Bello bello bello...nel pieno della movida di Pescara... appartamento pulitissimo e molto grande...rapporto qualità prezzo al TOP!!!

Noi eravamo a piedi e per arrivare al mare ci vogliono 15-20 minuti...potreste ovviare a questo problema con i monopattini elettrici forniti dalla città come abbiamo fatto noi...forse la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata

Struttura pulita e ben curata, ma impossibile dormire la notte a causa del baccano della gente

Struttura ben curata all'interno e soprattutto pulita.

Abbiamo scelto questo B&B dopo aver letto delle recensioni positive e dopo aver valutato, dalle foto, che la struttura é accogliente e ben curata. Appena rientrati dalla cena, ci siamo coricati a letto perché la mattina dopo avevamo una competizione importante (Campionati Europei Master di Mezza Maratona su strada-corsa di 21 km. ), per cui era molto importante per noi poter riposare. Nonostante tutte le finestre fossero chiuse, si sentiva un gran baccano di gente che parlava e urlava, tanta confusione,sembrava di stare in discoteca. Ci siamo affacciati sul balconcino e visto un mare di gente a camminare per la strada oppure ferma a chiacchierare davanti ai vari bar, ristoranti, locali all'aperto, siti lungo la via. Dopo un'ora in cui abbiamo provato ad addormentarci, ma era impossibile, abbiamo deciso di telefonare al responsabile della struttura il quale ci ha spiegato che, nonostante ci sia un'ordinanza disposta dal Comune che ci deve essere silenzio entro le 2 del mattino, tutti fanno come vogliono e i locali permettono alla gente di rimanere fuori dai locali a bere e mangiare, senza limiti di orario. Noi abbiamo chiesto una soluzione alternativa, ma tutte le stanze della struttura presentano la stessa problematica e, non avendo altra scelta, siamo stati costretti ad andarcene (poco dopo la mezzanotte) e a trovare un altro posto dove poter dormire. Chiediamo il rimborso del soggiorno,vista la situazione.

La struttura è in centro, le spiegazioni per arrivarci sono state meticolose e precise e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema ad arrivarci!!! La stanza è molto spaziosa e pulita, davvero molto bella e accogliente!

La colazione inclusa nel prezzo era praticamente inesistente, a parte le fette biscottate,le merendine e un ciambellone confezionato non c’era altro…si potrebbe fare di meglio

Ottima posizione, ideale sia per visitare la parte vecchia che la parte nuova della città. Immersa tra locali e ristoranti dove passare le serate. Staff professionale, gentile e molto disponibile.

Consiglierei di implementare la colazione, se possibile, con torte fatte in casa, salumi e formaggi locali. Sicuramente sarebbero molto apprezzati sia da turisti italiani che stranieri

Nice clean location for short stay to visit Pescare

We stayed for 1 night, convinient location.. Kindly supported by the host, could leave our luggage in their office. Appartment is clean. No kitchen, for a longer stay this might not be that ideal.

The breakfast was very simple. Only simple white bread, and not enough for our family. A croissant or other bun would have been nice.

Great base to explore the city

We were in Pescara early after having only a short drive from our last stop, so being able to check in fairly early was great. We had half a spacious flat, with the other half empty, a lovely balcony and my new best friend, the AC. The place is located centrally and if you want to roam the city it's a perfect location to start from. Or you can pass out on the bed after finally, for the first time in days, not sweating. (Have I already mentioned that I love the air conditioning? On days when the temperature is already in the high 30s and Google tells you that it feels even warmer (and it does) then this is a lifesaver.) We only had contact with the owner (?) at breakfast, a very nice person! Breakfast was simple, but tasty. A great place to stay if you ever visit Pescara. Tell the AC I'm still thinking about it. I'll even add a pic of mi amor. (Yes, I was crazy enough to take a pic of it)

Very close to city centre Staff was friendly Overall, we'd recommend it for a transit stay (1 night). For a longer stay i think you can pay a bit more for better conditions

Great for a one night stay.

Host was communicative on WhatsApp. Gave directions on how to find free nearby parking and how to do contactless check in and out. Left GF breakfast treats in the room for our early morning departure. The space was new and beautifully decorated.

The neighborhood felt a little uncomfortable at night with people asking for money or using drugs. The wifi did not work for us even after trouble shooting.

Very nice staff. Free parking very close (less than a minute on foot). Easy check-in and check-out. The location is very nice, between two pedestrian streets with many bars, restaurants and fast-foods. The rooms were very clean. Definetely the best value for the money!

It was self check-in, so there was no rush to reach there, it costs 20 Euros to reach there from the airport. The host left bottles of water for us. He had also some snacks for the breakfast. The view in the morning from the balcony is amazing. Ot is 20 minutes walk to the train station.

The main door lock is not smooth. The internet doesn't reach the second internal floor.

Just perfect!

The accommodation was excellent, well located, comfortable, clean and exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was exemplary and shuttle to and from the B&B well organised. Breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble for the member of staff who served us. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay again!

localization is great, there are two bathrooms on each Level.

air condition only on one floor, wifi doesnt work in every room, breakfast the same every day and poor, not very clean, bugs on the floor, my child is bitten by a bugs.

Perfect stay in Pescara. Nice, modern and perfectly located.

Everything was perfect. The room nicely decorated with all the facilities you may need. Even a washing machine. Perfectly located in downtown but really quite despite the people dining and partying in the street.

Nothing at all. To say anything, maybe a fruit option or a yogurt option in the breakfast would be highly appreciated. Otherwise the breakfast was correct.

Very good

Good location, 15 mins walk from city centre but on a street full of restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was powerful. Self check in was straight forward and the host sent instructions on WhatsApp. Excellent value for money and breakfast was included too!

It is really pleasant to stay at such a nice place where the staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The check-in is easy and smart! The apartment is clean and large. The location is good, in a lively area, near the center and sea. I would definitely recommend this place!

The airco did not work. Since the weather was warm we had to sleep open with the window. But because of the party people outside (since the apartment is in a busy area, with pubs etc.) it was impossible to have a good night of sleep. I forgot my earplugs...
