Un extérieur magnifique mais une chambre qui a besoin de rénovation

L'extérieur de l'établissement est sublime cependant le spa et les chambres auraient besoin d'entretien, nous avions des cloques sur les murs de notre chambre à cause de l'humidité et des traces de moisissure. Le spa quant à lui est vraiment petit, le sauna doit être rénové et la douche fonctionne très mal ( seul un filet d'eau en sort). On attend qu'un établissement 5 étoiles porte une attention particulière aux détails.

Les rideaux à fleur dans la chambre Le fromage au petit-déjeuner qui n'était pas du tout qualitatif.

beautiful property in beautiful location. room was clean and comfortable. staff of hotel and restaurant had excellent customer service. large pool was a big plus. would definitely return to this location.

Absolutely beautiful hotel

The hotel, staff and the room is beautiful. The yummy complimentary afternoon tea is gorgeous with amazing view.

The indoor pool is quite deep and not very clean around the edges. Breakfast and dinner is average but we haven’t had good breakfast in France It’s about an half an hour walk to the town centre so we drove everyday

The place , facilities and location are wonderful

Ssrvice in general excellent , but Some of the hotel personal need to smile a little bit more . In other words some of the personal dont seem to enjoy there job of serving tourists that much … 5 star Breakfast should offer at least fresh orange juice and freshly made vegetable omelet , we werent offered nor saw any in the buffet or menu

The location and facilities (pool and gym), ambiance / tranquility, rooms. The food selection at breakfast was perfect.

Drinks in the rooms - I think you should supply complimentary bottled water and more plentiful / better selection of teas and coffees. Lack of ability to lock the back door when you exit from it.

Great location but don’t visit in May. Felt as though they were still opening up!

Amazing location, friendly staff and very clean.

Breakfast options were very basic for a 5* hotel. They also closed the outside seating area so we had to eat breakfast inside despite it being warm and sunny outside. The outside pool wasn’t heated so couldn’t be used.

Relaxing but a little uninspiring.

The gardens.

The sitting room and a lack of atmosphere. The decor felt very dated. The reception staff could have been more proactive in recommending restaurants and things to do in the local area.

Absolutely beautiful property with gorgeous views. Close to Gordes with wonderful restaurants and views. Excellent breakfast and a peaceful, calming environment.

While the property was beautiful, the quality of service was not that of a 5* hotel.

Property was beautiful & spacious.

Staff could not find us a table at their restaurant on our one night at the hotel, took 45mins to take our order at the bar and gave us no alternative than to order room service. This behavior did not make us feel like valued guests.

We didn’t really feel welcomed at the hotel. Service is lacking!

lovely property in great location

It was the start of the season and our room was freezing cold. Someone should have thought about warming it up before we arrived. Also - whenever we had room service, the room would be cleaned the following day but no one thought to take away dirty cups etc. It was like it was someone else’s job! we had to ask for things to be removed. Very expensive hotel, but service and thought for guests just doesn’t cut it! Disappointed and after our third visit, I think we are done. ☹️

Exceptional

Beautiful location, lovely hotel with pretty grounds. Very friendly staff who were always very helpful. The restaurant is first class.

The only slight issue is the hotel is a short walk out of town which is difficult to navigate in the dark as there is no street lighting so a taxi is recommended (which the hotel are happy to arrange) if you are out late (or staying in late season. We were there in November so it was dark quite early)

Asked to change the mattress- they didn’t do anything - bed wasn’t comfortable… for a 5 star hotel that they claim to be - unacceptable - breakfast was supposed to be free but they charge you for it

Superb

Fantastic location and superb place Restaurant offered one of best meals I had recently ( although just opened the day before!) superb fresh vegetable salad and lamb from Sisteron.

Service at restaurant was a little bit below what is expected for this level , I had to defend my plate as they forgot I had a main course,,,and I had to refill myself wine and water...but with little training will be better,,,

Gorgeous hotel let down by housekeeping

Views, pool and the grounds were lovely. Front off house staff were very attentive and enjoyed the afternoon tea.

Breakfast buffet was scanty and service in the evening restaurant was glacially slow considering it’s a 5 star hotel. It shouldn’t be up to guests to request menus and wine lists after 20 minutes of arriving. Housekeeping was poor 1) Didn’t tend to clean the room until late in the day after we had returned from a full day out 2) lack of consistency in cleaning the room and felt on occasions they just done the bare minimum (rush job) 3) Dirty cleaning cloths and glassware left in the room and the terrace (along with broken glass) 4) Ignored “make up room” and “do not disturb” sign
