The bay view room is awesome. Facing Macau Tower and bridges. Although hotel does not have shuttle bus, we can take free shuttle bus from MGM Macau to MGM Cotai/ferry terminal/airport. We had a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary.
Check-in process can be improved

Excellent location
The staff couldn’t find our reservation and took us 45 mins for checking in, even though I am happy to pay it in full once again in order to avoid delays

With a 5 stars hotel don’t understand why allow guest wear sleeping to restaurants. Should make dress code sign .

The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do enough. We were given an upgrade to a suite which was a nice surprise. The bar was lovely with a good range of bar food. For our return to the ferry we were offered the complementary hotel transportation. This is a premium quality hotel away from the crowds in Cotai & walking distance to the Portuguese areas of interest.
The hotel is in a quiet location, so wait time for a taxi may be a little longer. The restaurant had a special event on, so only Chinese food was available for both nights of our stay. However the bar food was a good alternative.

i like the view of the room I’m staying , and also the breakfast buffet, not to mention the gym room and swimming pool is an advantage also.
There’s some improvement needed in terms of the service; for example the day when I checked in was also the day that the property checking its electrical pressure something like that, however I didn’t got informed when check in , until when the electricity suddenly cut off and TV in my room couldn’t work , only I knew about it when the engineer came to check. Good thing is the attitude of the engineer is good in manner.

Absolute attention to detail in all aspects, whether in the room with the little notes, the tea, or the birthday balloons, or the amazing breakfast buffet with special attention to your needs, plus staff that took Care of you. Special mention of Jose at vida rica, who started our day off with positivity. The view was stunning, and the room was spacious. Lovely hospitality from all staff. The bath was perfect. The bathroom in the room and in the gym/pool facilities were wonderful.
Everything was amazing. I'd go back to stay for sure!

Amazing room and panoramic view.
The amenities were severy reduced on the suite. Altought I appreciate environment issues, it was not reflected on the price. So now we pay the same, but have less amenities....
The spa therapist was amazing but the staff kept trying to sell me another massage, another product, this and that. It was awfull and ruined the experience.
But the worst thing was the breakfast, not Mandarin quality. Apart from the egg benedict and juice which was very good, everything did not taste fresh (the bread, the cakes, etc). Certainly a surprise since the food in the lobby is great...
