The location is very good, the building is beautifully renovated, breakfast was very good, staff were nice.
Very bad thick pillows, couldn’t sleep well. Asked for a quiet room location but we’re given a room right above the dining area, so we were woken up at 6:50 from noise and conversations.

The hotel is super stylish, clean and cozy. It is located in the historic city centre and we loved all about it. We definitely recommend it for a stay in Cesky Krumlov.

so cozy in winter, delicious breakfast, beautiful and comfortable rooms. 2 mins away from the parking while in the heart of Old town, in the pedestrian zone, facing a monastery. If I go to Krumlov I will only return to this hotel :)

Amazing property in gorgeous, renovated building with beautifully styled, spacious, luxurious rooms - beds were warm and comfortable, bath was divine - we had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. Staff were so attentive and welcoming and the breakfast (extra but very reasonably priced) was nutritious and filling. The hotel is set up like a home away from home with the ability to eat in the downstairs main area as they provide some food and drinks to purchase. Location was perfect in old town, but close to street so you can be dropped off and not need to take luggage very far through cobbled streets. Highly recommend this property.

Arriving by bus into Český Krumlov, I had problems with my phone in contacting the taxi to bring me to the hotel. It really wasn’t too far away, so I walked! This wasn’t my best idea! Cobblestoned streets and many stairs with luggage en route made for a difficult trip . . organise a taxi! However, on arriving at Monastery Gardens Bistro and Rooms, I’ve become totally besotted with this place! It’s small (with only ten rooms all themed differently), privately owned, located right next to the Monastery complex and only a few minutes walk to the main Svornosti Square – perfect for walking everywhere in the old town. My contacts with Kamila were always responded to quickly, questions answered, advice given. She was most obliging when I asked to see some of the other yet unoccupied room – the refurbishment was completed some years ago and is absolutely wonderful! My room (#5) was beautiful with an ultra comfortable bed and large windows that opened to let in fresh air. The Frame TV (TV/art work) was an added touch. On the bed on check in were two snack bags of local dried fruit. The bathroom was interesting and took a little time to adjust to – it was all black! However, plenty of towels were provided and the shower gel and hand wash were lovely! But, the thing I loved most was the heated floor as a result of the pipes running under it. Staying several nights, any washing dried very quickly. This was such a plus! Though I didn’t have breakfast at Monastery Gardens, it was available if requested (additional, but very reasonable cost). There were always plenty of drinks, coffee, food and fruit available, with this operating on an honesty system – there was plenty of room around several big tables on the ground level for people to share a meal or an evening drink. My stay at the Monastery Gardens was truly incredible due to the absolute beauty of the place. Thanks Kamila for providing such a gem of a place and I look forward to staying again when I return.
There are no complaints with this beautiful place!

The hotel is located in an old building. Still, it is a modern hotel to meet the expectations of convenience. Thus, it has a special and very good atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious, too. The staff tried to help us with everything, they were helpful without being intrusive. Altogether, we had a really good time in the wonder Old Town of Cesky Krumlov. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel is very close to the Castle and the Baroque Opera.
Since there are only about ten rooms in the hotel, there is not a breakfast buffet; the meal served for us was really delicious but a bit small. There was not any chair in the room.

One of my favorite hotels! This was my second stay and it did not disappoint. Very friendly owners, amazing decor, delicious breakfast, and in the center of the old town. Very special place. Also love the honnesty bar.
Could be considered a little bit inconvenient that there isn't a real reception and thus check-in must be organized, but hosts are very accomodating so it doesn't really matter.

Location and spacious clean with well decorated room and toilet. Netflix and Youtube were provided in room TV. Strong wifi
Far away parking. Access to the hotel by a card that didn’t work well late night and no reception staff there. only bathtub provided without walk in shower.

We tried the "library" room, believing it was one of their best. We love the stylist rooms, smart designs, hidden surprises. It was a perfect match for our family of 4.
The lodging is at the heart of the town. It was a 5 mins walk to almost everything we needed. Plus it was so close to the public parking lot.
The Staff Martina was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
