Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, mit freundlichen Personal und gutem Frühstück.

War voll in Ordnung für ein Hotel zur Durchreise. Frühstück war sehr gut und Reichhaltig.

Le calme de l'endroit

Très difficile à trouver , même avec le GPS Autre remarque , j'ai reçu plusieurs messages de l'établissement durant la journée , mais tous en anglais !!! Il faudrait leur signaler que Villeneuve les Beziers est en France

Parking de l'hôtel mal indiqué nous avons essayer d'ouvrir le parking du garage a cotè et avons fini par nous garer dans une des trois place devant l'hôtel salle de bain a bessoin d'un coup de neuf douche très étroite Hôtel vieillissant

Tout !! Tache marron sur tout le plafond suite à un dégât des eaux à aucun moment le personnel m’a proposer une autre chambre et les draps tachés au je suis arrivée à 22h30 une personne est bien rentrée dans cette chambre deguellasse elle c’est pas dit « on va la mettre dans une autre ? » je devais prendre mon petit dej du coups j’ai pas pris car vue la gueule de la chambre j’ai eu peur pour ma santé sans compter que mon mari m’a gonflé quand il a vue l’état de votre «débarras» et la personne à l’accueil quand je lui et dit mon mécontentement sa réponse «ouais ça va ..» revoyez votre organisation et votre manager n’arrive pas à gérer son équipe je suis à la recherche d’emploi je vous remonte votre hôtel .. Petit déj varié a volonté.télé comme a la maison.pas de bruit à l extérieur.la personne a la réception multi casquette hyper gentille .si je dois retourner là bas.j irais sans hésiter .le parking privé c est super .

Je préférerais des pots de confiture et beurre individuel plutôt que des grands pots

Petit déjeuner mais il manquait une carafe d'eau !!!

Un drap troué,salle d'eau et douche trop exiguë ! Chambre vraiment trop petite. Télé trop petite,pas possible de voir le sous titrage. Les touches télécommande pas toutes lisibles....

Very good budget hotel, clean and comfortable, far enough away from the road not to hear traffic, room a bit small but what do you expect for the price, enough room in the bathroom. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking free and secure.

Could not get WiFi. Not much lighting in the room. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and needs repairing.

Poor hygiene and a lot of dust

I book it only because was on the road during my trip

The room was very dirty. I made videos because i was shocked by the conditions of the room. There was dust everywhere, nobody has cleaned under the bed, it was full of dirt. I was traveling with my cat and i had to keep her inside the carrier all night because of the poor hygiene conditions of the floor. I asked for a receipt and i’m still waiting after 2 months.

Clean and comfortable budget hotel with a warm welcome

Convenient for the Beziers Cap d'Agde airport, and free parking. Good communications from Isabelle, we arrived late and were left good instructions about how to gain access, and she gave us a friendly welcome when we met in the morning. Rooms were basic but sufficient, lovely and clean and very good value for money.

Nothing really, it's a budget hotel and better than we expected for 50 pounds a night.
