Absolutely amazing place with breathtaking view and kind and helpful staff! Brides-les-Bains is a chill and happy little place, the locals are active and welcoming, we stayed there for 2 days and it was THE BEST! Thank you!!

salvaged a mini ski break in three valleys when we had to rearrange as original resort had no snow.

simple yet clean comfortable and friendly

would have loved kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in room. parking was a bit haphazard but reflects age of property.

Although the staff were excellent and the whole place appeared clean, the property was hopelessly outdated with narrow staircases, incredibly old and small life, and room facilities were a mixture of missing, dilapidated and cramped.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and warm. would definitely stay again.

Our rooms were clean comfortable and warm. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is great for access to the Olimpe lift.

I would have scored the property a 10, but the facilities were just a little bit basic. No kettle in the room, and quite weak water pressure in the shower. However these are very small things that didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.

It was cold, very cold. We were offered heaters other rooms after we complained. But alternative rooms were the same. The breakfast was terrible This place needs a serious update. Avoid if you can.

Very good value for the money !

Easy to find, just off the main road, but very quite- plenty of parking places, great location- 5 minutes walk from spa. Late check-in worked smoothly. Stylish and spacious room, very nice town view from the balcony.

Breakfast was a bit … basic. Otherwise, highly recommended.

lovely friendly owners great location quiet lovely decor and linen hot water

our room could do with a shower curtain.. it was a shower over a bath and so not having a curtain was tricky

Friendly clean and well located

Lady at reception was lovely; friendly, helpful. Room was clean, sheets were high quality, and excellent value for money.

It was perfect for the price point.

Special location and wonderful welcome

Room was too small

Good coffee machine in breakfast room. Hotel is well located to walk into the town. Room had a balcony with a decent view. The manager was friendly.

The room was small. There was not enough cupboard space to put our clothes, so we couldn't unpack our suitcases. The bathroom had a bad smell. No electrical socket next to the bed. Balcony door single glazed, so you hear noise from the road. Breakfast was simple and exactly the same each day. The ski room needs some work - the outer door sticks and boot heaters did not work properly. The parking is cramped.

Lovely hotel,wonderful building,excellent staff,great location.

Lovely breakfast in a cute dining room,wonderful staff.

Perhaps new hairdryers and some modernisations in the bathroom.

Really clean and warm rooms, great location and nice view. We will definitely come back!
