the lift to get to floor 1 it took you down to the reception of the beach hotel where staff were rude and told us we couldn’t use these lifts to access our room. Can’t understand why a lift which was beside our room took us to somewhere we weren’t able to access, if that’s the case the lift beside my room should take us to there and with having a child I had to use the lift for the pram. Made to feel very uncomfortable by staff at the front desk on two occasions.

Unforgettable 5-Star Experience💗💗💗💗💗

On arrival, there was a bottle of Red Wine with 2 Wineglasses waiting for us on the Kitchen Table Top with a cute good wishes note. That made us feel welcome and happy. The lavish Breakfast and, Themed Dinners (Asian, Spanish, Italian, BBQ, Mexican, Portuguese, International) were Buffet-style and a hit with me and my hubby! It was like eating a five-course meal each time. There was so much delicious variety of food, we enjoyed it all and looked forward to Breakfast and Dinner. The Location is Great, right on Oura Beach, so the view from our room was lovely. But the Ocean waves in January were strong, I didn't dare swim in it. The Ocean Water was very COLD but refreshing against my feet while Sun was out!

The outdoor Gigantic Jacuzzi was not filled for most of our stay. When it was filled with water, it was icy COLD Water! I went in once and I Never got in again!!! The staff in general were average, not really friendly. But I want to Commend two staff who went above & beyond for us, Esther in the Dining and Wysall in Housekeeping. One Swimming Pool (On the Dining Room 4th Floor) was taken over by Seagulls and their poo throughout our stay. It was off-putting!! But there was a second pool. Air-conditioner didn't work for most of our stay until the last night! We reported to the Receptionist. Even after it was 'repaired,' the first time, it still didn't work. We had to report it again.

EXCELENTE ESTANCIA!! REPETIREMOS

Habitación (detalles, como era cerca de san Valentín, nos dejaron una botella de vino con dos copas), comida excelente, buena atención de camareros, animadores muy simpáticos. En general nos encantó todo, volveremos!!

Lo único, los canales de la televisión. Debería haber aunque sea 1 en español.

ubicación a pie de playa. Personal amable. Cama y sofá muy cómodos. Cocina de la habitación muy cómoda. Almohadas super cómodas

nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por que nos encontramos cucarachas y hormigas por el baño y el ropero de la habitación el cual nos lleno la ropa de hormigas. El cierre de las puertas son endebles y se abren con mucha facilidad sin llaves así que no dejar de valor dentro de la habitación. En el buffet misma comida prácticamente todos los días faltaría poner una televisión en la habitación

Beautiful complex.

It's a beautiful complex . Breakfast was generally very good.

The winter all inclusive is very limited. One bar that doesn't open until 3pm which is outside so not comfortable in the cold and rain .

Poca calidad y variedad en comidas. Muy pocas horas de todo incluido y muy poca variedad. Plaga de hormigas en todas las habitaciones. No pasaban a limpiar ni a dejar toallas limpias en las habitaciones

Great staff, venue lacking in facilities.

View, staff, ease of room change request.

Shower facilities inadequate once checked out prior to an 11pm flight. Dining standard of food differed vastly between the restaurants. Buffet dining area did not have AC and was like dining in a sauna. Totally lacking adequate sunbeds for the amount of people on resort. 3 pools really was 2 pools and one dedicated children's pool. Hit or miss with booking restaurants and availability.

Every day we were very enjoyed! Breakfast was very good lots of choices can make everyone very happy .Food, drinks and accommodation absolutely AMAZING! All of the staff is always very helpful and nice .We will be back for sure!

We went for a quick 4 day stay, excellent service, great staff and very nice hotel. Will definitely!

The room was spotless, pools were cleaned every day, plenty sun beds, plenty restaurants and lovely food!

I can't fault it at all! Will definitely be back!

Avoid, especially all-inclusive.

The location...on the beach.

I'm so sorry we chose all-inclusive. Good buffet breakfast. Not much choice for lunch at all, and the "14 restaurants" mainly opened at 6.30pm. If you didn't prebook on arrival, you may not get dinner and have to go to Jak's for more buffet style food. When we did book restaurants, they weren't amazing. Chinese and indian were the best. All lacked atmosphere. One or two staff were helpful and very happy in their job but most found it difficult to offer/give more drinks!!! Only very limited drinks are available. Lovely well equipped apartment. Lucilla kept it spotless and was very tentative. Pool areas are too small and not enough seating available. Went to sister hotel to use the pool...not sure we were allowed to, but no one questioned us. Some public areas quite run down and lay out badly planned. Unfortunately, after spending small fortune for our family of 4, I will never go back here again and would not recommend it.

Great location and lovely resort especially for couples

Location was brilliant by the sea/beach. Resort was massive. Very clean and well kept. Staff spoke English and very helpful. Steep walk up to main strip but was only about 5 min walk.

Was expecting more of the restaurants/food facilities to be available as per description but only able to eat out of one buffet style restaurant. Had to book for others and wasn't aware of this.

Great hotel, in a superb location

Location is superb, the hotel has come on a very long way since the last time we stayed. We'll done to all involved who have brought the premises to the standard it is at now.
