Ein zauberhafter Ort, an dem alles stimmt. Extrem sauber und gepflegt, Panos behandelt einen wie Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

This is a very special place to spend time in Skopelos. It is located up a reasonably steep road with a swimming beach below (by no means the best beach but fine for a dip). Its relative isolation makes it feel very unique. The owner Panos is a perfect host and helped me with shopping and collecting and dropping off friends who were staying elsewhere. He also gave useful recommendations including a number for home delivered pizza. Others have mentioned his generosity but you really feel cared for which was great for me as I was on my own for the first few nights. The view from the house is so delightful some days we did not venture down to the town! He provided wine, beer, jam, copious water, cheese pies, fresh apricots, then a lovely parting gift of sweets. I wish everybody could spend time here!
There were no written instructions for the quite high-tech oven, washing machine and coffee machine, but we worked it all out!

a delightful setting, so peaceful. it had everything anyone could need
Our host Mr Panos was so attentive, he picked us up and dropped us back to the ferry port. he brought us local cooked (by his wife) specialities on three occasions, provided bottled water and wine

Very nice house in Skopelos, above the port, some 800m away from the city center. House is perfectly equipped, with 3 large rooms. The first floor is usually occupied by the owners but they were away so we enjoyed the place for ourselves. Contact (whatsapp) was easy with owners, and their father M. Panos welcomed us and took care of us, coming to meet us directly at the ferry and bringing some sweets in the morning. Everything for day 1 breakfast was offered in the fridge. The garden and terrace are very enjoyable, with a great view over Skopelos city and the harbour bay. A great place to stay and discover the island. Perfectly quiet.
Everything went fine during our stay. The only thing that we regretted, but this has nothing to do with the house and the owners, is the absence or sorting and recycling for rubbish on the island. The stay itself was excellent.

Minor detail- Attachment to hold shower head up high would be helpful

Spacious, comfortable and beautiful home. Centuries old olive trees! Gorgeous garden with great views! Panos is an amazing host with great attention to detail. We had such a good time and would love to be back.
Nothing. All good.

Mr Panos was a very gracious host, he picked us up at the Port and made sure everything was OK. He brought us traditional treats from Skopelos and even some plums from his own beautiful garden. Olive Grove is stunning with mature olive trees and all amenities provided, could not wish for a more peaceful setting.

We have travelled a bit, but this is by far the best property we have stayed in so far.
Mr Pannos picked us up a the port with all our luggage.
The house is exceptional! It has big rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher and oven. There even is a washing machine. There also is a barbeque which we throughly enjoyed!
The views is magnificent and the location is great.
Apon arrival there were fruits, milk, juice and wine for us. Mr Pannos every second day brought us a different traditional cake or pie which was lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The standard of the accommodation was way beyond our expectations. The owners did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and even brought us some local breakfast treats on a regular basis. The property is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and a great outdoor seating area and BBQ with a stunning view of the port and the bay. Simply brilliant 🙂
There is nothing to dislike about the property except having to leave. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Excellent host! Met at the port and led the way to the house which is 1 km away. Attentive and taking care of the smallest requests. Every second day we had a traditional cheese pie for breakfast.
The house is located in a very quite location but yet in the walking distance from Skopelos center. Garden and all facilities well maintain and of the high standard.

Panos & family made the stay at Olive Grove Apartment for my family and me (incl. child and grandma) so unbelievably pleasant that we crowned this wonderful place our favourite spot not only on the beautiful island of Skopelos but in the world! The apartment is beautifully situated with a breath-taking view on the sea, incredibly spacy and of luxury standard. It gets cleaned every few days (incl. change of sheets and towels). Panos, our host, came by every now and then, enquired about our needs and state of satisfaction and brought us spectacular home-made delicacies. He is uncommenly kind and helpful in every aspect - before our stay we communicated regularly and he even offered his help with regard to organizational issues e.g. renting a car, he picked us up from the ferry at arrival and during the stay as described... We certainly have to come back one day!
...that we had to leave this place at all (or at least far to soon)! We miss it a lot already!
