Locatie

Voor parkeren wilde men 18 euro in rekening brengen. Dat is toch een beetje veel. Parkeren moet voor iedere gast gratis zijn.

Location is a little out of the town, but accessible via a very pleasant park, alongside a river.

Room is spacious. Bathroom is of good size

No facilities like water heater or coffee in the room. The noise from the street can be heard.

The fact we were able to bring our pet dog, even in the restaurant. There was a place close by to walk her. Close to the town.

No tea or coffee making facilities Only 2/3 English speaking TV channels which were sports and news. Due to mobility issues i had misplaced my scooter keys, no wheelchair availability or been told where I could access one.

Great hotel for Paderborn center

Convenient, modern and friendly place. nice rooms and thoughtful details like a bottle of water in the room which you could have renewed by hanging a sign on your door.

The only thing I could say is the missing electric outlets next to one sid of the bed (like it happens in many hotels) and the slippery shower surface, but that’s also a German thing, when a place has a shower like the type it was.

whilst the hotel is fine, clean and friendly, I thought the rate was too high for the accommodation provided.

Staff were very friendly.

Two single beds pushed together doesn't count as a double bed. Seemed very understaffed.

When I booked the Room on Booking.com, I requested an upper floor room, if possible, with the room type that I was booking. We were given a room on the 1s floor, that did not have a river view, which we had booked. I asked “Malick Sow” at the front desk if he had a room on a height floor and when he gave us a different room, it was a “Suite”, on the top floor. At no extra charge!! I thanked him when I came back down stairs, and he was very gracious and caring, saying that he wanted to make sure that we were happy with our stay. Needless to say, he made our sty a very pleasant one with the Room upgrade. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant, and everything was prepared quickly and tastefully.

Price value, great!

The breakfast was great. There was no buffet possibility due to the Corona virus, but the menu was more then enough. Furthermore, the property was well cleaned and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was a bit expensive though.

Exceptional, so much choice, all quality items

Only small side plates were available at breakfast, needed 3 plates to collect breakfast items and toast, would have preferred to make only one trip to the hotplates given the current situation.
