Hôtel familial

La piscine est très bien surtout que l hotel est familial . Très peu de fréquentation. ( max 10 appartements) Une magnifique plage à 400 mètres. L appartement est fonctionnel La gérante Maria nous a donné régulièrement des beignets des figues fraîches.

Le seul bémol est la salle de bain ; toilettes dans la salle d eau et une petite baignoire ( pas de douche ) . Mais fonctionnelle.

Ottimo per una vacanza in famiglia

La struttura è eccellente con le persone che ci lavorano attente e veramente gentili. La posizione è ideale per andare in spiaggia in 5/10 minuti di passeggiata, ma anche per raggiungere ristoranti, bar, supermercato e la fermata dell'autobus. Nostro figlio ha anche apprezzato molto la piscina. Vero che si trova in una via laterale e quindi, come tutte le strade non principali a Naxos, è in terra battuta, ma non abbiamo mai avuto la sensazione di essere in pericolo o altro. Inoltre il trasporto da e per porto o areoporto è veramente comodo.

Maria the host was amazingly kind and helpful and helped us sort anything we wanted including a car to hire within about 10 mins last minute! Closeness to town, restaurants, supermarket and the beach The pool

It would have been nice to have had a proper shower rather than a hand held one

Disappointing

Location is great 10 minutes to beach & amenities.

We booked a studio 1 bed apartment but we were given a single room with 4 beds adjacent to each other. My dormitory in college was bigger. It was not suitable for a family with kids aged 9 & 16. Most fittings were broken or not working, shower was awful and no hotwater. Light fittings were broken bathroom mirror & cupboard was barely holding. The pool is good but no umbrellas or shades. There is a pool side bar which never opens. The hotel is situated in a dirt track odd the main road, if you get dressed to go for dinner, be ready for a mud & dust bath before you get to main road. Booking.com must not advertise this property as a 1 bedroom apartment, it must be sold as a dormitory with no facilities including changing rooms. Pathetic , families please avoid at all costs.

Superb

This is a lovely local hotel. The location is great...5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Supermarket close by, as well as the bus stop. The rooms are fairly basic but have everything you need and are kept spotless with daily cleaning. The family room was good for 2 adults and 2 teens (a single sofa bed for each teen). The garden and pool are especially good and perfect for those with kids...plenty of space and plenty of sunbeds.

Due to illness, the reception and cafe weren't open. However, the team were v quick in replying to any query i had via booking.com messages.

lovely place. highly recommended

Super friendly host. The rooms and facilities was very clean and well maintained. Excellent location near beach, shops but quiet and relax have a great time. We truly enjoyed our stay and will choose Colosseo Star again.

Good

Very clean room, grounds and pool well kept and theperson who was in charge of the rooms was lovely.

It was not in the location we expected it to be. the driver who met us at the port was not holding a placard and so wasn't easy to locate. I received 2 emails in Greek - unfortunately unable to read Greek but it seems I have been charged in excess of 340 euros rather than the stated 240. for 2 nights.

Maria & George were very helpful & welcoming - we were kindly fetched from the port & taken to the airport.

The Colosseo Star is convenient Lu situated - walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants as well as ATM’s and Var & Bike hire companies. It is also There is a beautiful swimming pool on the property

We would have liked the shower to be fixed to the wall and not be hand held. There was also not enough room in the kitchen area to relate any food.

Recommended for anyone who likes the beach

Awesome location just a couple of minutes' easy walk from the beach and some great restaurants. The room was comfortable and the hostess was excellent.

There was a constant sound of running water in my room. I had no problem sleeping anyway but someone who's a lighter sleeper may have had trouble.

fabulous accommodation a stone’s throw from a perfect beach. can’t wait to return!

spotlessly clean. lovely pool and garden. rooms were great with lovely patio by the garden or balcony overlooking the pool and beach in the distance. shuttle service on arrival and departure was much appreciated. the host gave complimentary doughnuts on arrival and departure too which was a lovely touch. great hosts.

The gem of Naxos

this is truly the gem of Naxos. this hotel is made for families traveling with a small kids, the pool is great, the rooms have all you could need. and the cleaning and staff is so friendly. we stayed for 10 days but already after 24 hours we felt completely at home and at ease. the manager is so sweet and helpful. and the room was fabulous. is yo you go to Naxos as a family this one cannot be missed. simply superb.

the WiFi was pretty bad , and for 2 days it didn’t function at all.

Perfect stay!

We had great holidays at Colosseo Star! The appartment room and the amenities were perfect for us and our children. Both the appartment room and pool were very clean. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to beautiful Agios Prokopios beach. An excellent choice for holidays.

During our stay (the beginning of June) the neighbourhood was really calm and quiet. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded, with a lot of great shadow around because of the trees. The nearest beach was few minutes on foot. There was also a shower available at this beach. Our host was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place!

staff gave us a ride to and from the port and even left us a gift in the room. very affordable, clean and convenient to the beach. I would book with them again

excellent place, we would definitely stay here again

we had a very nice, fresh, well equipped apartment with a cosy terrace with view to the garden and the pool. the pool was really nice and clean and we loved the sunbeds and the umbrellas. the location is perfect: close to the most beautiful beach and couple of minutes from the supermarket and the busy tavernas, still quiet and peaceful. Maria and George were both lovely!

The matrass was a bit uncomfortable for us, but might be just us.

A great sense of hospitality !!!

Many thanks for your hospitality during our stay in July 2021. We felt comfortable and noticed the management of this hotel cared for its customers. I would highly recommend this hotel for a small family with a baby. We enjoyed very much the pool, the garden, the cleanliness of the place and its amazing location both close to the main city « chora » and the most beautiful beach of Naxos « Agios Prokopios ». We hope to come back soon.

Great place for a great price

I loved this place. First of all, it was incredibly clean. The attendant, Georges-Maria was super helpful, too. She told me how to get around and where things were. She left a little bottle of perfume in my room with a thank you card. They made sure I had a ride to and from Port. The pool was awesome and beautiful. The shower was nice and big, too, which was awesome as my other places all had tiny showers. There is a small kitchen area, so you can make yourself food if you are having a longer stay.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. The beds were kinda simple, but I think that is the norm as that is how they’ve been in other places.

Superb

The married couple who owns the place, makes sure that the pool area and rooms are clean every day! We were very pleased that we also got to extend our stay on the day we were supposed to leave. And they also let us keep the same room. Really friendly hostess (the wife)! 5 minutes walking to agio prokopios, and also to restaurants, main street and supermarket (Spar). Agia Anna is also a 10 minute walk, and Naxos city center is just 10 minutes away by car. Super plus for the pool and the pool area! The area has a lot of sunbeds, a very clean pool and the sun shines until late day. The place is situated away from the road, so it was really nice to be away from traffic. And consider the price and location, this is a bargain. Highly recommended!

A little hidden gem

Amazing hotel and room. Cannot daily anything. The staff were really good and gave a little departing gift. Left a few goodies as well in the fridge. The location is very good and easy access to the beach. The room is spacious, clean and very big. The pool was big and clean. Thanks
