Estancia adecuada al precio-calidad

La habitación individual estaba limpia y tenía todo lo imprescindible, y el personal fue muy amable, además el desayuno tenía variedad y estaba todo muy rico.

Se oía el ruido tanto de la calle como del pasillo del hotel, y la caja fuerte de mi habitación debía estar rota porque no funcionaba, además de que no tenía nevera.

Nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, es liegt an der Hauptstraße - somit war schon bei der Buchung klar, es wird mit Lärm zu rechnen sein Fahrräder konnten in der TG abgestellt werden Preis- Leistung ist ok

Ich habe bereits 3x schriftlich eine Rechnung über meinen Aufenthalt angefordert und immer noch nichts bekommen. Das ist für mich als Geschäftsreisender ein absolutes No-Go.

Ganz ok, ich würde nicht nochmal buchen

Es war größtenteils sauber, und das Personal war freundlich

Es war sehr sehr Laut aufgrund der Hauptstraße (alte Fenster), die Kopfkissen waren ziemlich durchgelegen, aber das Bett war OK und gemütlich, es gab einige komische Flecken zu entdecken trotz der Sauberkeit, Flecken am Teppich und sogar an der decke Die Ausstattung und das Design sind in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt nichtmal eine Klimaanlage (lieber nicht im Sommer buchen) Der Preis war leider meiner Meinung nach zu teuer und es ist weit weg von der Innenstadt Das Frühstück war mager (nicht Mal Rührei), aber der Frühstücksraum ist gut hergerichtet und sauber

Nie wieder dieses Hotel!

Nähe des Hotels zum Flughafen Köln/Bonn

Zu einem Teil der Erdgeschoß- Zimmer hat die Öffentlichkeit Zutritt. Diese Aufenthaltsorte vor den EG Zimmern sind auch noch regengeschützt. Entsprechend trifft sich hier die Stadtjugend und hält Party bis zum frühen Morgen. TV Gerät war außer Betrieb.

Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen....

Sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Frühstück war ok. Tiefgarage zum Parken ist sehr gut. Preis Leistung ausgezeichnet. Getränkeautomat im Empfang ersetzt die Mini-Bar.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Schlechte Deutschkenntnisse an der Rezeption....

A spacious and comfy hotel to rest between flights or to explore the city & beyond

The hotel provided a spacious room with a comfy bed. A good breakfast was included with plenty of continental choices to start the day. The hotel is in a good location with shops and ammentities close by then a main line station only 5 minutes walk away or a regional line station just a few minutes away, both offering easy and accessible routes into Cologne city centre. Could be an alternative option for those looking for a base while exploring Cologne and further.

No complaints with the hotel but for a hotel that mentions Airport in it's name and being 5km from the airport, a lack of a shuttle bus is disappointing. In terms of room if pushed for an answer then maybe the room could do with an "update/mordernisation" as the decor appeared dated in comparision to other hotel I've stayed at in Germany.

Decent for one night if you just passing through!

-Breakfast was fine with good options. -If you are lucky, you can find the parking spot for 9€ per night. - there was a refrigerator in a room.

- Facility/building/room was not in a good condition (needs some renovation!) - There were some garbage lying just on the floor (hidden in a back side of the curtain) - inidcating that the room was not cleaned with good care!

I didn’t like my staying there , the hotel wasn’t something that I expected. The room was really cold , the staffs were not nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel my loved ones .

Parking opportunities. No soundproof doors. Annoying room service in the morning.

Disappointing

If you are looking for a room near the airport, i guess it was. Had to take two different trains two get to the airport from this hotel. Total time 25 minutes. It is also not far from the city center, you just have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the train station. the room it self was ok, in terms of what you pay for.

Bad customer service, staff was pretty rude upon arrival. The room was spacious but freezing cold upon arriving.

Good value for money in a great location.

The location was fantastic. It was 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city centre, so it was very convenient and nice and quiet in the evening. Radi on reception was lovely, providing an early check-in for us. The room was clean and in the climate was red hot which was needed!

The continental breakfast. Given the weather it would have been nice to just have had something nice and warm to eat! The night staff were very abrupt.

No boiling water in dining room for teas. Tea varied from cold to nearly hot....not hot enough to brew tea properly.
