Excellent breakfast, friendly and welcoming. Big room with a view.
Hot inside, the room would be much improved with a fan or AC in the summer.

Location, restaurant
Breakfast could have been better and also it would be nice to be asked in the morning if you would like to book an evening meal for the same day, I think guests should get preference first. We found we could not dine on our arrival as it is only small and they were fully booked

Great location, great food and really nice staff and service. All clean, all good. Nothing to add.

Great location, easy access to the town and ski lifts super close. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great set up for skiing (lockers in the basement with a handy side access door for exit/entry. Spa (sauna and steam room) was a dream after a day on the slopes, you book this as a private session for your room/group. Breakfast an additional €13 but this is money well spent with a selection of breads, cereal, pastries, coffee, juices etc. Staff very helpful and friendly, we would head back in an instant.
Room could do with a kettle/coffee making option.

We booked on last minute despite the high demand. Online request was easy, quick. The place is cute and extremely comfortable, well located if you have a car, with a welcoming staff providing with explanations on the local area. We also had late dinner there, and could enjoy typical Savoyard dishes and good wine. Definitely recommend.
Some unpleasant smells came out of the bathroom as we entered the room. Probably due to the old pipings themselves.

The room was comfortable enough, it had a king size bed, cupboards to hang your clothes, a table and TV. It wasn't noisy in the evenings so sleeping wasn't a problem. It had a help yourself buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, and as much coffee or tea as you wanted. We also had a lovely evening meal there. It is in an ideal location in the centre, you could walk to everywhere, there were free buses laid on to visit other towns and gondolas to go up into the mountain area where there were a number of restaurants - spectacular views. There were lovely walks and lots of children's activities in La Clusaz, we have already recommended it to friends.
The bathroom was a bit tired looking, but we believe that they may be in the process of upgrading the rooms as our friends room had a beautiful bathroom.

The staff were extremely friendly and inviting. We appreciated the hospitality
It was a bit hot and we didn’t know of any air conditioning. But this was a minor detail.

Room was comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. Shower was good. Balcony had view of the mountains. Location was perfect, a very short walk to the lifts, breakfast was good value and the restaurant served nice meals. Town has a nice feel with good quality restaurants. Driveable from Calais
For a superior triple, the room was quite compact. We only used the spa once as our eyes were stinging at the end (maybe too much chlorine) although the hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. In the town, parking was quite expensive and weekly tickets only worked Sat-Sat, not so good as we were Sunday-Sunday. During school holidays we found we had to book restaurant tables 2 days in advance for the early sittings.

The Spa, the 1st one (offered) very nice, sraff ensured and checked all was good. then we decided to book a 2nd session (that we paid), the floor was dirty, no water in the pot to boil for tea, no mug for the tea, no water in the bucket for the sauna, and no staff around
Our triple room was more like a double room where they have added an additional single bed. There was no room to put our luggages (3), and not enough shelves to put our clothes.
So everytime we had to open the suitcases on our bed to take what we needed and then put them back.
There was only 2 sockets in the room ...
The only table in the room was stuck in front of the radiator (it could not fit anywhere else), so if you needed your ski clothes to dry (because when you are 3, the bathroom one is not enough), we had to pull the table to dry our clothes , and they we could not access the wardrobe anymore.
WiFi is free, but there is barely network
Staff did not care when you told them about those issues, they just said there is nothing we can do...no follow-up, no check.
Very pricey for what it's worthĺp

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff.

warm, central, clean, comfortable bed.
No soundproofing. Guests talking and playing disco music until nearly midnight.
Cracked and broken tiles in bathroom, badly chipped paint on bathroom door, threadbare chairs, worn carpet in hall. View of adjacent building.

It was excellent. Karine helped us change our booking with no hassle or extra charge. Just her responsiveness made things more faster and relaxed for the process. This village is a MUST go place <3 Loved my choice.

Friendly staff, clean place, great breakfast (OMG their coffee was soooo good!)
Our bedrooms were connected with a private small corridor which we could lock so we really felt in our own little world

We loved everything, great location, very cosy and authentic place, lovely restaurant serving the traditional Savoie specialties to perfection, very nice staff, lovely superior room with a balcony view to the church and mountains and a small but well equipped bathroom. We have known the restaurant for years but this was our first time staying at the hotel. It will definitely not be ourlast.
The Wifi did not work
