It is the second time I stay and I love the location, transport and everything about the hotel. I found the Staff very helpful too. The room was very good and I had the space I needed. Thank you for your wonderful welcome. I will come back again!

It is more than a 2 start hotel :)

Great lobby, with lots of space to relax or even work. Friendly employees and location is exceptional.
Rooms are basic but functional

Not much
The bald receptionist was very rude most of the time and when I told him my sheets were dirty he gave me an attitude and expected me to change them

Really nice location, nice breakfast, easy to get there. The staff was nice
It was quite windy outside, and my room was just under the roof. Some piece of metal was heavily banging from the wind during all the night just above my head, and it was impossible to sleep

The locality is very good at the edge of the city center, public transport within 60m from hotel. Even by fwalking main sightseeings reachible in half an hour. The staff was very accommodating and willing to address our needs. Breakfast rich and tasty.
no flaws were found during our stay

The location was amazing, 5 mins to Gracia and 40 by foot to Barrio Gotico, 5 mins to subway anyway to take you anywhere. Staff was very friendly, the bed were so comfy. It’s not a luxurious hotel but absolutely recommended.

Amazing staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. excellent location right next to good restaurants, supermarkets, metro/train, and a short walk away from many attractions. The 9th floor terrace was nice as was the 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea.
There was no outlet next to my bed, but luckily I had brought an extension cord.

The cleanness and a superb customer service.
The shower space requires a glass a little bit wider to avoid the water get to the rest of the bathroom.

Nice hotel and good location.
Beds are uncomfortable. Had to move to another room but still the bed was bad.
