bon pour une seule nuit, si nous etions resté une nuit de plus, nous aurions changer de chambre

Emplacement proche du centre historique, équipements de la chambre , amabilité de l'accueil, parking pratique,

chambre au 4eme étage trop proche de l'extracteur mécanique qui a fonctionné toute la nuit et s'est arrêté a 8h du matin serait plus logique de la faire fonctionner en journée de 7h à 21h par exemple !!!

Hotel a ter em conta.

Excelente localização. Acolhimento simpático e atencioso. Quarto confortável embora pequeno para 3 pessoas. Camas confortáveis.

Falta de estacionamento próprio. A solução do parque publico serve, mas se fosse no próprio hotel seria mais cómodo.

Convenient stopover location in heart of city and pretty cheap

Convenient location just round the corner from main sites. Private garage parking(accessed via elevator to two floors underneath). Staff helpful

Room was a little dingy and outlook across the street was to a disused building.

Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect for visiting the old city

Unfriendly reception. Impersonal ambience. No bar. No restaurant. No umbrella on our rooftop terrace.

Very good hotel, high quality for honest price in Caceres old town.

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from main square. We travel by motorbike, the hotel has its own garage. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable queen size bed.

Central for sightseeing , nice roof terrace, helpful staff.

Staff were helpful and room was comfortable. Enjoyed the roof terrace.

On exiting the underground parking the lift would not work. This was quite stressful but staff dealt quickly with the problem.

Disappointing and very poor value for money. Definitely NOT a four star hotel, by a long way.

We had no blanket, doona or mattress protector on our bed. The foyer is drab, dark and the hotel bar was not functioning and looked like it hadn't been for some time. This is NOT a four star hotel. It is an adequate two to three star hotel. The pricing is outrageous.

location

I booked this hotel because it has (seemingly) 4 stars. I'm not expert of stars, but the hotel has no restaurant (only to breakfast) and no bar (the bar is closed permanently), np option to coffee or hot drink in the room, so no option to coffee in the hotel. We stayed at a premium room which supposed to be large, but the pictures on booking and the hotel sites are misleading and the room is not so big and very uncomfortable.

Great choice for Caceres.

There were decent breakfast options. The location is great, very close to the old city. The terrace has a great view. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean comfortable, as well as the bathroom.

Reasonable choice if you a planning a short visit to the interesting old, medieval town of Caceres.

Central location if you are visiting Caceres. Breakfast was good, paid parking available on premises. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and appeared to have had been recently refurbished.

The underground parking garage is accessible via a relatively compact vehicle elevator, that may be a tight fit if you have a large vehicle. Some of the room fittings were a little tired, could do with a refresh.

What a beautiful town. We loved the hotel and town so much we decided to book again on our way back up through Spain.

What a lovely hotel right in the centre of caseres. Brilliant staff who were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great room with a terrace with amazing views.
