Overpriced and really run down .

Nothing really

Rooms were tiny , bed was uncomfortable and balcony faced construction. Could barely move in the bathroom and shower flooded when used . Meant to be a 4 star hotel . Can’t see how. Noisy could hear everything in hallway .

En menisi uudestaan mutta kiva loma oli.

Osa huoneista oli uusittu kivaksi. Poolialue kiva. Aamiainen hyvä. Sijainti hyvä.

Osassa huoneista haisi lievä home ja ne olivat vanhahtaneita tasoltaan. Poolille paistoi aurinko klo 15 lähtien. Tylyjä respassa mutta aina onneks saatiin kaikki asiat hoidettua siitä huolimatta.

В номере чисто, хорошая кровать, удобный матрас и подушки, шторы, не пропускающие свет.

Плохо работает интернет. Это перечеркнуло ряд плюсов, потому что на пятом этаже в нашем номере интернетом пользоваться было практически невозможно.

It was nicely renovated and looked good. If the place was clean and had good employees, it would be great

OUR WORST EXPERIENCE! the first night that we came,we landed very late on Rhodes, so we leaved all the luggage in our room, quickly dressed and went out. When we were back, we fount out that all the bed was covered with bugs. We couldn’t sleep all the night. A kind reception worker who happened to be working that night, came up to the room with us and saw the bugs. He apologized, and helped us change the sheets even though he is not one of the hotel cleaners. The morning after, we complained to reception about what happened that night, we demanded compensation and disinfection of the entire room. It's not just that we didn't receive compensation, we received contemptuous treatment, unpleasant faces and comments from the other hotel employees who worked that day. We couldn't sleep at night without scratching and checking every time that there were no bugs on the bed. It was a shocking experience, and even more shocking that we paid around 600 euros for it.

A good experience in Alga hotel, and will be recommended.

The bed is comfortable as well as the extra blanket.

The bathroom is really small. The balcony door could not be locked, but it was fixed after I told the front desk staff.

Good value comfortable hotel in a good location

Comfortable hotel in a good location near the beach and many restaurants and bars. Relaxed atmosphere, good breakfast, very friendly staff, good wifi, very good value - lovely return visit

Good deal for the price

Room was clean and roomy, with plenty of storage, and the balcony was large enough for two to sit out comfortably. Pool was nice.

The beds were quite hard. I had read this in other reviews, and had not expected it to be an issue, as I like a hard bed, but these were very hard. Also, the hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town if you are thinking of dining out there every night, but we didnt mind it that much as we found that there was a good selection of restaurants within a five minutes walk of the hotel (in the new town area).

Very good

Good location by the beach, with bus stops from/to the airport and other west side bus routes very close. 10-15 minute walk to the old town and KTEL bus station. Friendly staff, a nice pool area (although quite small) and a good breakfast. Good value for money, recommended.

There was no "do not disturb" sign for the room door. I don't need cleaning daily and I definitely don't need towel or linen change daily (why should it be done when traveling when I don't do it at home either :), also it's not environmentally friendly to change and wash towels daily ), so that's why the sign for the door is essential. I had to change the key card twice, because it stopped working (and yes, I kept it separated from my phone so that was not the reason). Also the safe wasn't working, I tried twice and it gave me an error and closed the door without a code.

Room was well laid out and clean. Location was great. 15 mins walk into new or old town. Very near to the bus for the airport - but don't use Google maps to find the Agla. Near to great places to eat

Pleasant

Breakfast was ok. Close to beach. Pool is nice. A lot of places to eat nearby.

1 elevator small for whole building. Rooms don't look like in pictures... old furnitures and that see view... is actually sea plus building in front view :) Wifi not working on 4th floor.... AC is more a ventilator ....

Well located hotel right near the beach.

The location of the hotel is very good. The pool area is really nice to relax. Also, the breakfast selection was really good, a lot to choose from and very good traditional coffee. The staff was also very helpful at any time.

The AC was broken in my room and it was very warm. The hotel was fully booked and at the beginning I couldn't go to any other room. Lucky for me there was a cancellation and the nice staff moved me to a different room.

I would not recommend, you can find a better place for the same amount of money.

The beds were comfortable.

Room 717 is a disgrace and should not be used for paying guest. We were moved the following day, but putting us in the above room by mistake ruined the first couple of days for us.

Views of the sea from the balcony were nice. Convenient shop accross the road. Wide selection of tasty choices for breakfast.15 - 20 minute walk to old town.Near beach.

It did the job for our last 2 nights in Rhodes. Basic hotel. Air con did not work but we were given a fan.

Relatively large, clean and beautiful room with a beautiful view as I requested Pleasant staff

Although the bathroom is indeed clean and seems to have been recently refurbished, but has become very inconvenient to use, including malfunctions. Breakfast with multiple choices but less tasty than other places

do not stay at room 503,504,505 because above is the laundry and the cleaning staff starting with 02AM starts washing and you don't sleep until morning. I'm sorry but it's a big minus.

Enjoyable, relaxing in a quiet location and with friendly helpful staff.

I know the hotel having stayed before. I like that it is not a big hotel. It is quiet, friendly, clean and well located. It certainly suits someone of mature age, rather than families. There have been significant improvements since I last stayed, so I shall return next year.

I believe the 4 star rating is too high but the costs do match what is offered. I think each room should have a comfortable chair. I had to come to the lobby to sit comfortably to read a book. I find it amazing that the Reception staff have no access to the Info@ emails. I urgently needed to get information from UK to upload to my UK PLF and it was not possible to access this at the weekend when no management staff were there. Also, the hotel could lose business this way, if enquiries are made and not answered. This is not up to the standard of service any hotel should offer.
