You really would be better-off at another property as the Tarif doesn’t match the level of service.
The bed, pillow were comfortable and the room modern although needing maintenance, bathroom door swollen and wont close, exhaust fan that never turns off.
We were placed in a courtyard room. The lack of view or light was manageable if it lead to a quiet night. However, directly below was the kitchen and I have no idea what it was but every 10 - 15mins there would be this almighty grind, like someone trying to open a badly stuck gate, followed by a loud door slamming. This started at around 4:30am as the kitchen started and abated at 11:00pm. On arrival the room had tea/coffee/milk and water (it has been recently reported that there is contamination within the town water supply. Likewise, within the compendium it stated, if you prefer fresh milk for your coffee dial 0 and we will gladly send up a jug of milk. So on day 2 when returning from our day out, no water, no milk sachets, I popped to reception to ask for both. Greeted by an austere elderly lady, who on hearing my request initially declared ‘Oh! We only put water in on day-one…. But leave it with me, I’ll sort it!’ Came back 45 mins later….. nothing. So called reception and spoke with a rather inept receptionist who couldn’t make a decision about either request and had to phone me back. I asked, if you can’t provide the UHT milk then as per the compendium, send up fresh milk. ‘I’ll have to call you back…” So a few minutes later get a call back….. to deliver milk it will be 7.50 euro room service. My button pressed, I said, so we get poorer service on our second day, room not refreshed and pay the same tariffs and now you want to charge me!! One way or another I will have milk for my coffee!! Response, ‘I’ll get back to you’ and she hung up! I didn’t even start on the incessant door slamming outside. Sachets of milk arrived a few mins later……! Just not good enough and after this experience read other reviewers who seemed to have had the same ambivalence when managing issues during their stay.

Misleading
The room was very clean
The Front Desk staff advised me of the breakfast hours. However, I've explained that I am looking to check out around 5 pm. The receptionist asked me if I wish to have a takeaway breakfast. She said that she would pass the message to the night team. When I asked the night team to confirm, I've been told "sorry but we can't help you. We don't have to takeaway breakfast."
