not much
slides dropping into a 2 m pool unsafe
rooms tiny and so basic
food hall awful- poor choice, bad layout and no air con
1 bar for the whole complex meant getting refreshments near a quieter pool was a faff
no water in the rooms
no mini bar
big queues at the bar
awful blaring heavy metal at the main pool
kids disco in an area you couldn’t comfortably supervise
whole place run down and shabby

Wonderful location very close to the most beautiful coves and beach was our favourite. Mostly to get away from the factory like feeling in the hotel.
To be honest I’d never stay here again. I found the receptionists very blunt. Not friendly or welcoming. We didn’t even get asked how our stay was when we checked out.
The kids club members were amazing with the children really truly wonderful but the hotel let’s it’s self down a lot.
The rooms were small altho good air con small rooms and poor balcony.
The cleaning ladies never replaced the tea or in 10 days didn’t change the bedding. They didn’t replace the cups and a few times they forgot the bin bags. They changed the bin but then left the old one in our room.
The pools are great but you have to get up at 6am if you want a sun lounger it’s really such a joke. The English make it worse!!!
It’s far too busy for such a kids pool. In the only one eating area it’s a factory. Everyone bumping into eachother even tho there were specific eating times it was just too much. The food was very basic. No fresh veg. I didn’t see any broccoli and carrots were from a tin. That’s poor.
The yogurts were sometimes out of date and the sushi they did one evening was harder than the rocks on the beach!!!!
Very wide range of food but not really fresh tbh. It was not the best.
It’s just too busy.
The kids pool was extremely loud even for us having a toddler.
We spent most our time at the beach. And ended our stay 4 nights in a very nice hotel!

close to the sea
poor quality food, rooms could be cleaner

The pools were good, though not safe for learners (kids under 8) as the slides plunged into 1.8m deep pools and there were no pools with graduated sides.
The rooms were very pleasant and clean, decently equipped and good size.
The food was shockingly bad. Truly terrible, loads of options, each of them tasteless or worse unless you managed to arrive right at te moment where something was taken out of an oven. The hotel is surrounded by a road, like an island so there’s traffic noise. The pool blares out generic terrible music. The staff all look miserable and try their best not to interact with you - constantly pushing round trolleys full of stuff. The food hall had all the ambience of a school dinner hall.

The pool, the overall facilities were great. The rooms are nice. The staff is very friendly.
The food was quite bad, especially considering the premium price. Breakfast was especially bad. I don’t think all inclusive makes sense when you have a hard time finding dishes you would like to taste.
The kids club is for kids above 5 which we didn’t know before. So it’s not a good option with small kids.
Nobody checks if people put towels in sun chairs and never use them. So by the time the pool opens at 10AM there are no chairs left but you also won’t see anybody using them.

Recent and well kept hotel, clean common areas, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of variety in food and drink, albeit lacking in quality
Room wasn't particularly clean, lots of dust around, food is abundant and plenty of variety but the quality is very average. Very average wifi connection

Separate, quiet pool area for relaxation.
Just returned from 10 days at Sol Falco 5 -15 September 2018. Food absolutely dreadful, e.g. pasta overcooked to the point of being wet and sloppy, temperature of hot food was only luke warm at best, wet salad and flies on all the cooked food, even under the hot plates. The snack bar Tex grill was just that in fairness, so very boring and the opening hours reduced down by 3 hours whilst I was there, open between 13:00 and 19:00. Only all inclusive where I've lost weight by the end of the holiday. Adult entertainment embarrassingly cheesy and amateur. No way a 4 star resort and I wonder who rates the hotels and what the criteria are.
Wouldn't recommend Sol Falco, unless you've a young family on a tight budget and I wouldn't recommend Cala'n Bosch for that matter either as it a boring and very tired place.
