Staff were helpful. Good location.
Room was clean enough but toilet was not working and didn’t smell good. Husband is a plumber so was able to fix issue but didn’t help the smell.

Strategic location, within walking distance to Kuta and Legian beaches and easy access to restaurants, transportations etc.
The hotel is badly maintained, which is unusual for a Harris property. I had never been so disappointed with any Harris hotels before, until this one. We appreciate this could be an unfortunate impact of the pandemic, but this property is so exceptionally bad, I had to write about it to make sure they improve soon!
ROOM: when we first arrived, we got a room that was so dusty, it triggered my allergies (I have mild dust allergies, but if the amount of dusts is not too bad, it usually doesn't get triggered). Paints were coming off of furniture, cracks on the balcony, unclean bathroom, no coffeemaker, the list goes on. After we complained, we were then moved to another room, which was better, though not great either.
HOUSEKEEPING: staff kept forgetting stuff - towels, bathroom mat, coffee/tea, etc. It seemed like they were new and poorly trained.
SWIMMING POOL: not sure if there are rules on using the swimming pool but we saw guests swimming in their daily clothes (not swimsuits). Really disgusting, so we decided not to use the pool at all throughout our 9-day stay.
Again, we realized all this was probably an impact of the pandemic. However, there's a sense of "trying to reclaim the lost profits as soon as possible" instead of building back better, building back effectively, efficiently and sustainably. Everyone was impacted by the pandemic, but hurrying to make money without paying any attention to quality standards isn't going to help anyone. In this case, you're just going to lose potential guests.

Two bedroom room
Pool was in very bad shape, missing loads of tiles. Complementary tea and coffee but no drinking hot water/kettle. No cutlery in room. AC started leaking water.
No spare toilet rolls provided. Tissues used up and wasn't re stocked when room was cleaned. Couch was horrible. One tap the hot water was left, another was right. Burnt my son's hand when he turned one on. Sounded like there was a cat in the ceiling at night. Overpriced.
Will not be going back there.

The place is a little rundown and in need of a face lift. However staff were very quick to fix any issues

the staff was wonderful
most of the facility was outdated and broke they closed other three pool with one open but closed at 7pm by the time most of the guest return from their outings the breakfast useless i heve been staying with them 5 times but now really worst we stayed 4 they provided only one extra pillow when we ask for one more they says it will be charged rp5 k per day but the one they provide it seems very old and the bed as well its really worthless stay here and definetly this will the last of mine nit worth a penny

The room is so big and spacious. The location is also very good, near to food stalls and minimarkets. The staffs are responsive and helpful.
I think the hotel needs some refurbishment. The bathroom, elevator looks old.

We like the room, it was so spacious, fit for my family. They clean our room everyday, we really appreciate it.
The location was good, near the restaurants and hawkers, and near to the shopping center.
The staffs were very helpful although when we checked in and I asked for some help somebody could took our suitcases to the room, the staff just answered that he was alone and couldn't help; but he called the housekeeping to helped us for the suitcases.
The Air Conditioner was not so cool even though we set it to the lowest.
The Dino Kids play ground was closed due to pandemic.
3.5
the staff hospitality really means a lot
i guess due to pandemic in recent years..the hotel room was a bit under standard..but still understandable
3.5
Room is spacious and clean to roam around during Nyepi Holiday. Breakfast was ok, most of it are local foods. Staff are nice and attentive.
TV was outdated and unclear, so we cannot watch it comfortably. AC in the room is also old AC so its not that cooling even though the technician already top up the gas.
3.5
Nothing
No hot water in the rooms except 3 times a day for 1 hour,ac not working, toilet not flushing, very outdated room, poor breakfast, outdoor ac on floor of balcony so you getting blown away
