Obiekt ma przepiękny widok wybrzeże. Nasz pokój miał piękny boczny widok na taras i morze.
Cudowny basen. Miło, kameralnie. Polecam !
Hotelowa restauracja zamknięta w niedzielę i poniedziałek (restauracja ma gwiazdkę Michlena)
Konieczność kolacji w innym hotelu lub w miasteczku.

Totul la superlativ! Locația are o priveliște spectaculoasa, este curatenie maxima, seara la culcare iti aduc ciocolatele si prosoape calde, personalul pozitiv si extrem de serviabil, ne am simtit ca niste regi in palatul lor! Liniste in jur, locatie cu 20 camere si fara aglomerație !

Peaceful vibe. Views! Most staff fantastic.
Over priced. Two bad staff. No hot water for shower. Told to wait until the next morning, and I could have a shower after the plumber came. Arguing with frustrated staff in bathroom 10:30pm over shower not working in, I'm in my bathrobe. I was moved to another room. Window broke in new room. Staff said don't worry, happens regularly. Nobody came to check for broken glass. Surprise charged upon check-out! Beauty salon in nearby sister hotel. Wouldn't stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent with a spectacular view

The location is excellent, the staff exudes warmth, and the terrace offers an impressive sweeping view.
They're charging premium prices for what is essentially very inexpensive wine.

The view from our room was beautiful. A double aspect balcony overlooking the bay.
The welcome from the hotel manager was genuine and friendly after a long drive.
Nice outside space by the pool.
Pooe quality sheets and towels given the room cost. It felt as though the hotel was only part refurbished-a new themed approach but original bath rooms/doors etc.
The reason we selected the hotel was because it had a resturant with a good reputation. It was closed over the time we were there. Dinner was organised in a sister property, and although the food was nice, the hotel was not as good. The surrowndings were more of a family hotel, rather than quality.

location, very friendly personnel
only a Michelin restaurant

Very friendly staff. The views were truly amazing. Excellent food in the restaurant. Very quiet and exclusive feeling in the hotel. Comfortable sunbeds and a heated pool :)
The only thing I could think of is a bigger fitness room in the hotel and better products in the hotel room (such as shampoo etc). Furthermore, the spa in the sister hotel was lacking products that I would expect in a spa such as shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. They had products available for purchase though.

The view, the food, the staff everything was great

Beautiful views, wonderful staff, loved the arrival drink and candle. Nice touch.
Unfortunately the room was quite cold (January) and the heating was hard to operate. The bathrooms would benefit from at least heated towel rails.

The arrival at the hotel was perfect - we were welcomed by the hotel managers and received a welcome drink! The atmosphere was super friendly and warm, we immediately felt like home!
The room and the sea view was spectacular! The bed super nice, the decoration special and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast buffet was small(er) than in other hotels, but therefore very delicate and fine food! All employees are very very friendly, supportive and kind! The pool is excellent (infinity) as well as the whirlpool. Our stay was part of our honeymoon - and we will never forget the time there!

-Nice secluded location
-Welcoming reception staff
-No air conditioning in common areas - not acceptable in a 5 star hotel during 30+ degrees heat
-Certain client-facing staff, especially at night, don’t speak English
-Restaurant food quality (breakfast and lunch) is horrible (supermarket level) while priced at the level of 5 star hotels in major cities (Michelin star??)
-Standard laundry takes 2 days
-Room keys regularly don’t work and require a trip to the reception to replace
-No towels and no service at the pool
-Rather old and run down facilities

A beautiful room. The friendliness of the staff. The best meal we have ever eaten.
The limited alternative food options to the L’Or Bleu. The Room Service menu was limited and not very interesting and that is all that is available if you are not dining in the L’Or Bleu which is only open on certain days.

The interior is beautiful arranged
We arrived at the hotel and got informed that the restaurant will be closed for our whole stay. The hotel staff offered to shuttle us to another hotel where we finally finished up quite upset with the food there. If we were informed we cannot use the restaurant at the facility we would have booked it in a first place. The room we got has a different view than in the photos or rather-we did not have much of the view as there was a tree covering it. All in all very much not what we expected from a five star hotel. When we talked to the manager we have heard they couldn’t prepare us for the stay because it’s not possible to exchange messages with clients who booked via booking.com This is nonsenses

An outstanding hotel in every respect. Beautiful decor, stunning views, attentive and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help (a special shout out for Eloni at reception). Top class restaurant and service. I would go back in a heartbeat

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew we'd made a good choice. The staff are all exceptional, in particular Nassim in reception and Jean Charles at the pool. They were eager to help and please without being overwhelming. The location is outstanding overlooking the bay... a little bit of peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of Cannes.... our meals on the restaurant terrace were fabulous: the view cannot be bettered and the food is exceptional. The service friendly and professional. The pool is calm and relaxing. You can either walk or take a shuttle to the sister hotel (Miramar) which is fun - you can swim in the sea or have dinner in a different restaurant but we were really happy we'd chosen to stay in the Yaktsa - it is more discreet and feels more exclusive and personal. Our room was fabulous, comfortable and very luxurious. We would absolutely love to return. Well done Yaktsa!
