Incredibly Uncomfortable

A metro station is just a 1-minute walk away from the hotel.

My experience was quite disappointing. There was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room, making it incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was not clean, with visible dirt on the carpet. Sleep was nearly impossible due to the constant noise from the street, and the lack of soundproofing in the room only made matters worse.

Nadie nos informo que tenia que pedirlo al checkin!!! Habitación ultimo piso bajo techo, no tenia 16 m2 como indicado!! Muy caliente sin AC.

Dreckig und Unhygienisch!

Die Lage.

Extrem dreckige Zimmer. Dreckige Bettwäsche. Papiere Frische Blutflecken auf dem Teppichboden. Haare und Dreck im Badezimmer. Ich habe mich extrem unwohl gefühlt. Nicht zum weiterempfehlen!!

Conveniently located hotel, good for shorter stays.

Excellent location, right next to Alser Strasse U-Bahn station, helpful staff at reception.

My windows looked at the street, it was very noisy though I stayed at the 3rd floor. I had to keep them closed. The lady at the reception was very kind and provided me with a mobile ventilator to have some fresh air inside.

overall it is acceptable, sure people their was helpfull

people are extremely nice and they try to assist, location was just at the train station with the advantage of adjacent to station, room cleanliness was acceptable

some rooms were small, wifi was poor at 3rd floor, being close to train station it was bit noisy. relatively it is at long walking distance to city center

Fine stay, in need of minor improvements

The room I was in was facing the courtyard, I didn't hear any noise of the super busy street on the other side of the building.

The shower curtain in the bathroom and the dust on the table decoration and the phone. The bad was relatively clean.

Cozy room in a good location

The room and bathroom were clean. We could make tea in the room, and there was a TV (but there were no wanted channels). Not much space, but enough for two people. The hotel is very close to public transport stations.

The bed mattress's surface in some places was a bit lower and in others a bit higher, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on it. Also, I tried to use the TV, but it had only a few channels, so I couldn't find anything I wanted.

Super close to the metro station, I was lucky that I found a free parking space nearby, considering that garage parking is super expensive McDonalds was also very close Comfy beds, very clean

Good value for money, pleasing staff, great location, comfortable!!

I stay at this facility quite often when I travel to Vienna for work. The location is perfect! It is right opposite the train station and makes it super convenient for me to get to my office. The lady at the reception is very pleasing and welcoming. The rooms have all the basic amenities enough for a night's stay and are always clean and tidy. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay.

The rooms on the lower floors don't block out all the noise from the street (even when the windows are closed). For someone who is a light sleeper this can be bothersome. Not all rooms have ACs. In the winter this wouldn't bother most people but I'd guess that in the summers it could get uncomfortable.

It's a basic place OK for 1-3 days, not for longterm. Location is very good!

I would not stay in this hotel again

The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean.

I booked a triple room and the receptionist insisted on giving us a double room. I had to wait an hour in the hotel lobby for our room to be ready. From 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Unacceptable. The room was very small. That was not the problem, but in summer in Vienna it was extremely hot. It has no air conditioning, no fan. Therefore we had to sleep with the windows open with a lot of noise from the street. Horrible experience. We didn't even try to see what breakfast was about as after a bad night all we wanted was to leave that hotel.
