Excellent rapport qualité prix Propreté, calme et bon petit déjeuner

Si le prix de la nuit ne permet certainement pas de faire tous les entretiens extérieurs nécessaires (menuiseries, par exemple), le rapport qualité prix est excellent.Tout y est dans très peu de m² (douche, sèche cheveux, clim) et, surtout, une grande propreté partout et une grande fraicheur du petit déjeuner. Bien placé pour une visite guidée de Tours ou pour la visite des châteaux de la Loire

Parking un peu juste quand on rentre tard le soir mais il est facile de stationner aux alentours

Correct pour une nuit

L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre est propre, calme et assez bien agencée . La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

La salle de bain est très exiguë. Le bac à douche à un défaut et l'eau s'écoule hors du bac mais la réception nous avait prévenu de ce problème (des travaux sont prévus pour y remédier) Le parking est largement insuffisant et c'est très facheux. Nous avons dû nous garer plus loin dans la zone commerciale.

Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir rentrer nos vélos dans la salle de séminaire !

Le petit déjeuner très moyen car manque de personnel et chacun débarrassant sa table ! On se sentait un peu abandonnés et seuls dans l hôtel !

Salle de bain plutôt grande pour ce type de chambre. Literie OK. Bouilloire. Satisfait du rapport qualité prix VS d'autres hôtels. Calme.

Personnel accueillant et disponible.

Chambre trop petite. Pas assez de place dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain, le lavabo se trouvant dans la chambre ! Pas assez de rangement.

I have told them I will return on my way back home

They were warm and welcoming. The whole place felt very clean. Breakfast very good. Bed comfortable. Quiet at night.

The only thing I could negatively say is the shower cubical was poor in design. The water flowed out of the shower on to the floor.

the sheets were clean

It was a really bad hotel. the reception smelled like dirty bathroom, the bathroom of the room was really small, and there were no amenities at all, the bottle of soap/shampoo of my shower was empty and when I went to ask for more, the receptionist, a woman who didn’t speak ANY a English, had the worst attitude and told me there was not shampoo at all, and if I wanted they could give me the next day. I can believe in a hotel, no matter what kind of, the person in the reception does not speak English. her rudeness was horrible, I asked her to write to me in the google translator and she was pissed all the time she wrote and saying things in French. finally she was so mad at the universe that she only kept talking to me in French, which I repeated many times I didn’t understand. for real, a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay.

Very good value

Good location near supermarkets and restaurants. Easy to get to if you've taken a late cross channel boat. You can check in using the machine outside so no worries about turning up late

The beds are a bit too firm for me, the showeroom is very small and the noise from the breakfast room echoes at 7am.
