If you’re planning on getting this hotel don’t think twice.
The staff were beyond friendly. The breakfast was beyond perfect, and the view was a stunning.
The property has a great view, fantastic breakfast and very friendly service

Everything
The only downside was that 2 of our rooms faced a busy area and drunk people were yelling and laughing loudly until the wee hours. To get expected in a resort town, next time we will just ask for offside rooms

Great central location a short 5 min walk from Ski Bus. The staff were especially kind caring and attentive. The Breakfast and Afternoon Teas were also lovely.

We particularly liked the very friendly welcome we received from all the staff. We enjoyed the breakfast, and ambiance of the breakfast room very much. He also enjoyed learning of the historic aspects of the hotel, the Churchill letter from 1955 etc.
The plug in the bath, Soory I forgot to tell the front desk!

staff were very pleasant
evening meals were very limited in choice and really more bar meals than restaurant

Staff and attentiveness
Construction all around :/ nothing they could have done though, can't blame them.

Excellent generally. George the concierge was very helpful and the hotel was pleasantly traditional with added facilities at a large hotel: very good spa.

the front office people were absolutely amazing
and made everything easy and perfect! location
was top and the breakfast was great.
i believe one must really like the traditional
antique looking rooms, thats a pure matter of
taste of course and tells nothing about the room, it was
perfectly clean, the bed was great but to me it
was a bit tooooo antique and dark and felt a bit
„heavy“ considering the tiny window towards a
yard. Again, pure matter of taste.

They were so helpful and accommodating with our baby, making the experience very enjoyable. We were also able to use the pool in the sister hotel, which was great!
