Good

The was sth about the jacuzzi. Loved the friendly and professional reception.

There were stains everywhere, and the hotel and room were not well clean enough for a 4 star establishment. Cheap furniture and finishes were used.

Great hotel with wonderful staff a stones throw from the bars and restaurants by the quai

Very friendly staff, went out of their way to be helpful. Extremely welcoming. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable.

fabulous location! fabulous staff and hotel.. the casino really let us down but maybe we just aren’t used to that enviro

loved the freedom of the spa and location ..

had a quick look in casino . never been in one for a long time.. very cold atmosphere and staff not really bothered about advising or accommodating ..

Pool, steam room, check in staff, breakfast & the OJ machine yum fresh.

ID checks for the casino that even though I was a resident and staying with them every time I wanted to enter I had to show my passport, and that's where the bar was. Annoying.

Location and staff were very helpful, and the room was nice.

We made this reservation far in advance so that we would be near the port for our cruise ship. The location was great.

We had dinner and was disappointed in the food. It was actually pretty awful but we heard from another cruise guest they had dinner nearby and it was fantastic. I don't remember the name of the restaurant.

Loved Le Havre, the hotel was good - but did not need the surprise bill of 200 euro for breakfast

the room was really nice. cleaned every day. the staff were all friendly. the spa was small only really big enough for 2 of you. it had everything though sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool

there was nowhere in the reception area to sit around we were upgraded when we booked to a superior room with a view that included breakfast. when we checked out we were told that breakfast was not included and we had to pay an extra 197 euros. We wouldn't have had breakfast in the hotel at that price as there are enough boulangeries in the area.

Excellent Room/location but poor reception staff for non French speakers.

the room was fantastic as were the leisure facilities. leisure staff very helpful.

reception staff couldn’t speak English and gave very little detail about the hotel facilities on arrival. We were told that the restaurant was fully booked which was disappointing although fair enough. However we weren’t told that snacks could be purchased from the casino or that food may be available in the room which we might have considered as an alternative had we know. Car park was full and issue over potential double collection of room rate still to be verified/resolved.

Comfortable Spa hotel in the centre of Le Harve

This hotel was really central for downtown Le Harve and the sea front. free car parking was a real bonus. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was topped up daily as well as free bottles of water. The free spa facilities was just a real bonus and highlight if our stay.

Nothing much but room could have done with a plug next to the full length mirror and a small sink in the separate toilet to wash your hands would have been good rather than having to go back to the bathroom.

The spa/pool area was nice and welcome due to the storm outside.

Obviously this place starts showing its age. Still quite luxerious but some details need repairs etc.

Overall - good stay, good facilities, and good food in the restaurant.

My daughter loved the pool & spa (which is the main reason we were there)

I tried on 3 separate occasions to get someone to change a 50 Euro Note for me, but this seemed to be too big a job, that nobody could manage to complete for me (tried Reception, Restaurant, Casino, and no joy) ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
