Bien mais on attendait mieux.

Personnel du repas et du ménage toujours aussi aimable. Chambre spacieuse avec superbe vue mer.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine intérieur qui était en réparation ( alors que nous venions dans cet hôtel surtout pour cette piscine), et nous n'avons pas pu avoir un dédommagement financier suite à ce désagrément. Comparativement à notre venue il y a 4 ans , nous voyons que l'hôtel s'abime ( infiltration des balcons, séparation balcon abimé...)

Very relaxing and enjoyable with stunning views. Good location.

Our suite was lovely. Private balcony overlooking the sea. Fabulous views. Suite very sizeable. Room service was excellent and very timely. Staff friendly. Lifts were super quick too. Very large Supermarket close. Very close to beach and restaurants. The rooms were cleaned promptly every day. Always a maid around. The hotel welcomed us with a small bottle of port and we had pastries daily. On our last night we had a bottle of wine delivered complimentary to our room. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and very friendly The food at the pool bar was very good.

Our bed was rock solid and we’re our pillows. So didn’t sleep well. The air conditioning didn’t ever turn off in the bathroom. The central light switch was broken so all lights or no lights. The maid kept taking our glasses and cups and not replacing them so in the morning we had to ring down to get cups for tea/coffee. The train runs right in front of the hotel and there’s lots of noise from the road. There’s no information about the hotel and its facilities and how everything works. I think it would be good to have something in the room the read so you gen up on the hotel. It would be good to have had a smart tv so we could watch Netflix and prime. The gym is hidden away and is a member gym so absolutely packed out. So I didn’t end up using the gym after the first day. The breakfast was average however the service at breakfast was exemplary.

6 nights stay for business in mid-February - so it was the off-season. Although this is certainly a "spa hotel", it is perfectly suited to business travel as well. After a day of meetings in Lisbon, it was a pleasure to return to the hotel to unwind and relax. Bonus was the 5-star breakfast buffet as good as I have had in the Swiss Alps. I hope to return with my wife later this year.

Great view, location, spacious room and bathroom. Pleasant staff, good breakfast.

The air in the room was so dry so it was not pleasant to be inside. Our contact lenses even dried out. The bed was too small for two persons, also the mattress felt very stiff. We liked the hotel but would never return because of how uncomfortable the room was. Other things that require improvement: Spa zone has a lot of varieties but the absolutely necessary things are missing. The wet sauna was great but there is nowhere to cool down, no plunge pool, and the ice fountain didn't work. The salt pool is too small to swim in it, but also too cold to relax.

loved the water lounge! was the highlight of our stay as it was very relaxing and lovely. the breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful, beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and beautiful and location was good.

The pillows were uncomfortable and strange as they felt like a balloon with trapped air inside. you had to slowly compress the pillows to get the air out. however they kindly replaced these with better more comfortable pillows.
