La calidad humana de los chicos de recepción. La ubicación y la amplitud de las habitaciones

Si bien no tienen desayuno, y ofrecen una pava eléctrica con tazas en la habitación a modo de cortesía., pedimos en recepción un sobrecito ya que solo había uno para las dos personas de la habitación. Estaría bueno que sea con desayuno incluido ya que all hacer excursiones, soluciona la dinámica diaria de los pasajeros ..

La atención recibida, todos fueron muy amables con nosotras y nos sentimos muy cómodas allí. El hotel es muy tranquilo y la pileta y el jardín al final de días tan calurosos y activos, un verdadero descanso. Nuestro deseo de cambiar de habitación a una más luminosa fue cumplido de inmediato, al principio de nuestra estadía. La ubicación muy céntrica y práctica, pero alejada del ruido del turismo. El restaurante también muy bueno.

Dos cucarachas salieron de abajo de una cama :(

todo regular. alejo de la recepción es muy atento. buenas camas.

en las habitaciones hay una serie de recomendaciones muy negativas, que dan mala impresión. algunos empleados poco agradables. no tiene desayuno . hay que caminar 4 cuadras. el wifi del hotel poco confiable. no pude hacerles la transferencia. a regañadientes me aceptaron tarjeta de debito. como debiamos esperar para que nos vengan a buscar, pusieron mala cara de ocupar la pileta. es un hotel caro que no guarda relación precio/ calidad

Hotel con encanto y buena atención

relación calidad precio excelente. El último día nuestro vuelo salía a las 10 de la noche y nos dejaron utilizar una habitación para cambiarnos y pudimos utilizar la piscina también. La habitación muy grande, camas cómodas y ducha espaciosa (con champú y acondicionador, que no siempre hay). A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, imprescindible para ir y venir de las cataratas sin tardar mucho.

Stay elsewhere if you want to sleep

The actual hotel is great , but way too noisy . the on site restaurant food is great

Unfortunately there is so much noise from the restaurant and the bar which is still open until 2am. Drunk people shouting and laughing impossible to sleep . It’s supposed to close at 23:30 . Then after a night of no sleep you have to check out at 10am . Pathetic . pool also looked dirty .

Lovely but worse for the wear without brekky and wifi

This is a beautiful old property in a great location in Puerto Iguazu, close to the center of town but also in a nice quiet location. Unfortunately it is a little worse for the wear.

Although the property was once beautiful there is a lot of mold and mildew from the eternal damp in this location. AC/ heat unit is full of mold/mildew and the shower and pillows contained some as well. A gorgeous old place that needs some TLC. Might be worth the value if they could provide breakfast and working wifi.

Perfectly functional and perfect for a rest after fully-packed days at the waterfall

The hotel is beautiful ad integrated into its surrounding nature. Rooms are functional, large and comfortable. The Italian restaurant on-site is easily the highlight!

Don’t stay here.

At one time this was a grand hotel but no more. Pool dirty. Shower mouldy.

We were mislead by Booking.com who did not tell us they only took cash. we had to use most of our tensing $USD and we’re unable to get pesos locally using our card.

Superb

The property and rooms are nice and the staff are helpful and friendly. There are also rooms with 2 double beds available.

The Internet connection was unstable at times and signal didn't always extend to my room.

great place to stay when visiting Iguazu Falls

staff were courteous and helpful. pool and outside sitting area was so comfortable. restaurant dinner was very good. we loved that there was something on site after being outside all day.

Overall, great stay but Wifi and hard-to-open door was a shortcoming.

The room itself was great, and the staff was super kind. It was very spacious, and the beds were comfy. There was a fancy waterfall showerhead, so that was fun. Also, the location was great because it was 3 blocks away from the bus station to get to Iguazú Falls. And they arranged the taxi for me to pick us up at the airport.

The Wifi didn't work the majority of the time, and it was hard to open the door with the key to enter the room.

Big room. Very nice staff. Seemed to feel sorry that there were no amenities for guests.

No breakfast and nothing on the booking site to say there was none. Upstairs room was so loud in a thunderstorm it sounded like I was in the barrel of a machine gun. Was trapped in my room because the stairs to go down were outside and were a river of water. Wifi barely worked.

Staff at reception is very friendly and helpful Restaurant on site Location of hotel close to city centre

- NO BREAKFAST!!!! Even though not mentioned on BOOKING since there is a grade for breakfast. - Nightwatchman who proved to be very unwelcoming when we arrived and pointed a few things not up to what could be expected in rooms such as a non working AC. - Bathrooms could seriously be done up - Unreliable Hot water - Weak Wifi in Rooms

Great to visit the waterfalls. Good value for money and do try the restaurant!

There is a restaurant as well which is magnificent! Prices are ok and the food is great. Staf is friendly and some speak English as well. We will come back. Easy to take the public bus to the waterfalls. Both to the Argentina and the Brazil site.
