- Lovely suite with styled furnishing
- Clean and tidy
- AC available, but we never really needed it as nights during our stay were pleasantly cool
- Balcony overlooking Ithaca and olive trees
- Peaceful neighbourhood
- B&B is a 10-minute drive from Fiskardo
- Scrumptious treats left by Maira (the owner) every day (see pics)
- Dedicated parking area on the other downhill road opposite to the B&B
- Flickering buzzing fridge
- Outdoor stairs become very slippery when it rains and the metal doormat does not help either, having something more stable would be better

- good location 7 min away from Fiskardo.
- very nice and spacious room with great sea view. Exceptionally clean.
- breakfast is all about local authentic products including homemade pie everyday that Ms Maira is also happy to give it as take away for the beach.
- breakfast area very cozy that gives the impression of an enlarged leaving room that makes you feel like home.
- friendly staff always ready to help with a smile.
- Ms. Maira is the heart of the b&b. She really takes the extra effort to take care of her guests and gives meaning to the word of Greek hospitality.
- we had an excellent staying Ms. Maira thank you for everything.

The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was excellent and the setting/view was very picturesque.
The only down side was no pool but we knew that when we booked!!

Breakfast was lovely and the fact that Maira also supplied us with a traditional pie or cake everyday was a wonderul personal touch.

The owner Maira was an incredible warm and hospitable host, we couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming person. She went out of her way to make different traditional pies everyday that was a very thoughtful gesture and one of the highlights of our stay! The room was well equipped and the view overlooking Foki beach was breathtaking - we will definitely be back!
The closest store is about a 10/15 minute drive which meant having to remember to buy things when out in the main town [Fiskardo is the closest]

Fabulous B&B, large room with a very comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean, lovely linen and towels. Host and staff very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was delightful, with the addition of a daily homemade pie which could be taken for lunch. Lovely local beach and taverna a short drive away.

The aparments are located on the northern side of the island which is very quiet. There are local supermarkets, some amazing beaches and a few good restaurants in driving distance. The apartments are very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is the breakfast - Maira appears to take great pride in the food served, and every morning there is a unique authentic Greek "surprise" added to the breakfast. The view from the apartments is absolutely stunning.

Breakfast was honestly the highlight of our stay! Maira’s homemade breakfast was filled with local ingredients and everything was absolutely delicious. Her daily pies were fantastic as well!
Everything was wonderful, we had no complaints!

the style
We could hear a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms such as when they plugged in their electrical items. we could also hear them dragging chairs along the floor at 0600

Breakfast in this b&b were amazing and filled us up until the evening. Maria made the best pies that she gave to us each morning to take away for our lunch’s. Such a great place to stay if you like peace and quiet.
Mosi nets on the doors would be my only suggestion to add.

Views, breakfast.
Water was not drinkable and bottled water was not included. Description does not indicate lack of drinkable water. Arrival experience was not welcoming after 4:30 pm. We arrived at 6 pm. It seemed Maria was at the property, but she didn’t come out to greet us and we both ended up having minor accidents because the buildings and entrances are poorly and parking was confusing. She only directed us by phone. This was upsetting. The breakfast was good, but we were never offered the option for cooked eggs. Only when we heard it being offered to other guests.

the views were fantastic and the breakfast amazing with so many locally produced products
nothing - wonderful, a car is essential for Fiskardo

We loved the breakfasts, a great opportunity to chat to other travellers and pick up tips on great trips and venues, and the local produce was delicious. Maria and her team were friendly, helpful and very happy in their work. It was a pleasure to stay in this delightful B&B
Disappointed not get double beds, but it was a late booking

The staff are absolutely lovely and make your stay. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had and there is so much variety that is fresh, local to kefalonia and can be cooked for you then and there.
Nothing to say.

Location is good, 10 minutes by car from Fiskardo. View is great. Nice breakfast provided by Miss Mayra.
There is no parking, some days we had trouble in finding a spot to leave the car.

From the lovely, genuine, enthusiastic welcome by Maria and her team and the delcious glass of chilled homemade lemonade on arrival, I knew this was going to be a lovely stay, albeit very brief.
The room was spacious, with all the facilities one would need - super comfortable, deep bed - extra points for mattress topper - I slept like a baby! BUT its THAT VIEW...absolute knockout.
Unfortunately I was only able to stay 1 night as was on a business trip, but I sat up until 03:00 looking at the stars and across to mytical Ithaca twinkling across the water and enjoying what little bit of time I had there.
That I wasn't staying longer to enjoy the surroundings and the genuine hospotality of Maria and her team. I didn't have time to take the breakfast but I'm sure it would have been magnificent.

