Very nice and cozy atmosphere, extremely nice staff. Hotel well located, only a few minutes walk to the old town
All was very good, only minor things: the light in the bath could be better (especially to ease making up for the ladies) and coffee for the very rich) breakfast could be a bit hotter

Beautiful nice rooms,
Great breakfast

Location, reception area.
Room was very plainly and somewhat cheaply decorated considering the price.
We ate at the Michelin starred restaurant. The food was excellent, but when we sat in the garden outside for our aperitif the cushions on the seats were very wet - resulting in us both having wet behinds as we went to dinner. We mentioned this to the maitre d’ but got no reaction…..
Breakfast was substandard for the price

The property was stunning.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant is welcoming. The hotel is placed at walking distance to the city center. The nice hotel park with trees offers a great place to relax. The experience at the gastronomic restaurant was superb!

The staff , location and hospitality was Incredible
It's a bit pricey but we will come back for sure :)

Friendly and helpful staff leading up to and on arrival.
Staff met us in the garage to take our bags up to our room.
lovely garden for a drink. Friendly bar staff. Fun pool table in the bar.
Incredible food at the restaurant.
More cooked selection to order at Breakfast.
Gluten Free bread at breakfast; although there were GF options (cakes and cereal).
No alcohol in the minibar
Group of 4 ordered a bottle of wine and there was not a second bottle available! WE didn't know that until we are to order another which was a shame - they could have informed us initially.
4.3
- comfortable bed
- nice shower
- good room
- underground parking
- nice cocktail, partner complemented the bartender
- nice massage, had a nice chat before the treatment
- friendly spa workers
- was a friendly guy on the first night who helped with food for later for my partner
- couple of staff members
- nice soup
- quite time in steam room
- manager is very unprofessional, takes offence easily (even when she brings up that you had problems and wants to hear them when simply trying to check out and then when you answer her with how it was she gets her feelings hurt) if you’re going to poke and want to know. don’t be so hurt when someone responds. she crossed her arms, stormed off and then came back (funny), name called and apparently being French means you can read people, she had confidence to actually say that… entertaining. the other one at the reception and this manager brings up the law and doesn’t even know it. a little reminder here…the law is on our side with the food debate. fyi. If you bring up the law, know it. as the manager…you should have known that law.
- chef not creative. everything we ate was my partners idea. a classic your diet wasn’t easy to cater for is very silly to say and also…makes the hotel look bad. I also gave the hotel prior notice, meal ideas and messaged a lot before coming in general.
- checking in was harassed at the door with a worker who said he would drive the car down. no asking a question, just saying it straight up. that isn’t professional. you should ask if someone would like it. not assert it. I’ve stayed at many a 5 star hotel. this isn’t the way to act.
- also the manager brings up negatives. ignores the good. my partner complimented two different people. and myself had nice conversations in the Spa with several people.
- late breakfast, why even ask for a time. also, breakfast wrong. they weren’t so good with breakfast at this hotel. not at all.
- also, left a compliment on a food dish, but manager doesn’t like to mention all the good we did and the fact we didn’t even have to leave a nice note. we went out of our way. Yes, the dish was thanks to my partner. but we still wrote a note as it was done well and with a few add ons that the chef did.
- complimented the soup too. that was nice.
- a lot of mess happened with the breakfast as I mentioned.

Staff were very polite and eager to serve.
Lots of initiatives and always smiling.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I think it's probably the best during my 3 weeks away from home staying in different hotels.
The dinner I had at the restaurant in the hotel was not as good as my expectation.
4.3
it was convenient.
The restaurant was complicated. we had reserve long in advance.

Very conveniently located to the heart of Beaune. Room was well furnished and quite comfortable. Grounds are gorgeous. Fantastic meal at Michelin starred restaurant on property.
4.3
Fantastic location if you are driving. Easy to get to with parking in the basement (they park for you), but an easy walk to and through the historic part of town. The restaurant was AMAZING. We had an incredible, memorable dinner. The room was beautiful and overlooked the garden. It was surprisingly quiet. There was an extensive breakfast.
