Cela aurait pu être mieux

Emplacement de la résidence à 10min à pied du lac

Le logement est vieillissant. Peu propre. Lit enfant cassé. Pas de volet et vieux rideaux pas très occultant :( Impossible de rester sur le balcon car voisins fumeurs ++ et qui eux avait un groupe clim qui réchauffé +++ notre balcon donc l'appartement .

Légèrement déçu heureusement c’était que pour 1 nuit

L’emplacement est vraiment bien !

Logement délabré une vitre cassée, pas très propre à notre arrivée, l’évacuation de notre lavabo catastrophique et aucune de nos lampes de chevet fonctionnes Je ne comprends pas comment on a pu nous administrer cet appartement.

Great holiday surrounded by the Alps

This was our first holiday that wasn't part of a theme park. The children 7 & 8 years old really enjoyed their time. The lake is 5 mins from the accommodation. We did a number of water activities including swimming, Kayaking. Easy to get access to facilities. Beautiful scenery, amazing food and wine.

Basic, functional and comfortable for a brief stopover. Close to the lake and facilities. Provided what we needed it to. Staff were helpful in recovering an item we left behind by mistake and safeguarding it so we could collect it on the way back through.

External lifts, stairwells and corridors are shabby, with puddles and dirt, but rooms were a pleasant surprise.

comfortable and friendly

Apartment is well located, clean and with basic cookware and cutlery you need for your stay (e.g. boiler, toaster, various pan and pots, corkscrew,…) Bathrooms and bedrooms are cozy and quite.

Breakfast opening time is little too late (8:00am) for next day travellers. At out stay the opening was even with little delay so we could not leave at planed time.

good size apartment, close to lake

This is a holiday apartment building with many apartments and a car park under the building. The apartments are big, the kitchen is good size, although there were not many cups and only a small extra space to keep your food stuff. We spent only one night there so did not really cook. Place was quiet, (no car noise etc) and close to the lake.

the reception is not particularly helpful and seemed chaotic. They did not respond to any of our messages that we sent a few days before our arrival or on the day of our arrival, so the communication was not good, but fortunately we got the apartment, and we didn't have any problems.

great hotel overlooking a lake. our room had a balcony where we could sit and watch the sunset and have a glass of wine.

very nice room overlooking the lake. spacious room with balcony. we were greeted by the staff who spoke little English but made us feel right at home. would stay there anytime in this area.

Comfortable, well located residence

Résidence Azurea is right next to the Bourget lake, in a rather calm area, with mountain and lake views. Being a large residence, the apartments are comfortable and well equipped - Including the bathroom and kitchen. In case you were caught unprepared, there is also a good breakfast in the reception area. It great for families (as it is very close to the lake, walking areas and swimming pool) as well as work from remote stays (thanks to the relaxing environment and comfortable apartments).

The room and the facilities in it were very good and we appreciated the upgrade to a bigger room with our dog. I liked the secure parking underground although my car did get covered in gunge from the roof of the car park in one spot I used.

Easy to access after hours; close proximity to the lake. Good place for a short stay-over. Parking garage available (but not fully closed)

No trash can in the apartment. Interior okay for a short stay - didn't use anything of the apartment infrastructure.

We booked for 5 and had beds ready only for 4. When we called to ask for bedsheets and a blanket for the 5th bed we were told that nobody could help after 8:00 pm. There was no curtains at the windows of the room which means the kids could not go to sleep and woke up very early. The apartment was not clean

Nice place for a family stay around the lake

Nice apparthotel near the lake, which makes it great for walks. We had a family room that was huge, so it was very comfortable. Indoor parking.

Facilities would need some renovation. The breakfast was a bit too just (no variety of hot/cold, for instance).
