La Residencia por dentro es muy bonita y cuidada, con diferentes plantas, piscinas y zonas de descanso. El desayuno es excepcional, muy completo y siempre variado, se nota que los productos son de calidad. La habitación está muy limpia, amplia y cómoda para descansar de maravilla. La tranquilidad y bienestar de la zona es perfecto.

breakfast was great! we arrived early and the host was very friendly, explained everything to us and gave us great recomendations for lunch and dinner. the town was a short 13 minute walk and a 5 minute walk to dona ana beach. There was a ton of construction surrounding the hotel but it felt like an oasis - we hardly noticed. Great to have AC in the rooms too

we didn't realize the property was separated. It was all gated and secure - just took us by surprise.

We would return due to breakfast and pool area.

The decor and layout of the room is nice and modern. The beds are comfortable.. The pool areas and loungers are very nice. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Everything had such a fresh taste and the orange juice was the nicest I've ever had. The areas are kept very clean. It is about 20 mins walk to the town. The closest beach is only a 5minute walk and is very nice. There is a lovely walkway closeby also. There is a quiet atmosphere to relax in.

Our first impression was terrible at check in as we were ignored for 30 minutes on arrival. Reception did not even look up to acknowledge us and tell us there would be a wait time. We had just driven a good distance and were hot and hungry but thankfully once we checked in everything else went ok. There is construction ongoing outside so not many spaces for cars but we always got a space.

cant park the car in front during working days due to the ongoing road construction but its not the fault of the property.

Perfect summer paradise

Beautiful accomodation, great location close to the beach and close enough to walk to the old town. We walked home late both nights and felt completely safe. Wonderful breakfast selection and the grounds of the property were stunning! They even provided beach towels which was super helpful for us travelling and not having a towel! We will definitely be coming back to the Algarve and would book this property again. Thank you for having us!

A real gem, lovely accommodation, great value and the best breakfast ever!

This was our favourite accommodation of our two weeks spent in Portugal. The setting close to Lagos and the walkway with access to beaches, plus the relaxing small resort-like setting (two swimming pools) made it the perfect place to return to at the end of a day exploring the Algarve. The breakfast was absolutely stand out; the best buffet breakfast we have ever experienced anywhere, and changed daily - fantastic! Our room was clean, extremely comfortable and well appointed, and it was nice to have fresh towels left daily. We loved our stay, great value for money too - many thanks!!

Will not stay again , too noisy & overpriced for what we got

Very nice setting , close to the beach , breakfast was good

The room was next to the staff kitchen & at 6am the noise woke us up, banging & sounded like moving tables around, very inconsiderate for guests to be next to this. Staff didn’t really care when I mentioned the noise to the front desk.! I would not stay again .if you don’t mine the noise then the place is nice otherwise

Highly recommend, can’t be the value!

The location is deff 10/10. It’s a 5 mins walk to the beach and like 15 min walk to one of the most gorgeous views, Ponta de Piedade. It only took me 15 mins walk to get to the restaurants. I even walked 30 mins to the bus station.

The bed was not even and room was a little dusty.

Excellent place, good breakfast.

The breakfast was quite simple, but really nice and the food seemed fresh. The staff (two ladies) at the canteen was helpful and accommodating. Totally worth getting your breakfast there.

There was black mould in the bathroom on the shower head around the little holes where the water comes from and on the wall. I imagine it is difficult to get rid of it considering the location of the property, it is always humid. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear a mobile phone vibrating in the neighbouring room. To be fair, it was generally quiet as it is a low season in February.

I spend there only one night but I can imagine to spend more, if I could.

It is really fancy, clean, nice place with nice maintained garden. I was lucky that I came first day after their winter brake, everything was clean, smelling nice and still very quiet.

I stayed 6 nights in Villas D. Dinis Charming Residence and it was awesome. It was very quiet and relaxing. I had a very nice room with a little fridge and a Coffee maker, everything was very clean. The location is awesome, perfect place to relax, go on hikes it to the beautiful Praia Dona Ana. I will definitely come back!