My husband and I just spent 3 beautiful days on the gorgeous island of Kefalonia ! We stayed at Agnantia Bed & Breakfast in Tselendata Village- it’s just a few minutes drive from Fiskardo.
What wonderful place to call home for a few days! The accommodations were spacious , with comfortable beds, air conditioning and very clean with beautiful views from our private balcony. What a mesmerizing view of the sea and Ithaca!
Breakfast is so delicious. Everything served is made fresh , including the wonderful fruit marmelades , eggs any way you like, fresh fruit, cakes and sweets , the best filter coffee I have had in Greece ever ( and I have travelled all over Greece) and the most delicious yogurt I have ever had - made on the island and served daily. You can have your breakfast inside in the nicely decorated dining area while you chat with the very welcoming owner, Maira Sarri or you can sit outside on the garden patio
and just take in all the beautiful nature the island has to offer. Maira and her staff are so wonderful and have to be commended for their great work and devotion to making their valued guests feel at HOME. Much love to Maira , Xanthi , Gloria and all the staff . Thank you.Filakia!

- very friendly owner, helpful and involved
- nice view
- breakfast was good with homemade stuff
- AC was good (We had a Daikin AC which worked well)
- cleaning was good
Overall was good, but to make it a 10 for me:
- we went to the beach during morning and afternoon, so during the day we mostly read/watch TV. It would have been nice to a have a nice large smart TV so we could stream Netflix/Disney/etc. Not a big issue, as we watched on our tablet but it would have been a plus.
- shower is a bit dated. Not a big issue but it would be nicer with glass instead of curtains

Breakfast quality and range was excellent. Views from the master suite were outstanding.

Excellent breakfast. Great views.
Poor shutters allowed mosquitoes in if you had doors or windows open. Didn't like having our key card "confiscated" after we accidentally left the aircon running when we went out one day.

Extremely friendly staff who made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was excellent - every day they surprised us with a typical Greek savory/sweet pastries. Location is great. Definitely recommend Agnantia B&B.

Location and view from balcony. Breakfast was also good.
No email received re booking in spent an hour trying to enter premises eventually shouted up to a guest on a terrace who tried to help us.

We had a wonderful time at agnantia bed&breakfast! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was very nice and everyday you could enjoy the sunrise directy from your room. The breakfast was a highlight with new specials made freshly daily! The staff was also very helpful and friendy. We definetly would recommend if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in the area of fiscardo between the pine trees and wonderful beaches for snorcheling!

lovely friendly staff, exceptionally clean and the food (breakfast) was delicious. good location.
the room whilst clean and beautifully furnished was a little cramped.

We had a lovely stay at Agnantia. Our hostess, Vasiliki, made the stay very special. Vasiliki is a lovely person who worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Her breakfasts we so good, we stayed for them instead of going to Fiskardo! Fresh homemade pastries, juices, jams and cakes every day! Also, the view from the balcony was amazing. Parking was easy and it’s a great spot to explore the island from. The girl who cleaned our room was also lovely and left the place spotless every day.
The rooms could do with a bit of an update and the bed was a little hard for me. The AC in our room wasn’t very powerful but Vasiliki did try her best to sort it.

Lovely B&B in a rural setting with wonderful view over to Ithaca. Very chilled. Staff were really friendly, helpful and communicative. Check in was easy with a key code. Breakfasts were (as others have said) excellent. Lovely dining room/lounge area which is stylishly furnished and decorated. Room was a good size and in room facilities were good. Short car drive to Fiskardo and local beaches (Foki is the closest beach but was busy when we went so we drove and walked to Dafnoudi which was really nice and off the beaten track) and about 30 mins to places such as Assos, Myrtos Beach, etc. Vasiliki who ran the place was lovely - she gave us plenty of info, was available via WhatsApp and helped us out with several things, including lending us a parasol for the local beach (thanks for your help!). Other staff were also friendly and clearly working hard to keep everything clean and running smoothly. Parking just across from the B&B. All usual and very good COVID measures (e.g. spacing out people at breakfast, staff wearing masks, etc.). If you're into a rural spot with good facilities and chilled vibe and have a car you'll like it.
Couple of very minor gripes: (1) shower room needs an update - plastic curtain was chasing me around while showering which was no fun; (2) aircon not the most powerful and auto off when you open balcony doors or windows and takes a (which makes sense but then takes a while to come back on); also aircon units above our balcony leaked onto to our balcony - staff did investigate ASAP and it reduced but not totally fixed so still a bit drippy; (3) the price seemed a touch high compared to a similar place we stayed in the South - but that's probably the Fiskardo area in general and perhaps high season.
Not dislikes, but a few things to be aware of: (1) it's in little hamlet on a small road (some areas hard to pass other cars) and no local facilities such as a shop - nearest one is a drive away, (2) you really need a car to get to local beaches and Fiskardo (I guess possible to walk in cooler weather but on a small road with cars passing you); (3) there a wasps in the island in general (at least in August when we went) and seem to be more in the north - this means not possible to have breakfast outside - but this true beyond this property - and their inside space is lovely and has aircon :)

Marina and her staff were amazing and always very attentive. The room was clean and nicely furnished. I loved the view from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and every morning we were surprised with a new pastery or cake creation. Thank you for the pleasant stay in this tranquile place.

Perfect place to stay in Fiskardo, with a beautiful balcony view, comfortable bed, very nice decoration, and attention to detail. I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but none have provided the room cleaning and organization service as Agnantia. Don't think twice and book this place!

Especially liked the view, and the breakfast were incredible !
The host was so wonderful and kind, and the room was very clean.
We felt very safe in terms of Corona and had a lovely stay!
